Hey community !
It's my first video What is your choice?   bit.diamond

there is another webstaking solution it seems
didnt even notice them and they run a explorer too

https://poswallet.com/blockChain/dmd/

someone runs a wallet with them any experience reports?

https://steemit.com/crypto-news/@the-bitcoin-dood/an-interview-with-the-lead-dev-of-poswallet

I think that anyone who decides to use this online wallet should keep in mind that in fact he keeps own DMD in someone else's pocket..
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [WDC] Worldcoin | Video uploaded! on: August 19, 2016, 01:56:18 PM
Good job Berzeck.
Of course you need to still make a lot of changes with a wallet that would the Worldcoin regained its former glory  Cool
But the most important thing is to eliminate the incompatibility between the 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows that would allow users to have a common wallet for any version of Windows
without having to install any patches and updates (excluding Service Pack 1)

Why bother to arrange this lottery? easier to invest this Bitcoins in the some standing coins  Cool

Well ETC is immutable chain, why not make this thread also immutable?

 maybe because this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1569457.msg15752664#msg15752664

You are this livecoin dev?  Cheesy
Very unwise to try to articulate here the thoughts of people pursuing selfish goals

All Ethereum Classic supporters are invited to support [ETM] Ethereus Maximalist - Fair Ethereum fork - A new beginning.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1568575

Ethereus Maximalist (ticker symbol ETM) will be spawned from the intentions of Ethereum Classic but in a purer fashion.  Unfortunately we cannot go back in time and replay actions so what’s done is done and this will launch as a fork of the current Ethereum network.

Ethereum Classic launched with many issues such as many people not knowing it would gather mining or exchange support.

Holders of Ethereum who had their ETH loaned out on exchanges such as Poloniex and Bitfinex were not eligible to receive ETC.

Many people held DAO tokens prior to the hard fork and were also unable to receive ETC.

Many exchanges such as Yunbi, Coinbase and BTC-E have suffered losses in ETC as they were not prepared for the launch, nor were they anticipating giving existing users ETC.  BTC-E has called Ethereum Classic a scam.

With a proper announcement and time to prepare we can solve this and mitigate any attack vectors.

Ethereus Maximalist will launch as a fork of the Ethereum blockchain at block 2,100,000.  That is the only criteria set forth and we anticipate a community, miner support and a development team to form organically from there.

Ethereus Maximalist will come with the following:[/s]

  • A fairly planned launch and fork.
  • Replay attack protection.
  • Sufficient time for a code proposal to come from the community and for a development team to form.
  • Less market manipulation through a planned outcome.
[/s]

BIG NOPE

You apparently did not understand the meaning of Ethereum Classic.
People started this project that to have the original version blockchain.
You can create any number of new forks, but you will not have the support от exchanges and the miners.

Ok, now everything is normal.
Input and output for WDC is working again Smiley

Hi all.
Who can say why froze WDC transaction on Poloniex?

and time has already shown how weird & unaccommodating you are.

please refrain from your antagonistic crap with future investors.

for the record, its this kind of shit that drove me away from dmd.

the coin may be fine, but the team are retarded at best - something more sinister at worst.

even if dmd reaches 1000 usd (it wont) im glad to have got out when i did, you are caustic & peculiar. & NOT IN A GOOD WAY!

A wise man knows when to shut his stupid mouth...

When another speculators out of the market it's very good for investors  Smiley

Speculators have already killed a lot of different weak coins.
But it is pleasant to see that they still come back when the price for this coin will grow tenfold.

muchas gracias to whoever bought my coins

best of luck to everyone else!

correction, i am now the happy owner of ZERO dmd

OK. time will tell how wise was your step  Cool

Have the dev's thought of implementing some type of smart contracts with DMD.  So far having POS and a limited supply of coin is the only thing going for DMD at the moment.

we working to add services and apps to the DMD ecosystem
DMD 3.0 will be the basement on top of that a whole ecosystem will form
but we aim not to do what everyone does and instead find niche for DMD
where we add new unique value to the whole cryptobusiness and not just recreate what other did already

Yea that is more of what I was referring to.  DMD needs to find a niche.  It is already scarce as there is only 17k DMD for sale on Bittrex.

Yes you are right, at the moment there is only 17k Diamonds for sale on Bittrex.
it's a little, because most of the coins stored in the wallets of investors and brings 30% of annual income (for the moment).
But I think that if you place a large order for buy at the right price, then after a while you may be lucky and someone will want to share with you a Diamonds  Smiley
just now, not every owner is willing to part with his DMD at this low cost

I see a trend reversal back up  Roll Eyes
It seems, this coin is stronger than I thought
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: June 26, 2016, 08:52:54 AM
I'm curious why this coin with the large-cap not having normal Windows wallet? (That does not require installation of Java Oracle).
Is there a  POS income for the owners NEM?
You can earn  transaction fees by harvesting blocks.
There is also the node rewards program currently running.

The wallet can be rewritten in C++ if needbe, and indeed this transition is already being done with catapult. But take note that alot of currencies are now written in java.

I think that if this coin wants to gain popularity and get the attention of major investors, the development normal wallet is important.
For example the success for Ethereum came after they released a normal wallet for the Windows platform.

Well, that all who wished to sell their Diamonds for a pittance, or yet have a wish?  Cool

Today many users throw their coins and go invest in the ETH.
But they are not aware of the hidden threat.
What will happen to Ethereum if someone starts to write viruses and attach them to the ETH blockchain?
I think it can bring dead for ETH and DAO. Bitcoin protocol is protected from this much better.
The maximum that you can attach it only a small piece of code in the form of comments to the transaction, but the size of the comment in advance is limited and the virus code just does not fit in it.

Um, yeah - No.

There are some contract issues, but, no "virus" in the traditional sense.
It's a blockchain, you can move any coins around without the private key.

There is no way to get the private key from a contact.

I'm not talking about the theft of the private ETH key.
As you know in the blockchain ETH you can attach any files.
If their system is filled with viruses that will be introduced through wallet in your computer, it will cause massive panic.
Of course Vitalik and his team will be able to clean the blockchain of these viruses and perhaps even create anti-virus, but who will need such a system?.
Now from this it saves only that very little of developers versed in the kind of programming language which was created ETH
But the case of those who invest in the ETH   Cool

When a Diamond switch to the new protocol (version 3.0) it will be one of the most secure coins for storage your wealth Wink

You can't attach files - that is a myth my friend.
You CAN develop dapps in a very strict limited language that is an "opt-in" style framework.
You actually earn ETH by running these dapps, which is the "killer app" for Ethereum.

At some point, mining will be obsolete and blockchain technology will be used to provide computational services.
The idea really is an awesome next-step in a shared computation environment.

This takes nothing away from DMD, what's good for one crypto is usually good for all.

I wonder how some people can easily believe that crude and untested technology has a lot  stones may suddenly become expensive and popular.
Bitcoin texnology take long for that to prove their worth, in the case with the ETH you can see the classic market manipulation.
No wonder what most of  coins traded on the exchange Polonex (there is even no input and output USD and EURO pairs)

All I know is I am making 20 times more money off of ETH than I ever did with Diamonds.  None of these "coins" are perfect and there is going to be a huge shakeout at some point, but why not make money whiel the opportunity presents itself?

And as if in confirmation of my words http://hackingdistributed.com/2016/06/16/scanning-live-ethereum-contracts-for-bugs    Grin

Why are you so worried about what ETH is doing?  It sounds like a little jealousyor insecurity about DMD.  Maybe both are successful or maybe both fail.  But in the meantime,  if one is more successful than the other, so what?

I am not concerned about the fate of the ETH.
Just some miners mined this coin and convert in the DMD through multipool.
Also here a few times flashed approval that makes it possible for the growing popularity technologies the Ethereum,  other  POW and POS coins will soon be forgotten Wink

And finally, another important news for those who are not yet aware of what is happening: http://www.coindesk.com/the-dao-is-closing-down/

The point is you has been very intolerant of people who say things about DMD while you trash ETH.  The fact is ETH and DAO are trying to make this crypto technology meaningful in the future.  They are taking it beyond just some collectors item to a technology platform that may have benefits beyond what miners and coin supporters see now or will ever see.  Think of a completely distributed computing environment capable of much more than that just confirming block hashes.  The reward system would be backed by the need for computing power for actual processes that need computing power.  Will it work?  I have not idea, but the thought processes behind it are groundbreaking.  ETH is not just another clone coin developed to take advantage of people who can't benefit from mining BTC and other coins.

A lot of people see this potential and that's why there is so much money backing what ETH is doing.  I don't know if it will work or not but its a brilliant concept that gives real value to the currency behind it.

It is not in the new opportunities and faith in the common good with smart contracts and other smart ideas.
I just think the money should be separated from the platform.
Releasing crypto currency with a built-in programming language, you will never can  be sure that this system not  be have a new vulnerabilities..

Dear Diamond programmers and owners.

Is it normal, that synchronised wallet 2.1.0.3 on Mac OS, "closes unexpectedly" (or, simply speaking, crushes) since today?

I installed it a week ago, synced the whole blockchain (for some reason, it did not work with downloaded blockchain files), and today it crushes constantly, not even opening the actual wallet window.

I know Mac version has always been a kind of a "poor unwanted relative", but could you do something with it, please?

I checked synchronization wallet on MAC OS.
It works, but the process takes a few days.
I not see the falls or other problems.
Please use the ready blockchain for MAC OS.

he say since today his mac wallet crashes
are u able stop and start ur mac wallet without issues stephan?

Of course the wallet may have a hang-up with synchronization with zero (it is even may be on the Windows platform) but perhaps this is due to the configuration of your hardware in this case, just restart your wallet.
