I don’t usually help altcoin people but I read so many of your posts where you were helping people learn about mining that I feel compelled to help you. I have a soft spot for miners. You know it’s possible to mine bitcoin too. LOL
20 merit awarded.

Just found this thread on local boards
To be honest, I just commented some topic on some threads that I found in this forum that I think is interesting and informative to read.
English is not my primary language, my English is so bad but I'm still improving my English skill to discuss with everyone in this forum...

We know, everyone on this forum needs merit points for ranking up just like me, but as we know many people say getting merit points is pretty hard and I quite agree with that. Many people trying to increase their bitcointalk rank account to get more reward on bounty campaigns that they joined...

I want to try my luck in here, maybe you can check my post :

thanks...

sorry for my bad English...

I’m sorry but I can’t help you. You are clearly nothing but a bounty hunter.
323  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 18, 2018, 07:16:36 AM

Yes, it’s still active and you qualify. I’ve just been very busy lately and I’m not responding to anyone that can disqualify themselves if they just read the OP. 20 merit awarded.
324  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 11, 2018, 08:23:25 AM
Damn this merit system has made so hard to rank up. I feel like I won't reach senior member status in this lifetime. Have some mercy.

I’m sorry, you don’t qualify according to the rules of this thread.
325  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 11, 2018, 08:14:14 AM
I want to try my luck again here if my new posts are worth some merit points. I already got 10 points because i didn't have many posts history and you split the amount. I hope that i can get the other part of points if i really deserve it.

I’ll give you the rest because your posts have improved and your more actively engaged in conversations. Keep posting the way you are and you should have no problem ranking up. 10 merit awarded.
326  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 06, 2018, 02:42:56 PM
I’m not posting this in the OP because no one completely reads that anyway. They always just read the last few pages.

I’m going to be busy with medical issues for the next couple of weeks. I will continue to check this thread at least every other day. I will review all requests but may not respond quickly.

If you are not a Full member, Sr. Member or Hero Member I’m just going to ignore you because I will have limited time.

If I scan through the first 10 or so pages of your post history and see mostly posts in Twitter, Facebook, bounty or signature campaigns I’m just going to ignore you. The same is true if most of your posts are in altcoin pump n dump threads.

Also realize, if you post in this thread you are, by default, asking me to review your post history. If I see that you are a potential scammer, posting under an account purchased shortly after a forum hack or routinely violating any forum rules I will report you to a moderator. Trust me, it’s easier to recognize than you think it is.

Thank you and good luck.
327  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 06, 2018, 02:11:11 PM

I’m sorry but you, Lunarics and hasbihafis don’t qualify according to the rules of this thread.
328  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 05, 2018, 05:43:42 AM

I’m sorry but I can’t help you. I don’t speak any French at all and the posts you have in English are all in altcoin threads.
329  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 04, 2018, 04:10:39 AM
I would like to give it a shot if it is possible
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2976761.msg30704014#msg30704014

You've definitely never just posted one liners. Your active in signature campaigns and certainly posting for that purpose but they’re valid and engaged posts. English is a second language for you and your consistent posting seems to slowly be improving your vocabulary. I don’t want to discourage you from continuing that activity. I found at least 20 posts that could reasonably have received 1 merit. 20 merit awarded.
330  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 04, 2018, 02:59:55 AM

It’s not that you’re lacking anything in particular. Half of your posts are in a language I don’t speak and your a bounty hunter. I don’t give merit to anyone using the forum mainly to make money. This forum is mainly for discussion and the free exchange of ideas with making money as a small sidebar, not the other way around.
I’m sorry but I can’t help you.
331  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 02, 2018, 07:21:35 AM

You seem to be equally a bitcoiner and an altcoin supporter. Your post quality is very good. You are very helpful to newbies and easily have 20 posts that could reasonably have received 1 merit. 20 merit awarded.
332  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: March 02, 2018, 06:56:08 AM
Hello Good day ser. I don't have much confidence in my postings and I am not that fluent in English language so maybe some of my posts have wrong grammar. May I try my luck by sharing some posts of mine and hoping that some of my posts deserves merits. You can check my profile if you think I am helping this forum by sharing good information to others. Thank you Smiley

I’m sorry, I can’t help you. You say yourself in several posts that the only reason you are on this forum is to make money. That’s the pollution that the merit system is supposed to stop.
333  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: February 28, 2018, 07:41:07 PM
I certainly dont know why such a good thread (for helping other on their journey to rank up) would be hiding here in Invites and Accounts. I just hope more and more people like you(Hero and Legend members) would have the guts to actually give merits points to some random accounts that you would see fit for receiving merits (the way is see thing are going its a "good all boy`s club" and/or doesnt care much to lower rank members).

I did create a thread back in January 25th when the Merit system came out, the purpose was to earn me some merits by asking "Sources" to evaluate my post and see i were able to actually (may or may not) help the community. But much more important things IRL came and didnt get to continue the evaluation thing.

Im just glad that there still someone like you that actually care for some random lower members (higher members are busy within the meta and reputation section, flaming everywhere). I was hoping/wishing that there should be more like you here in this forum to give merits (not being oblige to do so).

So far you`ve done a good job for giving merits to the ones that are worth it, keep it up and hopefully others may follow what you are doing (on their free time).
Thank you, there are so many people supporting the system and my efforts that there’s at least a reasonable chance it will be successful. There are many other merit sources giving out merit all over the forum. These people will keep the forum members that are deserving moving up in rank.
334  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: February 28, 2018, 07:26:05 PM
I don’t have much Merit to give but I’m going to give it up until it’s all gone. I’m not sure if this is the right section for this thread because I’m not really selling anything. It’s about accounts so I’ll just leave it here until someone decides to move it. I don’t know if this is wrong to do. I don’t care if I get negative trust for doing this because I don’t buy anything here, sell anything here, join signature campaigns or post routinely in threads that even show the trust rating. Essentially I don’t make money here so I don’t use trust anyway.

I felt sorry for SOME of the members that posted in the merit thread. They seemed to be fairly articulate, fairly knowledgeable, rational and really trying to be members of this group of dreamers (community).

(...)

Your thread and comments have been turning in my head in the last day QA (don't worry, I am not planning to build a shrine for you).

I've clearly understood and agree to you that Bitcoin is the king of all cryptocoins and then I am especially and specifically talking about a method to decentralize payments. But is there no other coin to you with at least a respectable second place? In terms of speculation and payment (Litecoin?) or in terms of importance to "the Blockchain" as a concept (Ethereum?), I mean.

Let me refrain my question like this, to make it more fun: in your opinion, doesn't the king of all cryptocoins have a queen, a daughter, a son and a dog?

It’s not that I don’t see the value of other currency designs. I understand Ripple. It’s perfect for banks. It can help banks maintain their superiority in the market and help them keep crushing the little guy at every turn. I understand the desire for a truly anonymous currency. While I wouldn’t use it, many people could achieve a higher level of freedom using one of those coins. I even see the appeal in pump n dump coins. Who wouldn’t want to be the early adopter that gets rich. Litecoin could be perfect for certain low cost applications like buying coffee. When I lived in Europe many years ago I routinely kept several different currencies in my pocket because I lived in a border town and may cross several borders in a day. Asking average people to use two complicated cryptocurrencies for different transaction types is just asking too much.

If we were talking about a new efficient type of light bulb in a world where everyone owns a light bulb it wouldn’t matter how much competition there is because almost everyone in the world is a potential user/customer. Cryptocurrency does not fit into that broad category of usage. There is a very small finite number of people willing to jump through the hoops necessary to use any cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is already established and time tested. It has faults that can be corrected without chucking out the whole system and starting over. Bitcoin is a financial product just like any other financial product. It has lots of competition already without members of this community creating more. As an average guy, I need to decide that I’m going to use Bitcoin instead of PayPal, Amazon Payments, ApplePay, Alipay, Dwolla, Payoneer or any one of dozens more. Once I’ve decided on cryptocurrency, now I have to decide on which one. Do I use Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Litecoin and on and on. Why are we, the people that supposedly support cryptocurrency, creating more confusion for the average financial instrument customer? Are we trying to keep cryptocurrency from ever becoming mainstream? It just makes no logical sense to me.

Glad I found this thread, OP shows the right way of giving merit. If only all of the higher ranks and merit sources working with the same of your kindness, surely there is no sMerit which can be useless and being abuse, and sMerit will surely deliver in a fairness manner.

I understand that you didn't made this thread just to receive merit for you don't really need it and I know my 1sMerit is not enough, but it's my pleasure to send it to you and if only i have more than that i will send it all to you because i know that it will be given fairly to a worthy person because your intention is good and aside from that i believe your experience is enough to find a quality post. I am really seeking someone who deserves for my 1smerit because i don't want to waste it.

Thanks, for inspiring me by the way. May you succeed.

Thank you for the kind words. I hope the merit system succeeds. This forum should be a place where people can discuss and brainstorm about cryptocurrency. I’ve watched some amazing, earth shattering creations slowly develop in the threads of this forum. That place no longer exists. This forum has become nothing more than a day job for get rich quick scammers, advertisers and their lackeys. The merit system might help. Only time will tell.

Why are all of you surprised that Gates would say something like this? Most of Gates wealth and prosperity came from government contracts. That viewpoint supports the US government.

The most heinous murderer in the world is the US Government. They imprison more of their own citizens than any other country in the world, relegating their citizens to a torturous life at the hands of desperate people. They have drone striked women and children without a declaration of war. They are the only country in the world to have used a nuclear bomb on human beings (men, women and children noncombatants).

The USA wants all of your financial transactions transparent so they can more easily steal your money (that’s the financial crime the USA wants to control). Under the umbrella of “civil forfeiture,” officers of the law in the USA confiscate millions of dollars in cash from thousands of innocent individuals every year.

The US Government is the largest terrorist organization in the world (controlling over 3/4 of the world through financial handouts, food handouts, political manipulation, threats, drone strikes, law enforcement actions or direct military involvement).

The largest drug dealer in the world is the US big pharma industry that controls the FDA. Tens of thousands of people every year are addicted to painkillers legally prescribed in the USA.

The largest purchaser and user of guns and bombs in the world is the USA. I’d say, the US Government is a terrorist that kills people 'in a fairly direct way'.

Bitcoin is just leveling the playing field and it’s pissing off the biggest bully on the block.

Merit farmers will create a few thousand sockpuppet accounts, create multiple spam with each sockpuppet account, and then use their main account to report all their own sockpuppet spam.  Voila, instant 1000 merit.
Amazing ideas about how to beg for merits, Sir. I know you are simply trolling, but this one will never happen (1000 merits immediately  Roll Eyes)

I didn't ever think I would see Danny Hamilton called a "troll" in this forum. Danny is one of the most helpful and well informed posters here.

Lob cmt - you need to get away from the bounty scamming boards, and visit the more serious Bitcoin boards. I put you on ignore for your comment about Danny.

Can you really trust someone with the Tardis as an avatar? Dr. Who fans are taking over the world and it kind of scares me. LOL

He’s right though, any activity assigned to receiving merit, other than post quality, opens the system up to being gamed.

You’re a Facebook bounty hunter that started posting in other threads since the merit system was implemented. Sorry, but I can’t help you.

I am a miner of BTC and of some ALTs and since my arrival in this forum i got and i offered in turn, info and help, especially for mining staff. I am not posting links because all the action is in the Greek section

Further on the above, I am really getting pissed of ICOs, their bounties and some of bounty managers that they are not honest in what they are saying and I am "after them" when I can, regardless if i have participate or not

Now, everyone can get what he really deserve. Those with bad quality posts are now obliged to improve the quality of their posts. I truly believe that this will help our great community get bigger and help it evolve.
I have written some posts that i believe that they are good enough. I would be really gratefull if you can check them.
