Would love to clarify things around us accepting the bets. Usually it's impossible for the Sportsbooks in general to manually overview every bet that comes in on a daily basis. Usually they're checked afterwards, if there's any concerns coming in around the topic. In case of the loss, betslips would be nullified and funds would be refunded back to the user. Here's the proof showcasing company's behavior to the similar cases, this one purely indicates the fact that we've already has similar case with the OP, where identical bets were placed onto two separate betslips and after the loss, the stake was refunded back to the user.  -  - Tornike |

I'm not sure if anyone on the FortuneJack team has already been notified, but there is a serious charge here to delete a serious amount of money from the user's account. it would be really good to get some answers here and to give your explanation of what happened. the accusation seems realistic and supported by certain evidence. FortuneJack making 120,000 dollars disappear from my account!There is a communication between the user and the live support, so Fortunejack team should have been notified by the live support about this case but seems that they are on their off days during the weekend shown by the last online of the FJ's account (29 th). Thanks for the clarification FJ  So I guess it really is because of my deposit, which I haven't made in a long time true and fair enough. I do hope the dormant account won't be taken away though and just left there allowing us to return to make a deposit when we can or want to. Yeah same here, I nuked it like rightaway so I don't know the email sender now because it had a link to click to login. I didn't think about deposit activity though so if Trofo is right then yes, it may have been some time, but if that's a reason, then it should be made clear in the inactivity notice like what you need to do.
It said "login" though, so I assumed it wanted me to login and get my password and such.

Wow! Another 10k winner? This is getting weird, for 2 seasons we nearly had nobody, at least nobody that wrote here if they won or not, maybe there were winners but we didn't hear about it because fortunejack didn't share it with us, because it looks a bit impossible for a promotion to not have any winner at all for 2 seasons, many people chatting about how they were close but couldn't win, everyone wondering who will be the first one to ever win it, much bigger reward and then suddenly a new season starts and we have 2 winners in 3 weeks (and that one week had 0-0 result). So, this is definitely something shocking, something that I didn't expect at all.
