I think it's the beginning of the sunset for this coin. Bittrex closely follows the history of each coin and if they see that the coin has black spots, they do not want to risk their reputation

This is a Chinese platform? How many coins were drawn by the developer or is it 100% premine?

Help Staking DMD! Downloaded wallet, synced and connected to 30 Nodes, added 26 coins, encrypted and unlocked Wallet but 3 days later still shows "Staking is not active"? Did I miss a step?
Do you see such an image in the corner of the wallet? You can join our channel #Slack if your issue is not solved.

Is it possible there is one transaction visible in the blockchain but not in my wallet (ver. 3.0.0.13)? The total balance is the same. Can I fix it without restart of my wallet?
Use the main menu -> section Wallet Repair: it has to scan your data and to correct for incorrect values.

my wallet is DMDv3 and use salvage and it just give me bak file..i cant seem where to find the private keys too
Those private keys are the receiving DMD address is it?
Edit: I solved my problem and manage to get back my wallet using bak file.
Of course, you must first use your backup file wallet.dat. The transfer of private keys this is an extreme measure (the case when you have no backup of the file wallet.dat)

Hi All,
I think i have a corrupted wallet and i use salvage wallet function and it create a Bak file so how do i import it into new wallet?
If you transfer your coins from a damaged wallet then use only transfer your private keys. Also you must act if you transfer coins from old wallet DMD 2.0 in new wallet DMD 3.0. All steps is described in this manual

I have now had some time to familiarize with the new DMDv3 wallet/network. There's a big difference between DMDv2 and DMDv3, POS rewards seems hard to acquire, but I assume that's good for network security. In the wallet, in coin control inputs there's a button to "Toggle Lock State" I'm not familiar with. What's the idea behind it and how is it supposed to be used?
Thanks to the DMD team for the efforts put in Diamond development.
This is necessary to lock / unlock certain groups of coins. For example, if you have a group of 10,000 coins locked for MN, you can unlock and use for transactions, but in this case, you will break your MN.
|
|
|
Sorry for noob question but what about reactor? It is run in pos mode as I can see. Is 8 MN mode better? Or there are some reasons to stay as is?
The rector is an important element to protect the network from 51% attacks. It operates in the POS mode is not for profit but for the common good.

Nexus will be the next big thing in the coming months ( get in the billion marketcap club), mark my words nexusians !!! ....boommm this is possible only if we will see the release of the new wallet and the network will cease suddenly stop, like what happened the other day.
|
|
|
Love the cheap NXS. Just scooped up some more.
Have you watched the Nexus: State of the Union speech yet by Founder, Colin Cantrell? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HLzgDxcFH0&feature=youtu.beAll the pissing and moaning about the drop in price never takes into account the skyrocketing of NXS before the conference. All coins retrace to find their new support level. I see that the release date of a new wallet a carried not once time. People do not see real development NXS from what was promised in the beginning. So we see a natural market reaction..

Can I receive Diamonds at old address I have already received diamonds at? I have a miner going to that address.
Yes if you do export a private key tied to the address from old wallet and import it into a new wallet

If you see an outbound transaction from Bittrex and it is visible in Blockexplorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/At the same time, her status is confirmed in your wallet it should also be visible. If you say that you have an unconfirmed transaction and it matches the one you sent with Bittrex, let's deal. Maybe you should join our channel #Sclack and provide a screenshot of your wallet. We like to check it out and consider in detail your problem.

How can you check the progress?
How would you see the network traffic stats? What blocks your on?
Anyway to see information about your reward when it comes in? Some people say they get orphan blocks, where do you see this information?
How can you see how many coins your currently staking?
Thanks guys
You can see information about the blocks, transactions and network status on the site https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/Also this function is more succinctly available inside your wallet, section Blockchain explorer in the main menu -> Tools Also you can see the activity of your Internet traffic in the form of a chart, section Network Monitor in the main menu -> Tools Just carefully explore your wallet

Great thanks! So its the clicking of the button when you unlock that does it? I didn't do that but once I did it turned blue. Is that required?
If you did it right and your wallet is in POS minting mode, then you will see such a picture then you just have to wait for the reward
|
|
|
May I ask how are orphaned blocks form during PoS and how can we reduce the number of such incidents? Why are blocks generated but not accepted? My wallet is the latest version. Might it be due to my internet connection?
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
If you have a bad Internet connection network and your wallet has a small number of connections, the number of orphan blocks be increases. but this is not a massive problem because your wallet has the function of purification of empty blocks. You just need to go to a repair wallet and click Recover Transactions 1 Your wallet will be rebooted and cleared of orphan blocks.

I'm fairly new to DMD.
Bought 23 DMD a week ago on Bittrex and sent to my windows wallet (it is updated to the latest version).
From what I understood by reading some posts in this forum, all I need to do to stake my coins (POS Mining) is to leave my wallet opened and unlocked, and I have done so for a week now, but as of today, I haven't received anything. The diamond icon on the lower right is active, and says Staking is active btw.
Am I missing something? Should I have received anything by now ?
Unfortunately, for current difficult the found block with only 23 DMD is very hard. Try to increase your balance to at least 200 DMD and your chances of a new block will be much higher.

How much is DMD masternode ROI??
For run one Masternode you need to have 10000 DMD

if you see in your wallet differences in the display of information, then you might want to use a repair wallet and click to the button Recover Trabsactions 1 and after rebout Recover Trabsactions 2

I found (2) blocks yesterday and I only have (4) piles of 200 dmd each. So staking is working as it should. I believe you just have to leave your wallet open to compete. If you close your wallet at all I believe it removes your chances of stakes. Also, if you freshly opened your wallet it will take some time to compete with all of the wallets that have been open.
Yes, I think people got used to the DMD wallet v 2.0 in which they could obtain a reward by running your wallet once a week for a couple of hours. But with DMD version v 3.0 it works a differently. Imagine that you have a mining farm which operates around the clock. If you stop it, you will not receive income. Same here, only the energy cost for launching the wallet is minimal.
