You've proposed one of the solutions already, dump priv keys and import them to a new client. Strange, my 2013 wallet.dat works straight away without any problems. little question and kinda ironic story ----
i just found an old wallet by accident of 'diamond' i mined probably the first week or two it was launched !!!
lol
i can compile my own clients,if need be my wallet dat file is on win 32
obviously many many changes have been made and the coin has been kept up so
i want to import my old coins, ( only a few but still worth a little something) when i put the wallet.dat in the new client it would not get the blockchain , i assume that the original did not use level db or protofuff and you use that now, the original probably just used berk. 4.8
so do you recommend I use an old client, dump priv keys and will they import into the new client so i retain all the coin age, or .......... am i stuck ,
I could experiment but I am sure your team probably has run into this before and I did not want to page through 400+ pages to look for the best solution, any ideas on how best to handle??
thanks, /
photon_coinOne file (wallet.dat) of my wallet, too, has the date of the end of 2013 and it is also recognized and works fine with the new wallet V 2.0.5.7. Possible that your problem is that your wallet.dat belongs what the other coin. Files for different wallets from different crypto currency have the same name and extension and is very easy to confuse.

which do you guys think would be better. buy 50% dmd then stake and 50% cloudmining shares or put it all on cloudmining? then also mine myself
I think the best advice is the one that gives Cryptonit. 50% the cloud shares and 50% the buy a diamonds

I am very nervous about this coin going up to fast, well this steady increase is a really good sign of higher highs to come, I just with it would sit where it is for a while so I can stockpile more dmd at a cheap price Its a slow and steady climb, that proves stability and creates new floors. I am not trusting of coins that have fast spikes up, because they always have fast spikes down. Vegas While DMD's volume is frighteningly low in thee grand scheme of things, it's easy to forget that this is a common issue with altcoins in general. I have no regrets cashing out my DMD frequently, but I am very happy to say I invested ~$220 worth of BTC into the cloudmining shares last year. If I had sold those off I wouldn't have had this lovely little $35-55/month for doing nothing stream of revenue to buy myself some beer while I do my normal day trading haha hi what is that cloudmining shares you are talking about? can i still invest now? is there some kind of instructions on where and how to register? Yes, The system of investment in the cloud shares is still running. You can become an investor as soon make a decision. is there an instruction on how to invest and where? some kind of Faqs You can get all the information on the site https://cloudmining.bit.diamondsJust check out the terms and rules in sections marked with circles in this picture: The FAQ section will be improved and it will soon be added new important questions and answers.

Yes, we can see how a diamond is gradually increasing in value. This is the right course.

Сloud service is an excellent support for the growing cost of the Diamond. Now we see the power the cloud is growing again

For me, the problem is, I have to earn 5 BTC first. Well, u ve gotta to spend money to make money. There s no other way around. I think that no one want to give up 50% POS income. Just a lot of people don`t know about it

I wonder what is the point in this unlimited coin? Today many coins it's the clones PPC and NVC. The price appears when the coins in the system only a fixed number. In other cases, it is pointless to spend Bitcoins

regarding markets there was a little dump spike yesterday but fast people discovered the opportunity for cheap DMD
I think that some of the miners specially hoarded coins to make a dump and try to buy some cheap diamonds.

This PC is dedicated to running wallets only, nothing has changed. I manually install all updates, no updates where installed recently. I have all ports closed, except from another PC on my network. This PC does not communicate directly with the internet. All PC's on my network are protected with webroot. I am fairly certain there is no infection. As I said, I run multiple wallets on this PC and none of them are having this problem. I did delete the wallet and install a new one, though I did not not delete the data. I did update Firefox a while back, but it was working fine well after that. I really don't want to have to resync the chain, but I will eventually if I dont find a fix. I suppose webroot could have started blocking the wallet at some point, though I haven't found it doing that anywhere. I'll look into that more. With the all the recent 0days coming out with the Hack Team hack, it could be something form that I guess.
Have you tried to run the wallet in a portable mode? Read more about this, I wrote here: https://bit.diamonds/community/index.php/topic,100.msg733.html#msg733

Thanks for the advice. So basically I have to run my pc in safe mode every time I want to run the wallet? That's a pain, I run over a dozen other wallets and none of them are having this issue, so I'm not sure my browsers are the issue. The problem is not in safe mode but in the settings of your system and installed applications, and browser Google chrome. I checked the wallet to run different versions platform windows and did not see this same mistake.

I had my wallet closed for a couple of days now it wont open. The splash screen comes up and then it opens a solid white a window that hangs forever. Anyone else having problems?
where it was already a question. Perhaps it is related to an automatic update of plug-ins in your browser or system. Try restarting your computer and then start your wallet.

The cloud mining is a great way to support the buying pressure. It's a nice way to increase your number of shares and receive dividends on a regular basis. The most important thing you can see how the price of the diamond is growing every week thanks to your investment

I think that the best investment today is the one that brings 50% per annum. Diamond looks very attractive to the investment portfolio. to date, no bank will give you a such a high return on contributions ...but it also has 50% inflation built in. Seemingly, it would cancel out any gains you take. How is that a good deal? Cryptonit good answer to the question why investing in some coins more interesting than the expectation of increasing the value of Bitcoins. I can only add that I bought the coin when the price of diamonds was around 0.0005. Now I have a daily income of 12 diamonds a day and I'm happy

cryptonit
your opinion. what the price DMD should be when the POS reduced to 5%?
If you look at this chart, you'll see that in 2018 will produce 2.5 million of diamonds. If the Diamond is the capitalization of 25 million (the value is very small by today's standards) the price of one coin will have $ 10. But I expect much more important capitalization in 2018. at least 100 million

and what do we see? This fork .. There is no fork, the network is fine. You're confused about protocol versions among nodes not being consistent? That's just like any other coin see: I disagree with you. Here is a normal network:
