If OP can withdraw $26k without issue, i guess withdrawing multiple times of that $128k will be the solution to avoid such case. I guess you should mentioned what coin you are trying to send multiple transaction at once. Because every blockchain based token has its own tool.

The scam will be avoided by just researching about the site's info, and glad you ask here first because its probably scam. The most alarming here is them having your mobile number, your personal info might be leaked, or you are probably one of the users from other crypto-related sites that were hacked e.g. Ledger.
I suggest you to install Google Messages, they have this smart filtering of spam messages for you to avoid clicking suspicious links and also avoid getting hacked.

Keeping your own money is your own responsibility to keep full control of it You could write your seed, pin and password in the paper and keep it in a safe place that is fire and water proof.
