It was a really nice thing to watch. I think next time you guys should make the raffle of all big raffles, 16×256 spots with 100BTC prizes, it could be absloutly epic. It would probably take 2-3 weeks to fill but it worth it.
Anyway GZ BG4, that's your lucky day.
Think we are done now until the summer. This is a LOT of work, for Hhampuz, myself, and minerjones. We will look at the possibilities of a bigger raffle (lol) later down the road. For now, we are done for a while though Thanks

Where's my like button?
Right? We need a damn like button!
Thank you for arranging everything Hhampuz, I genuinely appreciate it. Minerjones, thanks for your time and help with this. You are a star within this community. I would like to thank the sponsors for their generosity (may as well include me there lolz), and to everyone who made Bitcointalk history for the second time in 1 month. Congrats BG4 on picking up 1st. I am very happy getting 2nd (and 6th!!). Still in shock this morning. Zeph

I will reply in the morning. But fuck me. I have no luck in raffles usually. This time, I have a positive ROI (by a long shot) and this means a lot to me. 2nd and 6th?! Not just the prizes, but this date 30/01/2017 has a special connection to me.
Update in the morning

Thank you all for joining in and making some history!
We will now finalize everything, recount everything, make sure everything is 100% before we start rolling the blocks that will decide the winners. I'd like to roll in about 2-3 hours to make sure that everyone around the globe can stick around! Thank you all again. Now we wait, and good luck to you!
Hhampuz knows I was taking the last tickets, for transparency.

I have to agree with with Lauda on this one. Collecting stuff without opening it is all fine and dandy, but these genesis coins were sold with the intention of being traded with other users. Since distribution of #'s were random I really do not see any reason to keep it sealed. Unless you do not want people to finish their sets, which will only make it more likely for you to not get anything for the box in the end.
Why not just start the auction with a lower starting bid. Move the decimal point 1 place to the left: .1BTC for BOTH pieces. You need the money, right? It does you no good sitting on this stuff. The Genesis coins are probably worth less than $75, because it would only appeal to people who are in need of those specific missing coins. Very small audience.
If you want auction action, if you really want to spice it up, then lower the starting bid.
Yup. Agreed with all comments in this thread regarding the starting bids.. 1 BTC to start is just too high. But its your auction MRBONG411 Good luck.

Nice idea digi Pity I don't own any Nasty Coins, so if you decide to make these COA's for other coins, I'll definitely be interested

My coin arrived today. It looks better and sharper in person comparing to the photos. I will start at 0.0075 (0.005 for really bad minted coins) BTC, but this will inc shipping ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, It might end up costing me at this price, but I want the world to get these.
Considering the amount of tracked & signed shipping fees stated at the envelope, squall1066 literally gave out those coins for free (or even pay from his pocket for shipping to the US) Yup. They did. I had spoken to them about this previously, and tried to make it worth their while with a separate agreement. I confirm receipt of my/tmans coins. Thanks Squall
