Is there a downloadable wallet for XFC coin?

Is there more information released about the characteristics of the Coin? IE, algo, block information etc...

Can XFC coin be staked?

I think you can download the wallet here:
https://www.xfccoin.io/download-wallet/

I am also wondering the characteristics of this coin.
Hope the dev team can give more details.

It is a Multichain blockchain (SHA-256) built for descentralized network: anybody can connect, anybody can send, anybody can receive.

who is mining it to secure the chain or is it a POS coin ? it took a long time to create this chain so the specs must be novel?
Is it a fork of another coin or from the ground up with some new innovation?
2602  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin To Drop As Low As $1000 This Year on: January 22, 2018, 12:47:42 PM
thanks for that ... always need a good laugh when you come on here to listen to the dumb shit people spout.

what reason did they give for such a catastrophic dump

btc awareness is just to great for that to happen now unless there was a global ban or btc has a serious security hiccup

2603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: when btc will go 10x in value does this mean my alts go too ? on: January 22, 2018, 03:11:17 AM
if btc suddenly went x10 then unless you have the best alts on this board they will sink in satoshi value like stones

if there is a gradual increase if you have good alts they should rise

since there are only a handful of REAL projects on this board and not many people do any homework then I'm guessing your alts will decrease over time regardless... unless youre the exception to the rule or get very lucky
2604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terrible ICO Month on: January 22, 2018, 03:06:14 AM
even the icos at the top of coinmarketcap mostly have nothing to offer...

wait til they go full exit plan bitconnect

only good thing as they (the ico runners, insider whales) spend all that btc they robbed from these poor souls will flood the market so the btc sale could be extended for a while

find the REAL projects which have locked in value already.... well nothing is locked in in crypto but they have produced work that is useful and functional with a reasonable use case

safest bet if you have no clue on what to invest in from here could be just to hold on to BTC

better returns can come from finding real projects but there are only a handful on this entire board.

If you must make money from icos do you research and only invest what you can afford if they do not have a working functioning product with a real use case and proven devs.

Or go very small and treat them as a total gamble. Certainly dont push in your actual savings that you need.
2605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Guru says $5k Bitcoin about to hit on: January 22, 2018, 02:57:53 AM
bitcoin guru just told me (special account holder 500pm) bitcoin going to 20k next week.

then 100k the week after

but then 25k by end of year so gradual decline after the 100k is reached.

He told me the 100pm members are the cannon fodder to feed us 500pm holders cheaper btc before the rise.

Never cheap out go for the special account holder status next time.

Be glad that I warned you ahead of time.
2606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China cracking down on bitcoin on: January 21, 2018, 11:06:07 PM
china was fun but now their party is over..

you only need some semi adoption and acceptance from  1st world countries US, UK, EU, CAN, JP, to push btc to 50k or perhaps 100k or far greater

china started taking too much of the BTC pie anyway both mining and holding

blockchain and crypto currencies are here to stay...

I think icos caused the real concerns here and those will in future be the main targets for the regulators and don't think they wont take a retrospective view

china may get back in the game later once they have firm regulations/methods in place to ensure it provides them with what they want.

2607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GREAT CRYPTO DEPRESSION on: January 21, 2018, 02:12:17 PM
Its actually a great sign really that all new investors consider 10-12k a depression state for btc

Psychologically this last huge wave came in to hold for big returns from their entry point. This is actually a good sign.
2608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Kid on the Block: Reservoir Lite - built on XRP on: January 21, 2018, 02:09:46 PM
bitbay can do this and is a far better real trustless decentralised project

I would say bitbay is around 1000x better than xrp approx in investment terms from here

what is the correct wallet to be using right now

v3.7.47 ?

cos that is not syncing up and for some reason the website links to

v3.7.36

where did .47 come from?

this wallet seems very unstable and is crashing every 2 days? machine is powerful so that can not be the issue

36 and 37 are OK. Been on them since September

mine is 47

v3.7.47.0

is this a bugged version that was removed. It just crashes after every few hours.

I will try to revert to 36 since that is the latest one on the github
2611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ⚽ XFCCOIN ▐ Fantasy Football Manager Revolution!▐Swap and exchange open ⚽ on: January 21, 2018, 08:06:09 AM
Hi, folks. We'd like to remind you of a few details to remember prior to sending XFC from Counterparty towards the FootballCoin game:

- Please verify your Counterparty address and make sure that it is linked to your FootballCoin game account.

- If the link is not yet created, visit the security section of your account and add the Counterparty platform (as can be seen in the above picture). The address is game.footballcoin.io/user-security

- Verify the address has been added. Go to the profile information. Under “Add Funds”, check if the address shows under “Counterparty blockchain”

- Check the information once more prior to moving the balance from the Counterparty wallet towards the game account

- In order to benefit from the Swap, the XFC amount will need to show inside the FootballCoin game.

- Once inside the game, you will be able to move them towards the exchange (DigitalTokens.io), the FootballCoin wallet (can be downloaded from www.xfccoin.io), or to leave them inside the game.

Im stuck on the step: - Verify the address has been added. Go to the profile information. Under “Add Funds”, check if the address shows under “Counterparty blockchain”

So i have went https://wallet.footballcoin.io/#pages/balances.html that has my xfc and my address end in jvwyr i have then went to game.footballcoin.io/user-security and added this address ending in jvwyr, however when i go to "add funds" and check under "counterparty blockchain"
but its shows a different address ending in 3jxb.

Am i doing this correct?

Yes you are. After you put your address in the security game account, you have to send the funds from that address to:
19AthwAC9AZ69xZGWzFkzRZVBDP9Hy3JXb

Please be careful to copy just the address not also the blank spaces after it as it will give you an error because of the blanks.

what is the total cap of this project now at 143 sats ... including the tokens not already distributed? I've lost track of it all.

Also where to find the specs of this new blockchain ?
2612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitconnect performed exit scam with $2.5 bln and investors are suicidal on: January 20, 2018, 04:54:01 PM
same coming for all these over inflated icos with nothing to offer except a white paper

go for projects with REAL functioning software that has a use case outside of a ponzi .... then you have your value locked in.

|Dont think having a huge inflated cap will save you.

However they will not be able to cash out that much certainly not 2.5bn

I thought people were spamming this as the next bitbay and syscoin competition?

what happened to it? was it just more dreams and talk bullshit like 99% of projects on this board or is there some substance to this project?

if you didn't realize by now, yes.

the same speech was given 4+ months ago.

and here we are...still at square 1.  overpromise and underdeliver.

Oh so its just like the other 99% of projects... a lot of interesting talk but then nothing happens?

Is there is any evidence the dev has the  skillset to be the dev of a crypto related project?

4. Look at Komodo, Wave, Ark other competitor, 90% of them crossed 500mil capacity, most even 1B

You noob. That means Block is undervalued relative to the competition and is due for a sharp upwards correction. Btw Komodo relies upon trusted watch only addresses. Wave isn't decentralised and uses a colored coin approach. I won't go into Ark's shortcoming's as I own some but it does have them.

Cheap compared to competition and more decentralised.

Remember this coin hung around 20 cents for approx 2 years before it increased 2000%. Not a bad year for Block at all. And it stemmed for being undervalued for so long. Don't believe me? Wait a couple of months and report back.

What on earth is a "trusted watch only addresses". If it's a watch only address how can it be trusted? Also the watch only address was a bug that was fixed a while back.  Roll Eyes

I only stumbled on this thread again because I clicked on it by mistake, but this made me laugh. Waves is fully decentralised and I'm pretty sure it's worth swinging by the Komodo thread and getting that from the horse's mouth too because this guy is not well informed.

I would advise asking David Zimbeck who understands these things at a deep level to explain the difference between the 3.
Waves does not provide atomic swaps
komodo and blocknet do I believe but they may use different methods to do so.
So for me it is out of komodo or blocknet for a an atomic swap DEX. I believe both can succeed and are very worth while but at the current pricing I am still accumulating more block than komodos. Although both to me are still way under priced. Even waves is under priced compared to some big fake cap shits above it.
2617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins worth less than $l 1 which will give x 100 on: January 20, 2018, 02:38:21 PM
why are people still so crazy to look for a cheap unit price token when the price is irrelevant ... look at the total cap of the project that tells you how cheap the token is

wise up or get burned hard.

token under a dollar if you must have it

bitbay
2618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING Why Arcblock <ABT> is potentially a scam ::) ::) on: January 20, 2018, 02:26:27 PM
same goes for most icos ... 90% are full of shit.

Look for real projects with real proven devs that have the correct skill set to launch a crypto project.

bitbay
blocknet
byteball
pivx
komodo

seeking new icos to make you huge returns will cause you to do far worse than finding real projects that are way below comparable market value

In my opinion users are drawn to single word catchy names and the top coins all have mostly single word catchy names unless they are ancient bitcoin litecoin dogecoin etc..

VALOR - means determination and never giving up. Hardworking.

this coin has been through a lot and i see nringo is hardworking and has determination and never gives up...

perfect name
