2841  Local / Pamilihan / Re: US SEC charges Abra + Plutus Technologies Philippines Corp for Security Swapping on: September 22, 2021, 02:31:49 PM
Sobrang laking pondo niyan, Isa na ba dito yung mangyayari sa October 7? Nakapost sa website nila countdown sa date na yan at mukhang malaking pasabog ang gagawin ni Abra, posible nga mag defi or nft marketplace ito or isang Dex like AMM exchange na may new features, well abangan nalang natin ito  malapit na rin naman October ganda ng timing usually nasa uptrend kapag ganitong month.
Can't say for sure pero parang isang sorpresa ito sa crypto community, sa mga feature na nabanggit mo parang malabo diyan yung DEX, just my two cents pwede pa siguro yung staking feature or ang isang NFT marketplace na may twist like for Philippine NFT only something like that (just my idea at opinion). Siguro may hint na sila rito at nakaligtaan lang natin.
2842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Karnataka ( A state in India ) they introduced bill in assembly to ban o.gamblin on: September 22, 2021, 09:40:59 AM
Was horse racing and lottery being run by the government of Karnataka? If yes, I think that was the reason they aren't banning all of it, just my own opinion but I think people will still be curious on things and will just goes through another alternatives like having a VPN or else another state where it's legal. I don't know if how government will enforced this but gamblers should take notice.
2843  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FF9 dot io - if you received an airdrop of this token don't visit their site on: September 22, 2021, 02:19:24 AM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5359591.msg57921976#msg57921976
it seems this is a new way for scamming people. I have also reported another one (AKSWAP).
similar stuff has already happened with some token in waves but the process was slightly different .
I do some research and found that the owner's address has that akswap too in here: https://ethplorer.io/address/0x635173bdae7abce71ec1daf859c0da568ef30637 and there's that another token called ABChange and I guess it's another scam token that been created by the scammer himself. I thought this was just happening on Tron chain too with those airdropped TRC-10 tokens, I could maybe wrong but I thing it was similar to what's happening this time around.
2844  Economy / Gambling / Re: betfair and excluded countries on: September 21, 2021, 09:58:08 PM
I come from a country excluded for betfair. I am irritated by betfair brokers, it's not the same. There is no worthy alternative for them. Why has no one built something similar, based e.g. on BTC? Isn't it a profitable business? Is it worth it to ban an account from an allowed country? I have doubts, most of it is probably a scam, and after some time it can be blocked anyway.
Is there other angle you can find that your account was ban, like multi accounting or something? I don't think it's a probable reason to ban an account from a country that isn't excluded from the list of countries. What was the message from Betfair notifying about this ban, maybe you could be more specific in that matter and maybe move this on reputation or scam accusation board as well, it's more appropriate there.
2845  Economy / Scam Accusations / FF9 dot io - if you received an airdrop of this token don't visit their site on: September 21, 2021, 03:48:58 PM
Just this day, a random one and I received this token on my wallet and curious to see things or if it has value but no luck. Researching it and there's been a lot of news regarding this lately, so, if you're one of the receivers don't ever interact on their website or claiming something, just let it stay on your wallet and don't do anything. Beware!

2846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: More women addicting problem in UK on: September 21, 2021, 02:02:03 PM
I am curious if only women seeking help for the addiction or men also seeking for help? But I guess that could be as we know that men can play gambling more aggressively than women.
I guess there's no discrimination on that and it feels there's some issue on it as well to them seeking for help. I think it will always be subjective on every individuals in regards to sex and being aggressive as a gambler is a thing for both but more often it will always point to man as the heavy gambler.

Gambling seems heavily discriminate to a man's world I guess, that even there's some woman who are into it, it was just simply ignored and most eyes was onto man, anyone can disagree on me.
2847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BitOcoin make me rich ? on: September 21, 2021, 09:43:00 AM
Yes, it will make you a millionaire if you're a billionaire. Why not remove that "O" and that will sorted all the questions. Yes we are talking about risks and reward ratio but this new coin is all about risks at the moment. I wonder what's new from this bitocoin from other existing  projects, was there something unique about it?
2848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impact of underage gambling? on: September 20, 2021, 03:10:59 PM
So often at times, we are always warned not to allow kids to get involved in gambling and one of the major reasons is that gambling is a highly addictive activity, but in recent times we see how young folks are making a positive impact and making money for themselves through the cryptocurrency space.
What is the best age a kid should get involve in online crypto gambling and what is your recommendation for that?
It will always depend on every country's policy in regards to children who should have consent over gambling activity on either local or online. Most will agree on 18+ age as the consent age but what's more questionable is where they'll get that money they're using for gambling? I think the best age for a person to make his vice like gambling be sustained is when he can afford to lose it or he has job that may get those money to be played on a casino.
2849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 20, 2021, 02:50:44 AM
It looks like Isaiah Thomas is still trying to return to the NBA because there are rumors that he is going to work out with the Warriors next week. He definitely deserves to get at least a minimum contract, but I have doubts that the Warriors will sign him.

Hopefully at least a veteran minimum deal will be great for IT. His case though is very unique, from being one of the best in Celtics uniform and then traded to Cavs, gets injured and it's down hill for him after that. But there are videos circulating around that he can still play, maybe not on his prime but he can still shoot the lights out. Hoping to see him at least a season with Warriors or any team for that matter.
With the rumors going on around I think he'll landed on a team that deserves him right. I think he'll be fine with a veteran deal considering how his career been going lately but I think he's healthy in regards to his recent games outside the NBA. He can ball and there's that 80+ points he does recently on a Pro-Am league.
2850  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fundamentally good coins on: September 19, 2021, 04:40:05 PM
Surely there will be at the top 200 or 300 that will make it to the top 100 altcoins and can't give a definitive answer but fundamentally there are altcoins out there might emerge sooner or later. I'm into this DAO tokens as I think they might be the thing in the future, decentralization and community.
2851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Gold: Superiority on: September 19, 2021, 10:05:14 AM
In the long run I think Bitcoin will be superior compare to gold if we're talking about market and value. It's a fact that more and more major institutions eyeing this market and they can't ignore it, I'm saying this is the new revolution.
2852  Local / Pamilihan / Re: US SEC charges Abra + Plutus Technologies Philippines Corp for Security Swapping on: September 18, 2021, 05:42:20 PM
Akala ko isinara yung Abra, meaning the "deal was closed" pala. Nagtataka lang ako kung ano kaya yung mga features na i-expand ng service nila at hoping it will be the P2P or possible na DeFi like staking kasi nabanggit sa article regarding DeFi or maybe isnag merkado ng NFT pero espekulasyon ko lang ang mga ito pero possibilities are endless sa crypto at $55M ay isang napakalaking pondo para mas mag improve pa sila or expand into other ventures than wealth management.
2853  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish Bitcoin TA - Be careful everyone ... on: September 18, 2021, 03:02:01 PM
@OP I think that's a short term of history repeating itself. You could be wrong or right, this is a two-edge sword market but in my opinion, I'd rather focus on the long-term speculation and what could it play out. Technical analysis like daily as you provided was for traders but investors aren't gonna buy that they'll DCA and that's a fact and if it drops be thankful for an opportunity once again before it makes new ATH.
2854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Underage gambling is an epidemic on: September 18, 2021, 11:47:16 AM
I wonder if you're living with your own now OP or you're still with your parent/s, if the latter how come they aren't aware on this and where does your money comes from? Sometimes others can't escape the current rhythm if you're on that stage and it will take courage and strong mind to get out of that addiction. The best thing is to have some guardian/s watching over teenagers regarding the matter.
2855  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Should be in Syllabus of Students? on: September 18, 2021, 06:18:57 AM
I guess it shouldn't be a syllabus that you're referring into but I think you're saying it should be in a curriculum or a course. I think there are courses offered already on some university internationally you may head into this article to check on what educational institutions offering it. This might be outdated too, so, DYOR.
2856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 18, 2021, 03:39:24 AM
I don't think he'll fulfill that, it's just a warning I guess that he doesn't want it and besides it's a bad move for the Nets if they do. I mean, are they on their right mind for this? Kyrie got good stat on the Nets from the past season and if he wasn't get injured along with Harden they might be the one on that Finals appearance.
2857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would like to invest more than $20k. Which altcoin project? on: September 17, 2021, 04:53:02 PM
Personally I prefer AVAX or ATOM, they are developing the Pangolin and Gravity DEX. I think DEX are the future of exchanges and these project somehow is on my list to be top gainers if ever there will be another surge or DEX bull season.
2858  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Who can estimate the budget and build the project for me? on: September 17, 2021, 03:37:32 PM
Try to post it on the right board in the Project development board as I see it fits there. There are other individuals that may help you out there too. Your question is somehow open-ended you may have to alter it or be specific.

2859  Other / Meta / Re: New sub-board idea on: September 17, 2021, 05:01:29 AM
I wonder if signatures won't be allowed there and if we see much interaction or sharing of ideas, I speculate it will just be a lurking dungeon of spammers too. I agree with the idea but it still falls into altcoin discussion. It was a token (Non-fungible token) after all, may it be a game or a collectible.
