1221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get moved by fake good news on: July 12, 2020, 11:36:44 AM
If a person found a gold-mine by nature they will rarely tell another people and same thing goes for crypto market, no one's gonna tell you their secret that easily and if they do they are scamming you. this kind of scamming method already spreading through many media including youtube but
it takes a little intelligence to figure out that these all are bs but there's always that person who got trapped into this scheming.

You are browsing through Twitter or telegram and you come in contact with news like this '𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙨𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝  Mr George Anderson ịt has been a life changing experience and a God sent to humanity 𝙞𝙣𝙗𝙤𝙭 𝙝im 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚'
Join link???

When ever you come across such it's a total scam, it's never real to begin with, it's just a fake good news to lure you into a trap, do not bother to read

The fact is people who make it big aren't always ready to share news about how they do it

Do people still fall for such scam. It is one of the oldest one if  Remember it correctly. I saw it for the first time way back in 2012. I thought of it and was interested but one of my friend told me at that time it was a scam.
some people still do, you see there are many people complaining about it if you search it up in google. heck, even that IT support guy who scamming people through telephone still exist simply because some people still fall for it.
1222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Tether.to/USDT? on: July 12, 2020, 11:25:50 AM
in cryptocurrency investments, nothing is safe, because investing in cryptocurrency the risk is very high even though now the price of the USDT seems stable but all of that does not escape the influence of market demand.
USDT is indeed stable if you compare it to USD rate because each USDT circulating around already pegged to their USD in their reserve(if there really is) and even if the demand is nowhere to be found it will still hold the value the same USD's. USDT and any other alike aren't for "real investment" but rather for
saving the value of your money when in crypto market.
1223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The return of ICOs on: July 11, 2020, 01:18:39 PM
I believe that people now know about these scam exchanges and stay away from them. Since the IEO appeared, these exchanges have listed a lot of projects, but none of them have been successful and have helped investors be profitable.
They are also the one that destroy IEO making it irrelevant compared to when IEO was still hosted by popular exchange only, these kind of exchanges are really stain of crypto world and should be get rid. The means is good enough to provide less popular coin a medium for exchange but the way they accept shitty project is what makes
most of us feels uncomfortable with them and making crypto market dirty.
1224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: COVID19 and Its effect on Bitcoin & Altcoin Price? Your Thoughts ! on: July 11, 2020, 12:31:36 PM
Yep it's unbelievable the price of bitcoin was increasing while we are at global pandemic, I guess people want to have an extra income in internet and bitcoin was their choice to earn some money. If there is no pandemic I'm sure the price of bitcoin will surge.
Internet things like bitcoin usually the least to be affected, you can see that the use of e-wallet which helps us dealing transaction offline with just an app has been increasing so rapidly and it only makes sense for bitcoin which has existed for so many years promoting online currency to be used widely to rise in price because people realize that there's this thing called bitcoin.
1225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam? on: July 10, 2020, 10:16:07 AM
People just want a quick profit and don’t understand that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Even regular exchanges can scam us as well. I’ve been a victim of an exchange that went out of business.
mainly those shady exchanges that didnt show the identity of their owner and who knows from which country the developers of that exchange comes from. It's like an endless cycle tho, most of the newcomer dont have a clue about the rampant scam that's still happening until now and maybe because of lack education aswell.
hopefully there's gonna be a method to prevent this thing although i mostly doubt, even in other market the scam is rampant aswell.
1226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens??? on: July 10, 2020, 09:23:38 AM
If you are planning to invest for a long time then I think it is not so risky. It might be risky for short periods. Along with risk it is also high profitable if invest in strong project based coins.
Well there certainly are some projects that's just die out as the time goes. It's not like a long term will give you additional odd of success in your investment, if the project is a failed project from the beginning other than making you lost your money you will lost the time aswell so it's always wiser to see the project first. However, there's no investment that doesn't involve risk even if it's small risk.
1227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 50% increase in Doge coin price in just 24 hours! on: July 10, 2020, 08:08:26 AM
not being salty but this pump will be just temporary, for the people who already holding doge I guess they know about it if they got updated with these tiktok news, I mean these kids will eventually dump the coin so hard anyway.
turns out someone found a way to trick these tiktok users into making doge viral LOL.

1229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bull trap on: July 07, 2020, 10:39:55 PM
weekend is the day where Bull Trap and Bear Trap occur, look yesterday, the price of Bitcoin Dump to $ 8900 and suddenly rises to $ 9200 now,
obviously it's a bear trap, and maybe Bull trap coming this week, you must be carefully
It can also be considered as a small correction. In my opinion if everything still remains the same. I didn't think if that was a bulltrap consider it was not reaching another higher point and then dumped it again instantly. The small correction and stabilization are always happening right now.
1230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always look at the coins MAX supply on: July 07, 2020, 03:14:28 PM
I don't care too much about the total supply of the project. I am only interested in project and team products. If they have a good project and a good product, I believe the price will keep going up and be valid in the future. But if the project is poor quality and scam then it will quickly die and the investor will lose money
Total supply doesn't matter when it has a useful product. You can see how CRO was going crazy caused by it has already developed a very good product and it has its own exchange site too.
Multi billion supply and high marketcap and it have proven if a product is much more important.
1231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Back then and Now, lesson learnt on: July 07, 2020, 03:13:14 PM
I don't know if mining the new coin still profitable or not, but if I see that the amount to get from the mining process can be big, but unfortunately, that coin will not have a good price at the market or that coin don't have a market. If you want to try to mine back the new coin, you should search which coin that has a good future and have the potential to increase in the future. But I don't think that will be easy because it's like to find the gem in the ocean.
As long as you were choosing the legit coin and you will get profit based on how much your hash power. it looks like from this case we can learn if the small miners were looking for the instant profit and that's why the majority of small miners interested to bet on the crapcoin.
1232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: July 06, 2020, 02:40:46 PM
DEX still has a long way to go to beat current top centralized exchanges. Yes, DEX did improve a lot in 2019 (remember the shitty etherdelta lol) but DEX still lacks behind in few things which can only be provided by CEX.
I remembered during 2017 wherein etherdelta was really a popular dex until the scam incident happened. That time, I wasn`t able to fund my wallet because I have really know idea in cryptocurrency. However, because of that incident I was shocked because crypto still has its weakness. We can`t say but I am really more confident to trade in CEX even there is a highest withdrawal fee and trading fee. I always follow the liquidity and security of my assets.
Can't judge the whole dex market just because one website though it should be a really precious experience for us not to put too much trust even on a dex exchange which promises security.
I personally still uses dex only for dealing small amount of tokens simply because I just don't really feel comfortable trading in there hopefully it will change in the future.
1233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Managers and Shit projects on: July 05, 2020, 12:52:08 PM
not all managers do such a thing, some see or review the project first before accepting the project and many refuse if he thinks the project is unfit to be promoted, come on don't equate all managers unilaterally.
Could agree, there are some reckless manager indeed that doesn't care the prospect of their project and how it's gonna be post promotion phase but some managers also actually doing quite good by selectively choosing a project that's promising and will not just brought us dissapointment in the future.
1234  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New stupid/greedy move from Brave Browser on: July 05, 2020, 12:06:39 PM
Damn you are right when I tried to type Binance.us a referral link shows up and I though it was cached when using the search engine for Binance I clean my computer regularly and haven't made a visit to Binance lately but sure is embedded in the browser.

Wow they are exposed, good job for exposing them, I wonder are they doing this since we installed the browser, such cheap trick.
Not that cheap if thousands of people do use your ref link haha
Seriously though Brave still has a chance to live even after such drastic mistakes they've made.
Their client base is so wide that some of them maybe ignorant to such problems
Yeah I've seen many people uses brave browser simply out of reddit recommendation or such and usually don't even care that crypto exists.
They are growing great and now turns out they become like this, I guess money is very interesting after all. Although I know it too well that browser competition is kinda fierce.
1235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hate long term promotions on: July 05, 2020, 11:47:56 AM
Long term promotions can really be painful if in the end every work go to waste, I'm sure many will go against long term promotions but you really can't tell, some long term promotions can worth it in the end and bring insane reward
Actually the promotion in the long run is not wrong, as long as the rewards are appropriate, because the promoters obviously spend a lot of time on it, but what we see is the opposite, campaign participants who do promotions for a very long duration only get a little wage and it certainly isn't commensurate with the time they have spent on promotion, so this is what everyone needs to pay attention to.
The thing with these long term promotion is most of the time some of them extend the promotion period until certain amount of time but didnt increase the reward pool, in short a free advertisement by exploit but well, who am I to judge, I guess it's the community that could stop this from happening.
1236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOIN to the MOON on: July 05, 2020, 11:28:04 AM
We will never see big alts mooning without btc mooning. Maybe 1-2 of them but not he entire market. They all depends from bitcoin
Not all Altcoins depend on Bitcoin, there are some Altcoins that don't depend on Bitcoin, although most of Altcoins appear to depend on bitcoin trends, so their value will only go up when Bitcoin experiences a large pump.
that's just a rare case and might be affected by another factor but as far as I know bitcoin always play role when it comes to pump and dump because BTC dominance is about 64% which means no matter what coin got pumped they will eventually come back to bitcoin.

1238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why did dogecoin survive? on: June 28, 2020, 11:24:13 PM
In my opinion, one of the reasons dogecoin survives is because it has a large community, has a fast transfer speed, besides that dogecoin also has a stable price in the crypto market compared to other altcoin prices that depend on bitcoin price movements.
I think that another project has a better speed the doge coin but this coin is a very suitable coin to be used for tipping purpose. I remember so many people in various communities have already used doge coin to tipping others on telegram group. The main reason could be doge has a reasonable fees for any tx.

Indeed, one of the reasons many people choose dogecoin to survive has a low cost for every transaction made and also a fast transfer speed, therefore it is natural if the price is always stable.

yes, sometimes people will move their capital from exchange to exchange will find an alt with cheap fees and stable price in bitcoin
and doge is the best choice for that
They will not move their asset if that was a huge capital and doge is an alternative for the medium - low tx payment too.
People will prefer to use another coin like tron or even ethereum to move a huge capital from one to another exchange site.
1239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON 4.0, will the improvements be reflected in the value of TRX? on: June 28, 2020, 11:06:38 PM
When justin has published the result of the vote for the comparison between tron 4.0 and ethereum 2.0 and most people have chosen ethereum 2.0 is much more attractive than tron. At that time and the result of the vote is also being manipulated and it gives nothing to the price. TRON 4.0 will give nothing to the price
1240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Spyce Price Conditions before and After Distribution on: June 28, 2020, 03:18:51 AM

bounty hunters like myself find it normal already after the distribution of tokens that it will plummet. it will even plummet down without the distribution of the bounty hunters token. one thing is for sure though is that i will never register to the exchanges where this token is listed. its a good project it deserves to be listed to good exchanges paired with BTC.
That's now true and all depend on the liquidity in the market. The oikos airdrop has already distributed and it gives nothing to the market as an impact from the airdrop distribution. More demand create the buy wall and this will prevent the dump to happen.
