341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: February 11, 2022, 05:35:31 PM
Real Madrid's most important player Benzema is still injured. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
Is he not yet confirmed whether will play or not? I can't remember what I have seen in the newspaper today; it was somewhat green AFAIK. He is likely to be missing the match against Villareal but will be playing the UCL. That's what I have read if I can remember correctly. Nevertheless, as I said above, though RMA will be missing Benzema if he doesn't play, still it will be a good day for Madrid; not for PSG  Cheesy
342  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vikingbet.io launched this week. on: February 11, 2022, 05:26:04 PM
I think vikingbet should make a limit for this KYC, small players will not even check the casino if they read above information.
True indeed. I for one would never consider joining a gambling platform that requires KYC. I guess small gamblers must be given permission to play without KYC. Otherwise, they will have a hard time to get a lot of sign up from bitcointalk regardless of whatever marketing tools they use. Is this something because of the regulatory body in the host? Most casinos operate with licenses but no KYC policy. I guess it's not a big deal to allow users without KYC. There was a site which started KYC-must &later turned out as optional; can't remember the name exactly.
343  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Playbetr.com-$10K Casino Promo Jan 24-⚽PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN⚽Official Partner⚽ on: February 11, 2022, 05:16:31 PM
I was trying to reset the password but sadly I didn't receive the reset link in the email. I can't imagine using an alternative email address other than the one I used to use in all the casinos. May I know what's wrong?
I had little fund shared by you few months back; would be great to have a start there as I haven't used the fund anymore.
344  Economy / Reputation / Re: spammer account made the same post on: February 10, 2022, 06:00:41 PM
Both accounts have used the same structure if I'm correct. I guess that's not an issue here unless the original owner say a few words. It is possible that they had contacted and asked for permission. You would rather reach to the original poster and share him this thread to share his opinion.
345  Other / Meta / Re: About posts (merited) - bpip.org on: February 10, 2022, 05:53:37 PM

btw did you not notice any other oddities,I mean other than (post maybe deleted): Are users doing merit trade?

it seems clear that some of the names of merit senders : are ban envasion account.
If you have enough proofs to prove what you said above, please post in reputation board with all the information you have to prove that you are correct. There are many users I guess trading merit as we may see this (gigs LOL) on even fiverr. That's pretty common but go through with all the proofs and present in the correct board.
346  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam alert]Pre-sale Paypal token ads on facebook on: February 10, 2022, 05:49:45 PM
There are hundreds of such scam project on facebook ads including this & meta coin, metaverse coin etc. This is ridiculous but TBH, as I expressed ago, I guess this thread won't help much anyone. Anyone watching this thread are well aware about the scam project.
347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.com.au in probelms for unwanted gambling advertising on: February 10, 2022, 05:37:25 PM

               Important Information:- ℹ️
(Thread for sportsbet.com.au not sportsbet.io )
Wondering if they are affiliated or not but doesn’t sound like they are. However, this is common practice to send notification to the gamblers who are not anymore active but that's doing a lot of harm as well. I guess this is a quite good decision from the authority.
348  Economy / Reputation / Re: Do you think this competition is fair? Bitcointalk Community Awards 2021 on: February 09, 2022, 05:23:38 PM
Why are you being so serious? It's nothing but having some fun competition. I didn’t get what make you create this thread TBH. For me, the competition is something people would enjoy, look for the winner & forget after few days. It's very possible to manipulate. Don't take it too seriously.
349  Other / Meta / Re: Ban on signatures for 1xbit campaign participants, do you agree? on: February 09, 2022, 04:13:31 PM
Yes. I have reported probably close to a thousand 1xbit posts over the last week and most of them have been deleted but as far as I can tell not a single user has been banned even though vast majority of their posts are utter meaningless drivel.
If that's the case, I guess a massive ban would the solution if they are generating a lot of spam. That has happened back in the day with Yobit siganture campaign if I'm correct.
There are many argument/counter argument whether they should be banned or forum should stand in the same way as always but I would be supporting anything for the good cause of the forum users. Forum can't expect everyone to be smart..
350  Other / Meta / Re: Ban on signatures for 1xbit campaign participants, do you agree? on: February 09, 2022, 02:30:18 PM
As we know that scam isn't moderated here; "NO" is the answer. Are they creating spam on the forum? If they are creating massive spam, then theymos would consider that but for simply for promoting a scam wouldn’t warrant a ban. Therefore. "NO".
351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin evangelist Michael Saylor says crypto regulations would speed adoption on: February 05, 2022, 06:47:07 PM
Despite some problem people may face, I would agree too that regulation would speed up the adoption. India has recently forced users to pay 30% taxes on their gain. I guess this is better for us though the taxes are quite high. There will be people who didn’t know/own cryptocurrency but now they know. Institutions now have some way to invest in cryptocurrency. I'm sure most institutional investors will look for diversity & cryptocurrency is definitely is better choice IMO. They wouldn’t invest in cryptocurrency ever, had the rules not applied in India. Well, for widely adopted, regulation is good.
352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am I the only one who loves BTC but hates the Metaverse idea and the NFTs? on: February 05, 2022, 06:19:29 PM
I'm yet to drive into the Metaverse; have read a few articles & got a little idea about it. I won't say I liked the idea or disliked but to be honest, I would appreciate any development which would make our life easier. I guess there are many people out there who either don't like Metaverse or have no interest to know about either; mostly I believe the bitcoin maximalists are of that sort.
353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Roobet & Rollbit on: February 05, 2022, 05:58:47 PM
I also had that feeling when I looked at their thread titles but I don't think that's enough proof to confirm they're under the same ownership.

Most likely they're handled by a different group of people because if Roobet and Rollbit are actually related then Rollbit should've had the same KYC rules as well, I remember Roobet already require KYC but on Rollbit it isn't though.
Yeah, I noticed that too & if you check their registration, there's no exact similarity but a pattern is there of course.

I don't know why some people are so desperate to throw away some negativity when it comes to a question. It's either because they are living in such a shit community that they have been used to that. I was here to get confirmed whether these both are operated by the same or not. Why don't they get that it's in gambling discussion; not in reputation? Such poor people exist!
354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Roobet & Rollbit on: February 04, 2022, 05:33:35 PM
I would directly ask in their respective thread but I had to post twice in both threads. I could have PMed them but thought to share it here.
Roobet & Rollbit seem to be operating by same owner. I don’t know how to check, I don’t want to explain either why do I think these both casinos are operating by same people.

It is possible that they acknowledged but I don't know. Hence, to community, do you know anything about this? Do these are operated by same or different person? What's your opinion on this? I don’t have any complaints or accusations. I'm just looking for a clarification whether both managed by one owner or not.
355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Distribution on: February 04, 2022, 05:28:49 PM
The chart just categorized BTC owners. Miner and exchange are not individual so it separates them into different categories.
How do the chart author know that Miners own this amount of BTC & how even he knows these miners aren’t the humpback, whale, shrimp or anything your list has? What's the procedure of collecting data? Well, I must have to believe this as this is mostly true & IRL this is pretty true; there's no different with bitcoin either.
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Distribution on: February 04, 2022, 04:57:29 PM
I'm wondering how does this chart exactly defines "Miners BTC" vs "Others BTC excluding Exchanges". A miner can be a whale, humpback, or any one of the lists other than exchange. How did the chart owner separate miners BTC from a whale BTC? This is strange & really doubt the chart maker would come with a valid explanation' though I don't know if it can be defined/separated.
357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What websites you use for live scores? on: February 04, 2022, 04:46:22 PM
Flashscore is widely adopted & known to most people while others are very little known. I have been using flashscore for a quite long time now while in recent times, I'm more used to using sofascore as an alternative as on my phone, I have sofascore installed & I liked the way it presents match analysis & details. I guess both are quite better than the other though I barely check the other sites.
358  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io -Welcome to a new crypto friendly casino!!! on: February 04, 2022, 04:35:30 PM
We will give 1mBTC freebet on Evolution Baccarat to the first 25 users that send us PM with their username
That's a cool welcome bonus to embrace the community. How do we know how many slots are left? Nevertheless, I just have created an account there and will send you the information. Hopefully, I will be eligible to get the bonus and check out your casino. I guess after having the 1x wagering requirement, I can use the fund for playing any other games, can't I?

Edit- Sent you a PM.
359  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Most Popular Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - Watford & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: February 03, 2022, 05:48:55 PM
Look how gambler friendy stake is, they let the player get fucked just because the odds provider doesn't want to pay the bet
Do you have some proof to accuse stake? I guess stake is one of the most reputed casinos out there; I'm on it & had no problem either. But it's also possible that they are selectively scamming people. Can you create a thread on scam accusations by presenting all the documents instead of sharing them here? That would be great to have a look at.
360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Man who lost 7500 bitcoin in a landfill asks gov't he wants to dig it up on: February 03, 2022, 05:25:40 PM
If James only kept the private key he wouldn't be digging garbages.
Not really; he would have saved the private key into another HDD which could be thrown away mistakenly as this one. If I'm correct, having the wallet file stored is a quite good practice as people may have a few/hundreds/thousands of addresses used. In that case, the wallet file would have done the job though the master private key would also be the same. Regardless of whatever could have his bitcoin saved, it's his bad luck actually that he wasn't aware of the mistake.
Don't most people save the wallet file only?
