2883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MCL] MiracleCoin | No ICO | Proof of Faucet distribution | Traders Coin on: October 17, 2014, 01:53:24 PM
I am trying to fix the problem with the faucet. It is written in node.js, everything was working fine until recently. When trying to send coins with sendmany I am getting the following error:

Code:
{ '0': { [Error: getaddrinfo EADDRINFO] code: 'EADDRINFO', errno: 'EADDRINFO', syscall: 'getaddrinfo' } }

I am trying to work around this. The worst case scenario is that I will have to rewrite it in another language. ETA is probably by the end of today.

See people, just CHILL!!!  Our DEV is on it!!!!

I've received only 1 payment in the last 12 hours. Wondering if it is the same with everyone or only me.

Have you been following the thread?

I don't know about the UK, but here in the US Coinabul has been (and still is) taking orders and not delivering peoples bullion.  So far nothing has been done, because it's BTC the FBI won't touch it.

Being this is a POS only coin, there is no reward for finding a block correct?
2893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MCL] MiracleCoin | No ICO | Proof of Faucet distribution | Traders Coin on: October 16, 2014, 08:10:30 PM

Once the exchange sees this they will suspend trading on the coin and lock the wallets!!  Are you going to do the right thing and let them know there is a problem?

There I am on the middle of page 13!!
2895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 16, 2014, 05:31:33 PM
Likely story is Moolahs assets will be frozen/seized. This means SYScoin will NEVER see the escrowed funds. This is real talk, be prepared for some serious turbulence. I for one am moving my small SYS investment into something else for the time being. Sorry everyone.

It's bad to hear you want to move away from SYS in a situation the coin itself is not harmed, the development continues and a company fails that does not own any of the SYS development.

Once again, chosing moolah as escrow provider appears a very bad choice in the light of recent events.
But Moolah does not own the team or any development of it!

So true, but after a botched launch and now this, I wonder if this coin is cursed!!!

Anyone staking their coins yet instead of only receiving ?

Yep, staking from the start all is good

How many Hours did it take to get your first stake (Not Faucet Trickle) ?
I'll have to check when I get back home

Mine was about a day and a half.

How many times have you staked so far all up, ammount, and do you use the addnodes or just leave it be ?

I'm trying to see if there is an occurrence happening with the way people stake compared to receiving from the faucet.

I have staked 7 times in the past day.  Nodes that were posted here.
2897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 16, 2014, 04:10:18 PM
moolah is your partner and you tell us you have done enough investigation of this company at the very beginning, now you tell us it's a scammer, what the hell!!!

Somehow I don't think Syscoin intended the partnership to be conjugal with everyone involved in Syscoin to be the mark.

If I remember right it was Moolah that dictated the terms of payment.  Much to the communities dismay.

I recently bougth a gridseed 5-chip miner, and i want to solo mine frycoin.
Does anyone know how to solo mine with a gridseed 5-chip miner.

You need the cgminer package for gridseed, and you would solomine just like you would with a GPU.

Hmm... my miners stopped working after the update... Maybe I'll download and re-install 0.3.7

ver 0.3.8

I had the same issue (not stopped but hashrate was really reduced), had to back off to 0.3.5
Going to DL 0.3.8 and try it this weekend.
