lol it doesnt work with balls ( like regular lotto ), rather with tickets... you buy tickets, these go into a draw-pool, winning tickets are selected from the pool. That's usually referred to in English as a 'Raffle'.

the L1 is 120 MH/S for 380 watts (estimated, warnings on the bottom of the page).
The Titan may have 2 times better efficiency (400MH/S for 1kw ?)
Your math is off. The L1 equivalent of 400MH/S at 380w per 120MH/s is <>1266w, making the Titan <>25% more efficient.

Any chance you can take the off-topic discussion to another thread?

How come he got the name Professor Bitcorn?
IIRC, one of his early tv appearances on the subject actually saw him refer to bitcoin as 'bitcorn', in such a way to suggest he knew absolutely nothing about the subject. Don't quote me on that, I could be wrong, but my understanding is that he did call it 'bitcorn' at one point because, well, he's a conditioned idiot who speaks first and checks facts later.

^^^ Smart response. Can never be too careful around this place.

Poloniex are holding off on the delisting due to being asked to by someone within the industry with the power and influence to do so, while they are in discussions with us about something potentially very exciting.
It is not a definite yet, but if it were to happen, well . . .

Dev, check your pm's. Need action on something potentially huge.

Just a heads-up regarding a phishing email doing the rounds. I recently received one purporting to be from Crypto-Trade with the following contents: Hi CryptoDevil,
Someone tried to login to your account with following information :

Regards,
Crypto-trade.com I draw your attention to the highlighted parts, which actually link, not to Crypto-Trade's website but to googledrive, clearly indicative of malicious intent. As with all 'click here to log-in to your account' emails, assume it to be a scam attempt until you know otherwise.

No decision will be made before we do our proper due diligence.
Can we have an eta on when such a decision is going to be made and, if you decide to go with 'juggernaught dev', how long it would take before you announced who he was and what he was intending on bringing to the project?

Do remember that this was back in May, so it was very early days for VRC.

its dated a month ago .and i don't see how u see an angel investor?
Actually it is from three months ago. Well the original post doesn't have it but your quote of the original post has the Poloniex chatbox showing Lupin as talking about an Angel Investor buying up all the coins. So either you put that Trollbox pic in or it was in the original post and then he edited it out after you quoted it.
|
|
|
aaaaaand..... ?? I think you're meant to read the Trollbox conversation about an 'Angel Investor'.

I wouldn't worry about, it's probably just someone seeing if they can hold the price down to pick up some cheap coins before the inevitable climb.
Because there is such a small percentage of these coins available on the exchanges, people generally figure out fairly quickly they are not going to gain much from messing around with the price and they tend to move on to other coins they can manipulate, or they become long-term believers and hold.

On 10th of july 2014 ,MR HARISH VIRMANI DIRECTOR of M/ S, RIVAA EXPORT LTD have signed contract of 25000 metric tonn of urea fertilizers with M/S, GREEN EARTH SYSTEMS , HK IMPORTATION. UREA IS THE WORLDS MOST WIDELY USED FERTILIZERS AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MORE THAN 50% of world food production.
"RIVAA SUPPORTS UROCOIN"
Outside of the hundreds of pages of utter twaddle, accusation and deranged name-calling, these two highlighted parts, in that they are posted on Rivaa's website and not GES, say all that needs to be said about whether the URO project is genuine. It clearly is. Up until this point I had only read of GES posting their own 'news', which wasn't exactly an independent resource. Seeing that Rivaa actually confirmed, not just the deal but, the use of URO for it, I think we can safely say that it is for real. This update to their website passed me by if it has been pointed out previously, probably because of the pages of abuse that build up here. Ranting about whether companies or persons connected to the deal are, or are not, or could be, physical, virtual, struck off, bankrupt, restored, held in nominee, or generally just shooting for the moon while hoping they strike it lucky before failure catches up with them, well, that's just business in general all over the world and basing your claim of scam on any of it is to call nigh-on all business projects fraudulent.

Well that was a really cool way for myself and Sic840 to test the trading system and the transaction completed with only a little typo noted as needing to be addressed. After rating the buyer, the system message is, "You have leave feedback for your trade", when it should say "You have left feedback for your trade".
The beta platform is filling out really nicely, but we still need people to play their part in using it and testing it and generally helping the dev know what might need adjusting.

Couldn't they find a prettier girl ?
Not cool, dude.

^^^ and you are basing this wild claim on what, exactly?

Nice work guys, will you also be able to show which addresses are staking?
