your custom minerd doesnt do anything when I run it...however when i run the 2.2.3 latest version of cpuminer, the minerd works fine. What's up with your custom version? even when i just try run minerd.exe i get a blank window...this doesnt happen with the 2.2.3 version...i at least get a help window that comes up with that version.

doesnt make a difference
Go to the folder that the 1gh minerd.exe is in... right-click minerd.exe... create a shortcut of minerd.exe... right-click the shortcut... click Properties... go to the Target field... add what you see below after \minerd.exe" but make sure there is one space after the " and then double click the shortcut to run the miner. -a heavy -v 512 -o stratum+tcp://hvcpool.1gh.com:5333 -u YOURWALLETADDRESS -p x thanks for trying bud, but still isn't working

anyone know why i can't get the hvc.1gh miner working? it doesnt seem to do anything...i'm using WinXP 32-bit Pro:
minerd.exe -a heavy -v 512 -o stratum+tcp://hvc.1gh.com:5333 -u <wallet> -p <password>
Try vote 1024. The pool might be blocking low votes. You also have the wrong server address. It should be hvcpool.1gh.com:5333 hcv.1gh is the web URL thanks for the info but still no difference. I tried the latest cpuminer with the -a sha256d option and it seems to run fine, obviously doesnt' work for HVC, so it seems that it might be something with the 'heavy' option. Are you using the software from their page? yep, this is what i have in the .bat now: minerd -a heavy -v 1024 -o stratum+tcp://hvcpool.1gh.com:5333 -u <wallet> -p <password> pause with <wallet> and <password> replace with actual values minerd.exe doesnt make a difference

I'm in on maza anyway regardless, but I posted a series of tweets from some cryptsypump account a page or two back that basically spelled out "Hey We Are Pumping Maza Fri"
Remember, all the pump tweet accounts (I hate twitter but that's how they communicate apparently) all of them have been saying All the big whales are pumping one coin. Lots of signs pointing to maza.
edit: what I was saying is that would explain the forced low prices, getting all their friends positioned. They don't all have 10,000 Bitcoins to play with.
how high do you think they may pump it too? wonder if it will last longer than 5 minutes this time...

why isn't EDIE WINDSOR showing up on the WHO ARE WE section of the website anymore?
Due to recent bad bitcoin press her lawyers thought it better to remove her from page, understandable. so you already managed to lose one of the big public supporters. oh my! At no point was that said, troll somewhere else. i'm not trolling, but this is TAK not BTC so bad BTC press should not cause such action by her IMO

what about this pump everyone was talking about earlier?!
It's 6PM EST, not GMT as some people mentioned here. Nobody knows what coin it is Look at his tweets https://twitter.com/cryptsypumpsThe chance of not being mazacoin is small. what's makes you think it will be MZC? his tweets don't reveal much...

so shes's no longer a supporter?

anyone minting via POS yet?
It's like need 1 year for 2% interest. UTC POS is for long term holding. If just for short term investment, other coins with shorter coin age are suitable. (e.g. HBN, 2-5% for every 10 days) thanks for replying. what is the coin age required to stake? 365 days that's ridiculous, so i guess POS minting is really an option...this coin is pretty much all POW then..not much different than other POS...just a little faster confirmation times. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just to let everyone know there is a pump coming at 6pm GMT 15mins from now. Buy up quick!
