The activation emails of the NEM forum doesn't work. Didn't receive any even after several retries. I can't access my newly created account. Please fix it.
When did you try it last? They made some changes recently, try making a new one. Also, did you check your spam folder?

Dam! Im banned again  Grin

I was coping old database log files over new ones. That's what probably did it before as well.

Btw you guys may find this wiki page quite useful:

Cryptonite API

Is there an API to see who has sent me txs?
I'm guessing what you want is listtransactions.

did that but it only shows the last 10 txs and since I am spamming the only txs it shows are mine outgoing.

It can.

2014-07-21 20:22:56 connection from 209.89.155.70:45375 dropped (banned)

Is that you?

Not clear why you got banned. Seems to have occured before latest log rotation. Could have been a long time ago, maybe from running an incompatible version?

I can restart the primary node, should let you back in :p

That's me Cheesy

Working again Smiley

Would playing around with my system time have anything to do with it?

ok so when you say clean data dir was that in the existing 'harddrive' for wine? or did you do a fresh install? (ie a new C:\ folder)
I just deleted the Cryptonite dir from my wine setup
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [TEST RELEASE] Cryptonite binary for linux (NEW: Qt and Windows builds) on: July 21, 2014, 08:56:44 PM
I am getting this now when I run it (even the newest build):

fixme:winsock:WSAIoctl SIO_GET_EXTENSION_FUNCTION_POINTER: unimplemented TransmitFile
Finalize Node
Finalize Node
Finalize Node

using the wine64 cryptonited.exe

Edit: I even used a clean dir.

is that native windoze or wine bud?

wine, it was working before then i was playing around with the system time and now it won't go. Even did a reboot.

NEM isn't POW or POS it's POI - Proof Of Importance.  It encourages spending and not hoarding.

359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM Official Moderated Thread - Open Alpha Has Launched[Updates & Discussion] on: July 16, 2014, 11:47:22 PM
this for to be used on currency exchanges, so im pretty sure it has to be only 3 letters
Well, in thise case it should be impossible for NEM to be ISO 4217 compliant.

It's a 3 letter code. The first two are the the country (NEM has none), the 3rd for the currency:

http://www.iso.org/iso/home/standards/currency_codes.htm
"Currencies/commodities that don't have a country start with "X" thus

XAU = Gold
XAG = Silver
XPD = Palladium
XDR = International Monetary Fund
XUA = African Development Fund
XBD = European Bonds
XRP = Ripple
XCP = Counter Party
XBT = Bitcoin

And so on. There are actually lots and lots of tickers codes that aren't officially started from a country that start with an "X". "
