according to my source:

Manufactures will get sample chips later this month.

If everything goes well, mass production will be in May.

MAY ?! omg ... delayed again Roll Eyes we were told multiple times that "everything is still on track, mass delivery in March" from board, from pumpkin, this is info from 1 month ago, 2 weeks ago and last week ! Now another 2 months delay for Christ's sake  Huh unbelievable ... really unbelievable ...
262  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: March 04, 2014, 09:43:37 PM

we don't even know if tape out was successful, keep real and wait for update
263  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 04, 2014, 07:30:41 AM
Hmmm so on what are you working on now? When we'll receive end of the IPVO summary? Updated prospectus? Any news from easycoin? Merchants? Are you proceeding deposits in NEO now, or still waiting ? Seems like buzz is over, no tweet from #whoisneo or #NeoandBee for 5 days Tongue
264  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 28, 2014, 10:37:30 PM
...says someone who was registered April 2013...

this is not my first account here Wink in April 2013 i remember that I was smoking 40cigarets a day on the Gox crash ... now? absolute nothing Cheesy In Bitcoinland we're building some immunity Grin I am here from ~10$/BTC Smiley but I lost a lot BTCs on .onion's scams, and also AM ...

They are supposed to be developing technology to allow merchants to sell products using bitcoin, right?  Well, their site sold shares for bitcoin, but it didn't work.  How is that supposed to look to a potential merchant?  They can't even keep their own site working, but they want us to believe that they can keep up an international payment system up?

+1, vela, this is also my concern ... they should change web developers asap, because they are doing shitty job. Neobee should learn from Kraken and Andreas.
265  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 28, 2014, 05:37:26 PM
I lol'd Grin but he has a point! The shares were available for sale for half year at 0.003, if half year isn't enough time for research about NEOBEE than idk Grin We were watching available direct shares all the time and LMB was unable to sell any share for months(!) @ 0.003 ... We had a lot of posts on reddit, coverage in media, posts in this thread etc. Who wanted to buy on the last day, he did it because vision of quick speculation profit, not because support of the company.
266  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 28, 2014, 03:40:26 PM
Second week of March.
... Tape-out, or delivery date, or what... ? ...
No, I believe ...
Yes, you believe ... its nice, but I would like to know from Friedcat, or from board, if the February tape-out was successful or we're still waiting for tape-out.
267  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 28, 2014, 02:05:57 PM

What? Announcement about next announcement? Or Tape-out, or delivery date, or what... ? so another 1month delay from "middle of February" to "middle of March"
268  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 27, 2014, 10:27:32 PM
I tried signing up twice on LMB, never got any verification emails. Tried the password reset tool, still nothing. Emailed their support, no reply.

Oh well, guess I won't be buying any of their shares then.

You can not buy shares from LMB-holdings.com directly, but from havelockinvestments.com, I think the issue with the e-mail verification is related to Gmail, try using a different address. It may be related to the security authentication certificate error we sometimes get when visiting the website. I'm sure they're working on it.

You right. But I am not so sure like you, that they are working on it, or that it is high in priority list. Because I was addressing this issue back in 1st December 2013, still nothing. 3 months.

Also there is a problem with SSL certificate ...

Guys, I don't want to ruin your little circlejerk party here, but we saw this kind of luck in the past. Its useful to come with conclusion after several days(2+). I personally burn myself once, when I was very exiting awaiting Gen2 and saw this kind of luck.

Haha, you guys are seeing 4 blocks/day and you're so excited about it, that you're writing 2-3pages about it, i don't really want to see what will happen with this thread when Friedcat actually delivers Grin
270  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 27, 2014, 03:51:57 PM
Did you guys break the handle on your pump?  What's happening Huh

I've already have an account with Havelock but I also see people selling "direct shares" from the information provided wrt auctions. What's the advantages/disadvantages of either and how are the direct shares held? Are they valued differently? What is preferred to be held?

I know thats a bunch of questions but I'm most interested in AM1. Thanks.

PT's > more liquidity, you are able to sell them in a second, if you want/need ... for Direct's you need to prepare auction, or some external deal.

Direct's > more security (you don't need to trust 3rd person, issuer of PTs - it will be HavelockInvestments from March,1st), Friedcat has your address, and he's sending dividends to you. Also you can prove ownership of shares easily.

So if you plan to invest long-term ... buy directs, or buy PT and transfer them to directs asap, but if you want to play day trading and speculate a bit then buy PT ... you can change your mind anytime you want and transfer directs > PT or PT > directs, its up to you. Welcome Smiley

Is the LMB site broken? I never got the verification email after creating my account. Can't see any way to have it sent again either...

Did you tried different e-mail providers before asking this here? Also please address this issues to LMB support contact.
273  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 27, 2014, 06:20:05 AM
It'll be 1PH per shipping container.

Hmmm, interesting info, how you know this? Or its just made up number? Just curious
274  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 26, 2014, 07:56:59 PM
You know. If the dividends didn't go up but never went lower than this, I would be OK with that Smiley

(Of course that is exactly what won't happen...)

You know. We have only 2 scenarios from here.

week_div > 0.01
week_div == 0

Friedcat's turn

In the event that Havelock can no longer stay in business for whatever reason, shareholders will send us a dedicated Bitcoin address from their email address tied to their account on Havelock
I would hope that the address would be tied to the trader account BEFORE a shut down event. We all know how 'after the fact' works out. At least have the option for proactive customers to safeguard their investments. This worked smoothly with the BTC-TC shut down, with no panic or even worries - because it was all prearranged.
^^ THIS
Much agreed.

Frankly I'm surprised they didn't realise it themselves...

You know, they're waiting for some hacker to remind them that its important ... like always in Bitcoinland ... lets see what's wrong with the database now

I remember Danny said the btc price will be affected by Neo purchases in the market, do you think the quick increase in just few hours is related (despite negative Gox news)? Would that mean the amount of Neo costumers euros into btc is considerable?

no, I don't think that this is the issue, market is happy that Mt.Cox's is finally offline. No chance for arbitrage to pushing the price down. The scenario about Mt.Cox insolvency is already included in price. I hope they will stay offline "for time being" like incompetent Mark like to say. Finally. But its a NEOBEE thread so ... sure, NEO will have an impact on BTC demand, but its just very early to say now. After 2 days you know. Also its in NEO interest to see price of BTC grow.

Central Bank of Cyprus says Bitcoin is not illegal
http://cyprus-mail.com/2014/02/26/central-bank-says-bitcoin-is-not-illegal/

Its central bank ... great news ... but lets wait for government stance in this. IIRC we still don't have regulation about Bitcoin in place on Cyprus.

So I wake up and Havelock is down ... great ... "Database seems down. Sorry about that. We've been notified about the problem. Please try again later."

What is the best way to contact friedcat about changing the dividend payout adres of my direct shares?

I had it set to my gox account and need to change that now.

Send him a PM with your signing address asking to switch the payout location
(Believe that is the proper procedure)

I am afraid that he's unable to sign message with address from Gox account. Since he doesn't own private key from address. It was very stupid idea at first. I am afraid he just lost his shares, until he's somehow able to get private key from Gox, which is unlikely. Another sad story here.
