I'd say being realistic is like basic of investing, you just don't invest just because your guts telling you to do so, you invest because you know the project fundamentals and quality is good.
also, you see potential of the project using many analysation, in which gonna require realistic approach, if you are influenced by emotion in your investment be ready to lose.

they're good for invetment indeed, even better for long term but if it's for finding massive profit I think investing in altcoin still required.
random altcoin could give massive increase and profit more than multiple of its values, meanwhile bitcoin and ethereum will of course hardly give that, but they are always good for diversification.

even recent ethereum update still make its fee requirements a joke, it just doesn't make sense to use ethereum at this point, such waste of money i'd say.
but in the other hand, many good coins are also in their blockchain, but nowadays considering the trend is second layer with their own token, it just requires converting ethereum form its native blockchain to its L2 and we're done with this silly gas fee.

it's basically glorified zero sum game where you gonna make profit out of other loss, meaning it's just like gambling but you can always have the advantage over the fact that you're among the early birds. so basically it's also game of positioning, that's why investing in meme coin when it's already become hot is simply means you're gonna lose some of your money.

the circumstance with altcoin in general will be the same like nowadays, it's always changing position, some altcoin even got delisted and slowly losing their value overtime even in the next century i don't believe current altcoin, majority of it that existed today will ever be the same, so many of them are gonna be switching around position even becoming valued near to zero.

it's not gonna be any significant news, after all, i think many capital that truly wants to invest in cryptocurrency has moved from that place to neighboring country like singapore.
i'd say even if ban is lifted, surely the current value will just stays the same.

it's indeed a joke, you could say paying $35 for just a transaction is ridiculous considering other blockchain only requires measly $0.1 and yet ethereum with its classic gas fee will always require something so high, even though many kept saying that there are L2 for alternative and other blockchain like BNB but lets be honest here, those blockchain in general aren't really active like ethereum.

just use the second layer like arbitrum and optimism, it's convenient since it requires eth for gas fee same with native eth blockchain and majority of the token you ever need are there, there's reason why these l2 exist that is to add convenience of using ethereum and avoid high gas fee.

I think it's common knowledge that usually coin with smaller market capitalization have bigger chance of overturning their current valuation and simply could multiply its own valuation multiple folds, but in this case I'd say eth and btc have the same potential mainly because they both got their share of pie in term of getting invested by large funds management company.

such feat could always be happening for shiba but the thing is, the progress with shiba lately has been quite stagnant that it's not wrong to say that they've been rather underperforming and also rather stuck, in the other hand doge got the constant shilling from elon which helps it raise its market capitalization in general. shiba could get that much with the anticipated shibarium but honestly, $1 is simply too much of target.

many are become concerned with the fact that despite sui has succesfully raised tremendous amount of investment it's still regardless trying to cater further funds in which it seems the sui devs are quite greedy but maybe they just found that even without the airdrops many are already flocking to the project anyway so having airdrop is definitely waste of resource, so they try to increase their market capitalization through additional fundraising which many considered ridiculous.

these coin honestly like ada and matic, get shadowed so hard by some layer 2 coin that even their news regarding of the project aren't appearing anymore.
these coins in the past are being said to be ethereum killer, but it doesn't seem to be really happening, now even layer 2 are just enhancing the ethereum and helps solving the gas problem, yet these coins that said to be ethereum killer are rather stagnant, it's not that many hates ada in general but I guess it's just because so many have high expectation yet it turns out to be some normal ordinary coin, it did great job in overcoming the previous massive correction though, still it doesn't live up to many expectation, so many that have invested are getting frustated. but that's just my 2 cents alright.

we are not exactly in the middle of bullish season anyway, these are generally just some small recoveries and will definitely encounter some correction along the way.
but, as many have said which I'm agreed to, you definitely judging these coin too soon, there are still so much times for bitcoin and other coin to get massive bullrun, right now these coin are like just testing the water, seeing if the sentiment of the market are still hugely bullish or bearish, but it seems the negative sentiment has significantly decreased, now most coins aren't even in the state of oversold.
definitely that means, it opens up a chance and opportunity that cryptocurrencies could be having the bullrun in the future, of course, it might happened within 2 years into the future, or even more, no one knows.

they should've implemented such thing from the early days, but at least the fact that it has gotten implemented right now is already good enough, so many newbies are getting scammed through fake smart contract and so called dapps, that there are so many money gets wasted. I'd say, it's such huge help coming from metamask for the general newbie out there.

considering how many participants in a crew3 usually are, I guess it add quites the contribution to the marketing of a project but honestly, it's useless for many airdrop hunters.
usually most of the time, these crew3 exists just for fun meaning you can finish the task but get next to nothing in term of rewards.

the gas increase caused by something else than syncswap, I mean most of the transaction going in syncswap happens in zksync blockchain and moreover the zksync contract in eth isn't the highest gas guzzler, but it's opensea that caused massive increase in gas, I just can't wait to see many more L2 coming up so that the fee problem will gets solved.

I'd say it's quite stagnant in term of innovation and the value, moreover the fact that there has been many release of L2 which takes up the attention of the masses hugely make coins like cardano losing their trading volume and market share.
