Though I wasn't liquidated based on just an investor of course there is some drawdown on my portfolio due to the market correction, I believe traders who traded with a leverage would have experience liquidation while experience traders would have utilized Stop Loss to minimize their losses while some traders are of the opinion that the market correction would be shortlived and would bounce back unfortunately refused to protect their portfolio which resulted to their liquidation, traders who traded with small leverage are a bit safer therefore can still hang on because the price of Bitcoin seem to started bouncing back to bullish sentiment. |

I expected myself a humiliating defeat for Manchester United and Ten Hag to be sacked few hours later but it appears that things went of favour of Ten Hag since this result of 0 - 0 is good for the club. I noticed there has been some topics about how first time winning is dangerous. What I am saying is someone that has not gamble before, to gamble and win. That it is dangerous. Yes it may be dangerous because the person may have the exciting mind to gamble more and lose. But that is not the whole true story.
If not talking about the first time loss gamblers that later become addicted, what you are saying is not completely true. If we can do a survey of gamblers that won or lost in their first game, the people that will chose won can not be 100%. They might not be 70%. It may be 50%. Some people will gamble for the first time and lose and continue to gamble. The main reason is because they think gambling is a way money can be made. Unless they change their the way they think about gambling, that gambling is is not a money making means, first time win or loss is not necessarily the cause of their addiction.

Spurs achieved their second win in the away match against Nottingham and they maintained their 2 goal lead until the match was over. Though for newbie traders I think it's better to use a Stop Loss to be on a safer side and to protect their account, however experience trader just like OP might not necessarily needed to use it, personally I use it occasionally because I have a virtual kind of Stop Loss that is I marked some zones on the chart if price goes against me and reach that zone I close the trade with a loss and move on thus I sat down to monitor all my trades, however in a case of going to bed or leaving the chart for another assignment definitely I placed my Stop Loss to avoid liquidation of my account, moreso I do avoided using a tight Stop Loss this can be very risky due to high volatility of the prices.

It seems to me that I understand enough about technical analysis, trading systems and trader psychology. But I'm at a dead end and don't know what to do next. It's good have enough knowledge in technical analysis therefore try to work on your trading strategy to ensure that it's a working strategy though there no holy grail in trading, however your trading strategy must have a good risk to reward ratio so you have to apply money management in your trading to become profitable in the long run and always plan your trade with a stop loss and take profit at the appropriate time thus avoid greediness in a bid to earn more profits, price movement are highly volatile a once profitable trade can reverse and ended up as a loss I have personally experience such scenario while trading thereafter blamed myself for not taking profit earlier and always trade with 2% to 5% of your total portfolio to minimize your risk. |
