2001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge Future after Elon Musk Buy Twitter ? on: May 04, 2022, 09:27:03 AM
I heard that so many times doge shill were talking about the future of doge coin after twitter acquisition by elon musk. These shillers are thinking so fast about that but they didn't even understand even elon have so many homework with its new company like dealing with the workers and many more. You can still speculate doge coin to be big- in the future with the help of twitter but this will not as big as bitcoin.
Elon will never destroy the reputation of twitter just to used it for doge coin.  Cheesy
Of course it's all speculation until it's done, these are just usually FOMO and to those who may hooked are the victim. Of course it's a two edged sword, it may make or hurt you. We may never know that tbh but it's for sure a laughable stuff if doge flipped Bitcoin, it should be written in history books that a meme coin replaced a revolutionary coin like Bitcoin.
2002  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 04, 2022, 07:50:50 AM
I just checked the site and it has a super cool interface with an integration of both casino and sports booking (i.e soccer, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, ice hockey, and e.t.c) because soccer is one of the best known and loved sport, so integrating it with some free giveaways will attract more users as people love free money and sport
Well, it is. There are lot of promotions going on with the casino and if you are tuning in at twitter https://twitter.com/rollbitcom you'll see their activities regarding promotions. You can check their NFT drop as well that always been a success and what the community is after was the utility of it. Check Sports Rollbot: https://rollbot.com/nft/sportsbot/portfolio
I am sure that marketing is different from the promotions. If you are interested in the NFT world then you could be interested in their NFT collections and that is something else, if you are interested in gambling then you could check their websites and their twitter to see what they are doing. I personally believe that there isn't enough promotions left for the casino part.

Obviously there are still some but there isn't really anything that is super insanely high and that is why I do not believe that there should be anything that we could really call "promotion" just yet because they are all small marketing stuff but the NFT stuff is getting attention a lot for sure.
I agree on that, they are more into the NFT side and hoping that wouldn't hurt them a lot once bear market for NFTs hit, especially for the investors. Well, I think they are still putting aside their promotions and I guess if they push it hard enough that will make their gambling more fun and active. If they can pull off an NFT promotion, I'm sure they can pull off major casino promotions since they are still a casino.
The thing is that most hot topic for us and gamblers at Rollbit is NFT at this time because of the latest sportsbook and NFT V2  launch. The utility traits are still unboxing with benefits along with them so there is much talk about it.But the normal gameplay is also the same way if you see and there are many players on sportsbook also for sure
Well, that's expected yes, but for longer term sense I think they'll still focus on the gambling stuffs rather than the NFT stuff, and I'm confident that's still their vision. I wonder on where does Rollbit make most money of, is it on the NFT stuff or still at the casino stuffs? Still a good thing to know tbh.

2004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoPoly - A play to earn game in the POLYGON network on: May 03, 2022, 01:25:21 PM
Correct me if I'm wrong, but since your thread is all about introducing the game, it's much better to move this to the ANN section of the Altcoin Discussion thread. But of course in the ANN section, you need to be more detailed on this especially including the graphics, tokenomics, team, etc.

And is your project already audited by CertiK, Hacken or any similar audit services to prove your legitimacy?
I checked the FAQ section https://www.cryptopoly.pro/faq and say that they contract was verified and published but no details if it's already verified. One more thing, they'll publish an article if they successfully audited it by tweeting it on their Twitter page. The idea is quite unique for monopoly game to be integrated as NFT and I want to know more about this project so if they goes the right way like auditing and other stuff to make them more legit of a project then it's worth a try.

By verified, we meant the contract code was verified and published as you can see here https://polygonscan.com/address/0x42a47C131b613c115780aea7bD589F291b3dd7ca#code

However the code hasn't been audited yet. We have plans to audit in the near future.

Please give the game a try and let us know your feedback.
Yeah, verified and an audited contract is a different stuff and this is an education to those who doesn't know this. Yes, I checked the contract as well as the testnet and it's clearly verified, haven't tested the game though but will give it a try and try to give my feedback from this very reply by editing it. Thanks!

Edit: How much the NFT costs? When will it be minted?

2006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: May 03, 2022, 05:39:11 AM
This season is actually going to be very tough as all teams seem to be doing absolutely well because even experts will find it difficult to predict who is going to win the championship this year, but actually, I like the Sun play their game, those guys are coordinating and play good games. So I think you can bet on them
Seems the teams this time are well balanced and it's really hard to predict who's the best team to get the ring. The Suns is a dominant team tbh but they are into Mavs this time and they are tough for a team to beat with Luka on their side playing well day by day and his playoff stats this time is really amazing too.

Try to have more lively post in here for your announcement thread for a forum suggestion and keep in touch with lot of gambling projects. I wonder how does it work, it shows not reviewed yet there's number on how much it was rated, is that a mistake?

I was thinking to remove a "Not Reviewed" badge when we will have a detailed text review but after your comment, I'll discuss with my team how we should use it, thanks!
Yeah, that should be taken care of because people will wonder that these casinos are having the not reviewed badge yet it has information already on ratings, that is a no no to readers. Well, thank you for the fast response and hope it will be sorted out by your team and good luck!

Well, that wouldn't be funny if the sole intentions are those and not making it more decentralized than ever. I hope the sole purpose that he wanted to buy it was still the "free speech" thing and not just some personal gain in his mind. A lot of criticism was going around the news but I think we need to see first on how he will manage it.

2010  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A single trading tool is not enough on: April 30, 2022, 09:05:17 PM
Using Bollinger Bands and other default indicators that you can find on charts of exchange is the best indicators to use since its the common indicator that most traders viewing. In able for a TA to highly happened is when people see it and use it as there guide for there trading. Some Analyst use different strategy which is very hard to understand and sometimes they are just adjusting there lines just to make it look like it really happening.

I believe on the simplest and common indicators for TA is the most effective above all.
Bollinger Bands is a great indicator but tbh this isn't a newbie friendly indicator as it confusing and it requires a different indicator as well to be near perfect on execution of a trade. No tools are perfect so it's perfectly just fine if you're master of a few indicator the main thing is to record your accuracy and the percentage of the indicator/s you usually used.
2011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: April 30, 2022, 06:38:56 PM
Now, don't chase after it, it will just lead to more losses in the end and that would be more catastrophic. That's the thing, we start small then if hooked to gamble more we start to get greedy then that will follow until you either go lucky or go lost, that's the only direction. The thing is, we tend to get the lossing side and it isn't a shocking event since most of us gamblers can relate.
2012  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think about Bitcoin? on: April 30, 2022, 03:18:34 PM
When I first heard about bitcoin in a forum that accepts bitcoin donations, I thought it was the same as online payment systems that are already popular such as web money, paypal, liberty reserve and so on, but when someone made a post about the graph of the bitcoin price increase, it made me interested to know more, and the easy thing at that time was I searched on google with the type "how to earning bitcoin" so I was directed to many faucets sites and at that time still paying.
Well, faucet isn't bad the only thing is that many sites requires a certain amount of balance to withdraw it. You also need to be active to get that hourly faucet. Bitcoin was more design in a clever way compare to those platforms that you'd mentioned, it's more complex and what fascinating is that it doesn't have a centralized authority.
2013  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is your bitcoin hero (excluding Satoshi)? on: April 30, 2022, 11:16:28 AM
I believe those OGs who contributed in early days when Satoshi was still active was the real heroes beside him/her/they. For now, I believe it was the holders, those who make the crypto community known, those who has nodes, those developers that still supporting Bitcoin with its upgrades. These are the existing heroes I can think of.
2014  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STEPN (GMT) on: April 30, 2022, 06:17:26 AM
It has more room for growth and improvement and I think this is more healthy rather than just playing while sitting all day. The hindrance was just it was semi-expensive and only those rich dudes may have the chance to get  the token to keep them earning. I wish I get it when it was still below a dollar though.

2016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Need a second opinion on the new CAKE staking system on: April 29, 2022, 09:38:33 PM
So pancake swap recently slashed the staking APY heavily for the CAKE token (12% down from around 70%).
That's unless you choose their locked staking option. You can choose your lock-up period and the maximum is 1 year, where you'll be given 230% APY. This is an attractive offer but I'm not sure whether CAKE will hold its value one year from now. Traditionally, the BNB chain was the only option if one wants to interact with smart contracts but not have to pay Eth's transaction fees. But now there are many competing layer 1's.
What do you guys think?
Well, most new projects do this and more likely a norm now. To be honest, this is a subjective topic, it will depend on every individuals risk appetites if they want to hop in, of course there will always be a risk and we may never know if it will hold or not. No one can predict that. The thing is, will the APY be fixed or not? If it's not if there are lot of stakers then probably it's too risky, the APY will surely decline.
2017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: April 29, 2022, 03:44:30 PM
What the F Chris Paul! Literally perfect game for him, 14/14 with 33 points and all contribution to 3pts, reb and assist. He is a monster especially when Booker injured. His tandem with Ayton very strong despite the strong defense and offense of Pelicans. Glad I bet with them during half time with 3.0 odds. Phoenix is back again!
I hope they wouldn't choke until they get to the Finals. That corner 3 from DBook in the last quarter was really shut up the crowd for a moment and that's where they got their momentum as well.
With Chris Paul, They will not choke this time even with Bucks or Boston. Deandre Ayton improves a lot and CP3 and can capitalize Ayton height and strength advantage to score an easy points. If you will notice CP3 play, he is penetrating the iner part of the enemy side so that he can provide Ayton a space for a widely open shot and also is drawing the enemy attention outside the perimeter to setup for Ayton quick alley op dunk. This duo is a beast plus Booker that can give points on crucial time. I feel sad for Pelcs young blood since they do a good run on this season. Next year will be much better for Pelcs due to experience gain on this year road.
Unless another team broke down that offense and play defensively, I wonder if Mavericks can do that but Luka is surely unstoppable as well going 28.4 PPG, 9.1 RPG, and 8.7 APG. The stat shows that Phoenix defense was best when they are during the regular season but this playoffs the Dallas has made a significant increase on defensive stats. You can filter it here.

Yeah there will be changes since the coaching staffs are also evolving as the league's matches became tighten but definitely that will be put to test. It's hard to predict the outcome but one thing is for sure, these two teams will surely give us a good fight.

Goodbye Raptors. That's a good journey.
Now we have great match-ups in the East.

Sixers vs. Heat
Bucks vs. Celtics

Hard to pick a favorite.
Looks like it was the top 4 during the regular season and at the west side, it looks like the top 4's will head to head there as well. Dallas and Memphis will get this win I guess so it will be like this in the west.

Phoenix vs. Dallas
Golden State vs. Memphis

Just wow matchups, exhilarating tbh.

2020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About EOS on: April 28, 2022, 03:42:17 PM
Once upon a time EOS was one of the biggest projects in crypto space, it's all-time high was around 20$ per coin but so far this project have been on the ground, doing what actually? I am not saying it's over for EOS I believe that when a project stays on ground for a long time surprises will follow, what do you think about EOS? Are you a holder?.
Even Rome collapsed. But hey, they're still on the loop I guess just by seeing this roadmap https://forums.eoscommunity.org/t/eos-rolling-roadmap/2255 and other things that are in development. I'm not a holder but I've been on their eos learning academy (correct me if I'm wrong) and they are still here and their GitHub was still active. I think they're building something and sure surprises, we love it.
