961  Economy / Collectibles / [SOLD] Titan Set #50 - 1 BTC 1oz Gold & 1 BTC 1oz Silver + Free Choice of Bonus on: May 03, 2017, 06:58:23 PM
As the title states, I am putting this Serial #50 Titan Set of mine up for sale. Comprises of the 1oz 999 Fine Gold 1 BTC Coin, and 1oz Silver 1 BTC Coin. Both coins are fully loaded with 1 BTC, each coming in a presentation box, along with their respective COA's. Coins are in mint condition and have never left their capsules.

Seeking offers by PM in BTC, I am not currently interested in trades. Due to a previous issue with sending gold to the US that resulted in a delayed package, I am looking to sell this within the EU preferably unless the buyer assumes all risk shipping this to the USA. Will be sent free of charge by UPS Express.

This is a very desirable serial numbered set. There were only 100 Titan Gold Coins made.

Payment only to the address in my signature & forum profile, I will not ask for one via PM: 1ZephertJThxkHih7XcaUHBkMSnvkTt5u

Escrow through a mutually agreeable person is also welcome. You pay any associated fees. I reserve the right to request upfront payment from newbies and users with little to no trade history.

Titan Gold - Verify on Titan Website

Titan Silver - Verify on Titan Website

For this weekend only, I will throw in either a Full, Sealed Roll of 25 Satori Poker Chips each loaded with BTC0.001 for absolutely nothing if you purchase the Titan Set, or an MS60 Casascius 5 BTC Nickel that is NOT funded. The choice is yours, please see my latest post for further details!

This offer ends at 11:59:59pm GMT on Sunday 7th May

Cheers!

I thought that I got this mail as a payment of one of the campaigns I have participated. I downloaded the attachment as well but since I don't have btc-e account, is it something I can do to now? I deleted the word doc file from my computer but my antivirus did not give me any alert.

This was the email I received: http://prntscr.com/f3cucm

If you used the password to unlock the attachment, consider your PC infected.

Keyloggers/coin stealers/and a bunch of other stuff could be running in the background.

Wipe your PC.

Start off with a fresh operating system.
963  Other / Meta / Re: Someone hacked into bitcointalk.org and got email addresses on: May 02, 2017, 06:59:17 PM
Did you download the attachment ? The attachment probably came with a key logger or another bitcoin stealing malware.Your anti-virus should have detected it if the hacker isn't using a Cryptolocker.Report such mails as phishing to your mail providers asap. Please host the doc file over a server if possible,I may run it virtually and see where it leads.

I posted the email I received in the other thread by Lauda

If you send me an email of yours by Privnote, I'll forward you the email with attachment if you wish. You can then do some analysis on it.
964  Other / Meta / Re: New Wave of Phishing Emails on: May 02, 2017, 02:47:44 PM

Email came from brianbooker@uk2.net

As Lauda says, do not open any attachments. This is ransomware or malware.
965  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [One Raffle to Rule Them All] BTCC+FoS! Over 10BTC in Prizes! 253/256 spots left on: April 30, 2017, 10:00:57 PM
What happened to the Titan prizes?
Got kinda excited to have a chance at some of the new Titan coins, only to see it's BTCC once again...
Not trying to talk bad about the prizes, but is the Titan raffle still a thing?

I'm not holding any raffle that include Titan prizes, Hence the name change. If others wish to continue with "The Raffle of All Raffles" and make it based off of Titan's I have no problems with it Smiley.

There was supposed to be a Titan Raffle, to make a change from the constant BTCC Raffles. I had even emailed Tim from Titan Mint and he had agreed to participate.

However, now that a BTCC Raffle has again been started, the Titan one is on hold until another time, when I personally will host it. There is certainly no point in hosting 2 different raffles at the same time.

Good luck with this, everyone. Look out for a Titan Bitcoin based raffle towards the middle of the year.

Thanks

Hank, I genuinely love your style, and the designs of your work. You appear to be quite a talented goldsmith.

Working with gold in the way you do is quite a difficult process, and therefore your items are quite unique as not many venture down this road.

I like it. I would love to commission something from you when you return, either a 9ct or 18ct Yellow Gold Ring with swirls of Red and Pink Gold. I will give you a ring size at the time.

Shoot me a PM once you are back, if you are willing to undertake this request of course.

Zepher

Thanks so much for the response, I think that I could make an awesome ring for you, in pink and yellow gold. You will be hearing from me  Smiley. Have a great day!

Greets, Hank

Sounds great! Looking forward to hearing from you, when we can discuss the design, quality of gold used (375/9ct or 750/18ct), your fee for such work and more.

I have something awesome in mind as well, I think together we will come up with something I will love. If that turns out to be the case, I may have more business for you Smiley

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
967  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 2015 Kialara 1btc Silver #75 on: April 29, 2017, 09:06:08 PM

Here I'll save you some work. Recent auctions for Kialaras and winning prices:

  • 2014 Original - 0.5 bitcoin
  • Silver - high serial numbers: 0.7 - 0.9 bitcoin
  • Silver - low serial numbers: 1.4 bitcoin
  • Gold - 3.25 bitcoin

There were 1500 2500* 2014 Originals made, 250 Silver and 100 Gold.

*However only ~1300 are in circulation, with 1200 scrapped by Max.

Corrected the numbers for you Smiley

Wow this Auction is getting high.   Good luck to all bidders!

Knew I sold the majority of my Kialara Silvers too low Angry haha.

Sorry for the derail, OP. Good luck everyone.

970  Economy / Reputation / Re: Removal of escrow.ms? Update: Recommend users for DT 2, as escrow.ms is removed on: April 29, 2017, 04:35:05 PM

While I would very much like to have someone like escrow.ms back in the community, him throwing the toys out of his pram isn't the right way to go about coming back. Explaining what actually happened, why it happened and having calm, sensible conversations with those who left him negative feedback explaining the situation perhaps would be.

I'm sorry i was just frustrated that time, I was arrested for a crime I did not commited, I had to spent 12 months of Jail in a city that's 1500km away (Mumbai, Maharastra) and 1 month in Surat (1200 km away) (Different states) from my home. I've never been to both places before my arrested. Sorry If I'm being rough, It's not my fault I was forced to live with hardened criminals.

Ps: I tried to ask them politely first, however I was not able to explain them about my case in brief because right now my priority is court. I need to visit courts in every 7 days. After spending a year in Jail my financial condition is not good. I can't travel by Air so I'm trying to cut that cost by travelling in train and It takes a day to reach there.

Hi escrow.ms

I have not crossed paths with you before, I was inactive on the forum at the time you were around, though I have followed your story carefully over the last year.

If you truly are innocent, I am sorry to hear that you have been subjected to a year+ in prison for a crime you did not commit. However, I need to agree with minifrij here, being angry at the community, insulting members, being rude, etc - will not do you any favours.

If there are certain elements of your situation that you cannot go into for legal reasons, that's understandable, but please refrain from lashing out at others. I can only imagine what you have been through during your ordeal, and can see that you have never screwed anyone on this forum, but you were arrested and did time for a serious offence/s. I am not educated in relation to the legal system in India, so am not in a position to comment on the corruption that may have occurred during your arrest and detention, along with what was published in the newspapers at the time.

You have only just come back. Give it time, tell us what you can without putting yourself in a position of being in further trouble with the law, and again, stop lashing out at others.

Lastly, please do not expect for you to regain your reputation overnight, or for the community to start siding with you just because you didn't screw anyone over on the forum. Things are as they are, and the only thing that is going to change that - is time.

All the best.
971  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SkrillexLegit on: April 29, 2017, 04:11:43 PM
I have left the user a negative rating asking them to respond here, that is all I can do, OP. I am unable to get your money back for you.

FYI, this should have been a warning flag:

This user's email address was changed recently.
This user changed his/her password recently.

Next time, use escrow. Sorry for your loss.
972  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitCoinAliens Scam Alert! on: April 29, 2017, 03:58:04 PM
Hi Guys, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm the owner of BitcoinAliens.com and this is 100% NOT US.

Recently our database on one of our sites - www.bitsforclicks.com was compromised, we're finding out about this right now and have locked the site down while we repair. And yes, the hacker is using our brand name and spoofing emails as us Sad

This is not us, we will never email you asking you to deposit to "double your btcs". I will never personally ask you for any bitcoin in private message, or email or any online request.

Please stay vigilant and stay safe, don't send any bitcoin!

Dan

Thanks for commenting and confirming this did not come from you. @DogeDigital - thanks for contacting bitcoinaliens.

As stated by everyone else, never respond to anyone willing to "Double your BTC" - it is always a scam. Always. Don't be a victim.

There are other, legitimate ways of making money either on or outside this forum, either by offering goods you have for sale, a service that others want and will pay for, and a plethora of other methods. Be honest, don't screw people over, and with enough hard work you will make money.
973  Other / Archival / Re: [The Raffle Of All Raffles III] Interest check on: April 28, 2017, 06:53:24 PM
So what's the word??

Raffle Rabble Raffle Rabble........ Tickets...... Prizes!!!!

Yes, I guess an update is due!

The last 2 raffles have pretty been much entirely BTCC orchestrated, with BTCC products filling the majority of prize places. This was changed a little in Raffle #2, and so we also had items from Denarium, some Casascius Coins, some Dignitas Designs Silver Bars from RMC, Bitcoin Engrave Vouchers from Darkjon, some Cryptonic Coins courtesy of Cryptonic & owlcatz, and several other things. (I am sorry if I missed any individuals here, this was not intended purposely!).

1st place in the last raffle contained a Five Bitcoin Coin in Luxury Presentation Case along with 2 other 1 BTC Coins, which suited the position perfectly considering the size of the prize pool. BTCC are now sadly out of stock when it comes to those 5 BTC coins, and along with wanting to mix things up a little so as to not be boring, or become predictable, I threw a curveball at Hhampuz and opened up the possibilities for prizes. As of now, there has been a decent amount of deliberation taking place between us as to how to proceed with this, The Raffle of All Raffles, Number 3, and this is where we currently stand:

Hhampuz has spoken to tothemoonsands of Friends of Satoshi, and it has been decided that some of the prize places will contain items supplied by FoS. These will be paid for from entry costs.

The next thing is this - I am currently trying to see if Titan Mint are interested in being represented in this latest raffle by offering a Matching Serial Number Titan Set consisting of the Stunning 1 BTC 1oz Gold, and the gorgeous 1 BTC 1oz Silver - as part as the prize for 1st place. Additionally, there will be a load of single 1 BTC 1oz Silvers being split up across the remainder of the prize places (we are looking at around 15 paying spots, but please note that not every place may contain a loaded Bitcoin). These coins would obviously be paid for with the entries fees from users entering the raffle as well.

The last time/raffle, tickets cost 0.06 BTC each, and the USD/BTC rate was obviously a lot less as well. 0.06 BTC now feels like, and is, a lot more than it was then. We are hoping to have the entry cost lower this time, but that does mean we have needed to change things around a little. No more will be said on that note for now, but note that the entry cost for entering this raffle will not be more than the previous ones, it will be less. We are trying to make it "pocket-friendly" as possible.

I do not yet have an answer from Titan Mint, so none of this is a definite, but I thought I would let the community know the rough plans as they currently stand. These are subject to change completely and it may be needed that we have to use the majority of funds for BTCC products instead.

As soon as I know - I will let you all know too Smiley

Please feel free to comment below on whether you, the community, are happy with the idea of a (mainly) Titan Bitcoin Raffle, or whether you would prefer to stick to tradition and go with BTCC Products.

This will be my final post until myself and Hhampuz have an actual plan that is achievable - but please discuss between yourselves in the meantime. Within the next few days, we should be ready to go and will create a brand new thread Smiley

Thanks,

Zeph
974  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: rpietila's Crypto Kingdom game is a scam, heavily in debt. Do not deposit funds. on: April 28, 2017, 05:37:51 PM
Wow, I have never heard of this game, nor the community that thrived around it, which seems to be substantial at the minimum.

I am genuinely sorry to see so many of you so heavily out of pocket as a result of rpietila's actions.

I have tagged him in the meantime, and will be watching this thread with interest.

976  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitCoinAliens Scam Alert! on: April 28, 2017, 12:23:32 AM
Anyone who is dumb enough to fall for something as utterly ridiculous as this deserves to lose their BTC, and I am not trying to be an asshole.

The only way they could have made it more obvious is if they put a massive title in big, bold red, saying SCAM!!!
977  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTB] Titan .1 coin with COA on: April 27, 2017, 11:36:57 PM
I may have just 1 left from a little hoard I had of them. Emphasis on the word may.

Let me go through my inventory over the next couple of days, and if this is the case, I will send you a PM, montreal.
978  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Thread re opened due to buyer accusing me of shipping an empty package. on: April 27, 2017, 09:41:29 PM
I have not taken the time to read all the previous replies, but would just like to state for the record that I have traded with TMAN to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars, and not once have I ever encountered a problem. I do not see TMAN trashing his reputation for a Kialara Bar worth a couple of hundred bucks, and I fully trust him to stick to what he agrees to.

If this package did indeed arrive empty, then it was stolen during transit. That's my personal take on this.
979  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I hacked secondstrade as i promised on: April 27, 2017, 04:22:34 PM
i am very suffered form the hacking .

so i made a different account and two threads ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1889153.msg18767030#msg18767030, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1889105.0)

and

We have given a refund or payout for reasonable requests over the last three years.
And our site (secondstrade.com) itself did not get any hacking.

we  will start again.

thank you.

Patience.

If you are indeed the admin of secondstrade.com, and you have provided sufficient proof to show the hacked forum account is yours (a signed message from staked address), then you will get your account back. It may take a while, but you will get it back. Just make sure you have provided adequate proof, and sit back and wait.

Good luck Smiley
