261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So...Is Bitcoin the ultimate coin that does not need more development? on: January 27, 2020, 05:29:58 PM
Everything eventually gets outdated and need to be kept up to date. Everything constantly approves as we come up with new ideas. New features may be added. Remember bitcoin is an open-source project and every one of us contribute towards its direction.

Everything needs development. There are no things in this world that are finished and will never be changed.

Think of other great inventions like a telkephone, a computer, an aeroplane, they all change throught the years. Computer languages change, monitors change, everything get better as time goes by... or get's abandoned and forgotten like the telegraph Tongue

Even people and animals/creatures upgrade. It's called evolution. Smiley
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin moves like Gold? on: January 27, 2020, 05:19:39 PM
On any two graphs, you compare eventually they will align, it doesn't mean there is a pattern. I don't think bitcoin moves anything like gold. Gold does not fly up and down like crazy it basically slowly goes up with small dips but you can surely count on it that your gold will be worth more next year then it is this year. Though if you believe in bitcoin you could say the same for it too.
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Held a bitcoin seminar today on: January 27, 2020, 04:57:11 PM
one day bitcoin will be recognized by itself even without being promoted, in the social media group that I joined, almost nobody even promoted the introduction of bitcoin, but its members continue to grow, but if anyone wants to promote bitcoin, maybe bitcoin will develop faster.
no, if without a seminar or promotion of bitcoin, it is very unlikely that people will adopt bitcoin if we don't introduce them to the correct understanding of bitcoin, because if we see it now some bitcoin haters they always make bad news about bitcoin like saying bitcoin is a pyramid scheme fraud . so with an event like this I hope people will realize that bitcoin is very well used as a means of payment and investment.

I don't agree. It is up to each individual to educate themselves personally I don't want the type of people that don't explore the world around them. Such people are boring and dull and contribute to almost nothing so having them involved in bitcoin won't really help. If people don't want to educate themselves and remain ignorant let them. Their own loss. We can carry on as we were.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin bank, Necessary? on: January 27, 2020, 04:53:05 PM
Such talk is heresy.

Bitcoin can be the future bank all over the world. It might be similar value of World Bank.

Now a days there are so many big transactions are done with crypto currency. If people don’t want to tell globally about their transactions they may use crypto in big number of amount in a single transaction, and nobody else can recognize that why and what they do transfer.

If there any kind of illegal activities involved in that transaction then if there is bitcoin bank exist over there then some kind of transactions may be stop by the bank.

In that case all the government make bitcoin bank in future, they will ask for all account’s details and the person who access the account. If all holders gives them details then it will be it safe or not?
I think bitcoin banks will not be effective in the world of cryptocurrency because what will be it's used ? If we can store all of our bitcoin and altcoins in our own crypto wallets because it will be much safer and secured. Even they will put a small interest in storing our bitcoins in bitcoin banks no one would entrust it.

Bitcoin already is a bank all over the work -_- That person is kind of an idiot. Lol they talking about things that bitcoin can't do. That would make it a whole other coin. It would not be bitcoin anymore if you could just reverse payments and things like that. lol then they talk about collecting everyone's personal details to use bitcoin? Such nonsense, that person should really learn the basics of bitcoin. Having everyones personal details one one large global network is the worse idea I have ever heard for a while.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can the price of Altcoin be good by the end of 2020? on: January 25, 2020, 06:41:50 PM
You can't just say altcoin and mean every altcoin. You have to pick certain coins that stand out. Not all coins move together price-wise but there certainly is that trend. I do think alts are doing a little better then they were before but people are still afraid to invest it seems since all the scams from before. A coin really needs to stand out to make it. It was almost dead before. I really hope good projects get people involved in more alts and give it a better name then it has. I also hope people wise up against these scams and do not fall for them a second or even third time.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me? on: January 25, 2020, 06:35:22 PM
It seems like there is maybe less scammy type bounties out there but most of them look exactly the same and copy-paste each other which I do not like. Why not write your own bounty rules instead of blindly copying others?
I still see so many people making post after post in bounty sections with so many pages and sometimes thousands of hunters in one project but sometimes they help the wrong projects. I still think bounty hunters need to read more and do more research before jumping in as well as stop supporting bounties that seem to go on forever and ever month after month.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Multiple Round ICOs? on: January 25, 2020, 06:01:15 PM
To me it makes sense and is less scammy. If you hold only one ICO you get all the money and you can basically stop working on the project and run. If there are multiple ICO and there are each smaller amounts there is less risk and if the team does not do what they promise after the first ICO then you do not need to take part in the second. If the team does well and accomplishes what they set out to do then they deserve the next round of ICO.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Away of this scam Coin on: January 23, 2020, 06:14:47 PM
So if a coin goes up by 600% it is a scam? So its bitcoin a scam? This has nothing to do with being a scam or not. You bringing no facts, all you doing is making statements. How can you say most of the coins are scams? Do you know this for sure? Why should we listen to you when your definition of a scam is so vague?
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: They announced 1000000 Tokens Giveaway. Should I follow this? on: January 23, 2020, 05:58:54 PM
It looks better than most projects. They claim to have worked for many different places doing different things so I will need to set some time aside to research it. I don't like the way they distribute. basically they made it pointless unless you ref 100 people and get that massive amount. I probably won't support because of that. a post is only 100 tokens and you get millions for the refs. Seems fishy.

They says:
"1 Million FLEx (Ethereum Tokens) BONUS + 10000 Every Month"
Instantly:
+1000 FLEx for Register
+100 for every Post
+100 for every Referral
When you reach 100 Referrals, will get EXTRA
+1000000 FLEx +10000 every month
Link: https://twitter.com/FLExCryptoCoin/status/1219598977588326401
Should I follow this?

There are so many of these things in the past and they are still on it, this kind of offer is how shitcoins distribute their coins, I don't see anything good on their projects their website is like the creation of a newbie, they cannot even hire a good website designer.

You would rather have a one page copy paste like most website??? You are fooled with ease. The website doesn't matter.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH: Miners should donate...or else on: January 23, 2020, 05:50:38 PM
I don't get this. Aren't miners already donating by the very act of mining itself? They are supporting the chain with their own expensive equipment and electricity. The profit margin is so small and 12.5% is massive.
How will you even mine for profit if you must pay that much? What about the regular users? Tx fees stay the same? So it only affects miners? The very people who support the project. I only see holders benefit from this.
Miners have to pay. I do think the price will increase but by how much is the thing.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: January 23, 2020, 05:45:01 PM
I never blame managers. If they rubbish managers I will complain though. There many useless managers. So many times I see bounty stakes being denied for stupid reasons like if you forgot to register they do not give you weeks worth of stakes. This is plain laziness. A genuine manager is worth following. Hopefully one day I find a manager I like. Managers give themselves a bad name but blaming a manager for the fail of a project is stupid.
You can only blame the manager for poor bounty management. Poor management can contribute to a failing project but you cannot fully blame a manager. The drop of the price in a coin does not make it a scam unless the devs themselves dumped.
272  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value on: January 21, 2020, 07:35:15 PM
I think it definitely will be worth more then it was in 2017 but who knows when. I am looking into the longterm and I believe in the technology and stand behind it.

yes I think bitcoin still has a chance to go up high like 2017. Even though bitcoin continues to decline does not mean that bitcoin will crash and become zero. bitcoin has high fluctuations so going down and going up is a common thing we don't need to panic. keep holding on and wait until the bull market comes. and most bitcoin investors are optimistic that bitcoin will pump after being reduced by half next year.

The thing is that as bitcoin market grows so the people getting mature as well. If we think of the massive bull run in 2017, there's a lot of irrational buyers that time that thought bitcoin will go on a parabolic rise. We might see bull run in the future, but I don't think it will be the same as 2017, I mean it might take some time so to be honest I'm not expecting 2020 to be the a bull run year. We might see some increase but we won't touch all time high, in my opinion.
Bitcoin increase in 2017 is not healthy, it's like a game, an increase of 200% then going down makes Bitcoin very feared, including Altcoin which until now hasn't recovered yet, if everyone hopes 2020 will be like 2017, that's not happen

Yes but a game you can profit from. People always focus on the bull and never the bear. The bear sneaks up behind them and mauls them to death. When the price drops you can make profits too. When the price goes down it is a way to increase the number of bitcoins you have. People are still thinking of bitcoin in terms of its USD value and not as a currency.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would it take for XRP to become widely used as a payment method? on: January 21, 2020, 07:30:08 PM
Why does bitcoin need support to be secure? It is designed so that it does not need any intervention. XRP will gain adoption alongside coins like dogecoin. Looking at the comments people do not seem ti like XRP so much.
It seems just it was just a hype coin and I have no idea what it exploded why it did. I was not worried about XRP when it came out lol... I guess I should have. It is being accepted in some places but normally online only.
What do you like about XRP so much that you want to use it more?
274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now that we touched $8,000, what's next? on: January 21, 2020, 07:09:12 PM
I think the halving will bring the price up in the longer term. I say longer-term because it probably won't happen right away. I am not sure what will happen until then but I guess the price will be fairly stable like it is now. It is probably a good idea to buy before the halving. I also think that is a good time to buy now. Maybe most people agree?

I think now bitcoin's price touched $8,000 and more, it could now reached it's price to almost $10,000 maybe in the next few months. But the price of bitcoin is still unpredictable due to it's votality, that is why we are still not sure when will bitcoin will pump or dump it's price again.
Reached more than $16k for bitcoin I think next two months later, you can invest now with bitcoin or trying with altcoin too because have solution to make profit for you to get much earning and profit with bitcoin, don't worry when halving time bitcoin have higher price again and back above $20,000.

?? Nice English that.

Why do you think it will hit 16k in the next two months? So buying bitcoin or altcoin is a solution to make profits? You don't even knmow what you saying but I do agree that bitcoin will be above 20k one day so pretty much anytime is a good time to buy.
275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Ponzi scheme and Bitcoin on: January 21, 2020, 06:13:31 PM
Who care if they sell their bitcoin? I hope they sell their bitcoin and never come back. People who invest in ponzis are idiots and you could say they are scammers to if you know how a ponzi works and still invest because your gains come from the loss of victims. We all better off with such idiots out of the crypto universe. We don't need people who promote and support ponzi we better without them.

Ponzi scheme alwyas update their working from years to other years, last two years they do not know about bitcoin and accepted payment using PayPal, Payza and using Perfect money as purchase payment by giving profit about 1% until 5% every day, but now after their project failed and many investor not trusted try to make bitcoin label named in their project but have the same with working system before.

Lol. I bet you that even after all these shared experiences and information about ponzis and hyips, there will still be people who will fall for it 😁 that's why i think their schemes would just keep on trying to keep up with bitcoin's progress. At this point in time, crypto users should know well not to waste time and money in these ventures, but the promise of quick, easy money is just too difficult to pass up for a lot of people.

Right, there's a lot of warnings from this forum alone about Ponzi scams but there's still a lot of people who fall for this type of scam. It only shows that some people are concern about the returns but not willing to do any hardwork and as we all know Ponzi scams promises investors of higher return of investments without doing anything.

The thing is they care about returns they will never get.
276  Economy / Speculation / Re: should I buy now? on: January 21, 2020, 06:08:54 PM
MY best advice is to never listen to others. always listen to yourself. What is profitable for one person may not be for another. Investment is suited on individual bases. You cannot compare to others as they are different from you and have a different situation and financial status. Do it for yourself and stop comparing yourself to others around you. This is the best advice. as soon as you start following trends and others you will lose money. Unless you predict what other people are going to do and go with that. Like if you know a coin is going into hype mode and is recently being discussed then it might be worth investing in. Other than that don't pay too much attention to what others are doing.
277  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: I created a website to help new users traverse the bitcoin landscape on: January 20, 2020, 07:59:32 PM
Very nice website and very informative. Pictures for everything is created and the cartoons are nice. The design looks clean and colourful. There is good info for new users and I like how you did the miners.
You gave all the important info about mining and how much they should cost so people do not get scammed by paying too much or buying from a scam site. People can have a good overview of what bitcoin is all about and the costs involved.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quality or Price? - which one you look when buying altcoins? on: January 20, 2020, 07:23:26 PM
I prefer to invest in brand new coins with great innovation. You invest early and can make a killing. Early mining can help too. You need to find a project with momentum and enough active and excited members. If they lose interest later on it is ok since you can sell before that time. Sell during the first hype phase and then buy back in or simply leave it. If the token or coin has good use then buyback.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining crypto by walking on: January 20, 2020, 07:08:49 PM
There is an app called sweatcoin and you walk to earn sweat coins. The newest update allows your steps to even be measures whilst indoors so you earn while walking around your house too. Have a look here :

You can also donate your coins charity. Keep in shape and earn. Smiley
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Crypto - Part 1 - Top Websites to Find Crypto Jobs on: January 20, 2020, 06:56:51 PM
Isn't it technically same thing to invest into crypto from the money you get from your day job instead of working and getting small amount of crypto directly? It's not like it would be safer, because you are paid from your work in both cases.

No, it's not at all the same. Investments are risky but yes if you have enough money and can replace what you make working with your investment then surely do it. But you make it sound much easier then it really is.
You cannot just simply "invest" there is work involved and much research. Nothing comes for free. Passive income needs to be maintained.
