Investment in your coin looks interesting for now, but are you not scary that the price dump when the PoS interest will start to reach low (or very low) amount ?
People will maybe want to move to an other altcoin if they think this is not interesting anymore, so how do you plan to keep your community high and your keep this price ?

Diamond is the brand, and this year the coin will turn 3 years.
25% per annum will still be  the good interest for any major holder  Cool
In this coin a lot of interesting projects.
I see no reason why people should move somewhere

Obvious that Bitgem this is a project from the past.
There is no point wasting time on something that has long existed  Cool

dmd loses value...
why ?

It could be various reasons such as people dumping DMD for the holidays still (as we are beginning the year of 2016) or maybe there is lack of interest into the coin. I find Diamond the perfect investment and a good crypto currency to pump as it is very rare, you can stake it and it has a strong community. But even still, the price will eventually rise as the available supply becomes closer to the maximum supply (4.38 million)  Cheesy

I agree. 27k coins mining to get to change POS awards for the value of 25%.
It is still a good percentage for each major owner of Diamond.
The price will be recover again after some time and those who are now dumps their DMD for a song, then will long remember about  this  Wink

It seems that cryptsy once again trying to muddy the waters..

Right now DMD has the highest volume on cryptopia.

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange

Hmm.. It's wonder why there is such a large trading volume of Diamonds?
while this exchanger is not even listed on the website coinmarketcap
But if you have noticed, there has appeared a new Chinese exchanger bitebi9

apparently they still have serious plans for the future trading..

Been some rumors that bitebi9 is linked with cryptsy and also having some pending issues withdrawing BTC & LTC.
Anyone with good or bad reviews withdrawing BTC / LTC / DMD from them.

 Cool

Question ,
Why is bitebi9 DMD market with 0 volume listed on coinmarketcap while Cryptopia DMD market with 1.18 BTC volume is not listed?

Currency             Market   BTC Volume        Volume                 High             Low
Diamond (DMD)   DMD/BTC   1.18780800   1819.96193175   0.00074000   0.00063500

Several Russian users told me that they have successfully carried out several exchanges on the stock exchange bitebi9.
One complained that the he waited LTC roughly hour.
So I think that they are still focused on trade and can correct the mistakes that were in cryptsy..

Hi
Tell me please, what is the point the user to keep a running Bitcoin core wallet on this system if it does not receive from this process any income?
At this stage, any pool for Bitcoin network that launched the wallet is already receiving earnings.
When the user holds running your POS wallet he gets from this income. But from a Bitcoin wallet you will not receive any income.
Or you just believe in the noble intentions of some users who have a lot of Bitcoin and trying thus to support the bitcoin network?

Hi.
Why you will to include in this installation (bulky and heavy) Bitcoin Core wallet

if there is an easy and convenient Electrum?

ROKOS is getting released in different versions.

ROKOS core : Directly released to support Bitcoin to create full nodes (hence provided with all core features)

ROKOS flavors: Directly released to support Cryptocurrencies to create full nodes and/or stake. (full features)

and will be releasing special versions as well like:

ROKOS lite:  Directly released to support Bitcoin on Lite mode (Electrum servers, non blockchain sync needed solutions)

ROKOS "own brand": Directly released for the solicitor currency.

All the versions will get updated/released to work with different IoT devices
(at the moment ROKOS core has been released for Raspberry Pi devices, more soon to come)

Thanks for the support DMD, and a detailed explanation

True that, currently it's quark, also im not mining at full speed all the time.
I have the feeling some people are not happy with diamonds success. Take care with whom you trust.

What do you mean when you say that users are unhappy?
There is a free market and its people who's willing to buy and sell.
What cryptsy has problems with the withdrawal of some of the coins of course negatively affects the overall trend of the cost of the different coins.
But the market regulates itself.
If now there are fools who are willing to sell their diamonds is two times cheaper than the purchase price, it is their own business.
There is not much time before the award is reduced, and loose Diamonds will be much less.

The Pos income is really nic,e my worry is about what will happen when some whale  wants to sell 5k or 10k diamonds, we have not enough buy order for  it without crush the price

Normal investors will never dump their Diamonds.
Most people are interested in a gradual increase in price.
Of course, there are speculators who like to arrange a pump and dump, but eventually they just will not stay on the hands-free Diamonds.
I'm sure that most of the Diamonds will have a worthy hosts.
Why they have to sell a 10k coins when they can sell for a few coins a day and earn more income through POS.

Now you see the golden days when many people can get 50% income, even with a small amount of coins.
When the reward is reduced in the hands of the users will be much less the Diamonds than it is now  Wink

Hey guys,

I wanted to try out Diamond POS so I bought few coins (463) and moved them to diamond wallet on Dec 10th. It says minting and shows me my "weight" and network weight. So far I've recieved 0 coins as rewards. How often I should see like 0.1 POS rewards or something ? With few other coins I'm staking they come daily.

The more coins in your wallet, the faster you will find POS block.
The best thing is to have in your wallet at least 1000 DMD.
Then you'll get 10 coins each week  (until the award is not halved)

And 50k Diamond for mining to reduce the award in twice  Wink

While all cryptocurrency created to safeguard your wealth and international independent  finances from a particular state, many are still struggling to issue coins which are designed for individual countries..
Is they really, do not understand that this is a road to nowhere?
Only the full independence from the territorial location allows crypto currency to get popularity  Cool

I look at the cryptsy almost not Diamonds for sale at prices ranging up to 0.001.

I wonder why buyers do not move on the Bittrex? because there, DMD can be purchased at a lower cost
879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: December 22, 2015, 11:15:26 PM
It's wondering how much more time the naive users will keep this coin?
Perhaps not everyone knows that every six months will add another one billion coins  Cool

have you ever thought how many coins get lost? it's good to cover those too

You want to say than 2 billion coins to be added to the total heap every year will compensate for the loss?  Shocked
What the users will do with their coins that have lost so many.
I think that after a while Dogecoin bags get tired of waiting to grow prices and just aware of their sad situation.
They run a race with each other on the exchange and quickly sell their coins  Cool
