Such a coin will always be worth more intact than redeemed. If you are not in a rush to access the funds, then I personally suggest selling the coin to one of us here on the forum. I'll personally offer you more than peel value + the shitcoins also present without even seeing a picture of the coin. That said, if you are going to sell it, please upload some photos There's a few of us that act as escrows here on the forum for coin deals. A buyer would pay one of us, you post the coin to the buyer. Escrow then releases the funds to you. Good luck if you choose to sell. Whatever happens, it's always a sad day when someone chooses to peel a Casascius Error Coin. Please don't do it unless the coin is in such a bad state that nobody would pay more than face value for it. |

You make a fair point. Those initial links are just to rebroadcast a tx using other nodes, which I have found does sometimes speed up your transaction. Nonetheless this thread will serve its purpose if others' add actual accelerators. Thanks for your post. |

It's not just trust farming - it's also basically forcing/pressuring people into paying for something that the newbies think takes money to do, but in fact is completely free and accessible to all. CoolWave and others are expecting potential tonnes of shitposting newbies to put trust ratings on them - aka trust farming. However that does not matter to others as a whole unless a DT1 or DT2 member beings to trust them. In that case I am sure Lauda will contact them personally to have their ratings removed. I would not be surprised a single bit if those accounts are indeed connected. In fact i think it is likely. You maybe or may not be correct. Without prior proof it is just an assumption. It's funny because he even says that people who tip will get 2x faster confirmation time, which is completely untrue. Antpool transaction accelerator/other free acceleration services that he uses provide the same speed regardless.
It is a clear indication of his motifs. He is forcing (aka brainwashing) people to tip him and/or trust him. This type of fake transaction acceleration services need to be stopped. They are a nuisance to the forum and its members. I have a list of the free transaction accelerator services I know of. Think it's time I made a (free) thread with a list of every single one I have found. This may hopefully take some of the traffic away from those who are charging for such a service. I'll get it done today. |

No matter how much you try to argue and debate the ratings that have been left by both The Pharmacist and ibminer, they are perfectly valid, and will not be removed unless they choose to remove them. Both have made it quite clear that isn't happening right now. Deal with it. YOU are the one who screwed up here, the same as the other members that were caught. The difference is they have accepted responsibility for their actions - now you need to do the same and accept the consequences for yours. Once again, no-one has insinuated that you are a scammer, but you were greedy, and you acted immorally. There is also a good chance you purchased this account (if not, prove you are the original owner please..), and now you are pissed off with receiving a negative tag. You are also more concerned with the rating left by ibminer, than the one by The Pharmacist. Could this be because ibminer is in DT, and The Pharmacist isn't?. So this boils down to money and the potential loss of signature/bounty payments.. As ibminer said above: You're essentially a willing shill for swindlers. Not someone anyone should trust.
