Now that SP35s are starting to show up, can someone who has one in North America confirm what the PSU connector is and what (if any) power adapter cords the units come with? The Emerson-based SP30s have a C20 PSU connector and come with 2 IEC C19-C14 power cords ... do the SP35s come with the same?
Its standard C13, although there are some included C13-C14 cables for those running PDUs.

Thanks i will wait a couple more days and if no luck i will try those emails above, And i couldn't agree more about the way that answer came across, as i have only come one here to try and get some support, I would understand if these were free or used products. I only wanted a resolution.
I have to say it because although it should be pretty obvious, it keeps happening. People email the same problem in via 10 different places, 3x each. Then no one can action anything because its impossible to track if its been actioned already or who should then deal with the case. There's a unified ticket system being developed but its still possible to spam it. If you have a problem, contact one person via one method and it will get sorted. In your case, the UK location is overseen by Yoshi's team.

Thank you. Flashed to late October firmware. Works well. May I know the name of the software to search for?
Thank you

look into, i think Delta's, laptop/desktop external PSUs, they hit the 87-90% but they are a higher voltage DC. There is also nothing wrong with using a PCIe power adaptor off a desktop internal PSU
Perhaps domestic drivers for LEDs would be a good choice - if they produce 12V and don't try to drive a constant current. Will do the study. Very interesting. 12V is also not a must. We only need to adjust the chain length. perhaps looking into 48V power supplies wouldnt be a bad idea? Effectively driving 4x12V chains in series. I imagine the lower currents in the PSU and lower change in voltage may give good efficiency and perhaps lower cost. There's no point chasing marginal savings if we're going to pay out of our asses for power infrastructure that doesn't exist. That is, in regards to scale, maturity, availability and cost.

Is the cooling kit stated in OP a step above from what Bitmain offers? Plus, when BitmainTech says 3.0M Head Pressure and 450L/h flow, how far above that can I go? Edit: Is it ok to use a pair of 650w PSU's? I guess one could power each card independently... however, I'm not 100% on that.
It is the syscooling / Bitmain kit. You can go as far above it as you want, but you'll just be wasting electricity and costing more with an expensive pump. Pair of PSUs is fine, just don't plug two into one PCB.

Thats.... thats just physics...

I would be really interested in knowing if there are work arounds for this jet stratum. It is very picky on which pools you can hook it to. I have hooked it to several pool and it will show my share rate and yet fails to net any hashing power. Right now I have one and several more on the way. I am heating my office with this unit and I am happy with the tweaking but sad about the limited pools. Maybe people will sell theirs because of it and maybe I can buy them up. If there is any way I can help with this let me know. I can be a willing participant if we promise not to brick my unit. I am curious though is it the block controller that is limiting it or the miner itself. I imagine it is. I thought maybe a mining proxy or maybe another software. I saw on rockminer forum something about a work around but have failed to get any further then a mining proxy or bfgminer. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Really hope that I can help with this. I love mining Bitcoin at ghash but sometimes difficulty drops on other alt coins Acoin and etc making it more profitable then Bitcoin. See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=769570#post_section5b for now

Any what CGminer is your Minera running?
It is running CGminer 4.8 and i compiled it with --enable-icarus Hmm :/ Got another power brick to test with? That's a reasonably strong bet. No i have just the one it comes with ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Any other options? Not really, need additional parts to test what you have. Else you can RMA. I have it now running on a 500W ATX. I'm getting now 56GH/s but only a few times it is more likely to run at 43GH/s..... Anything more i can try? Email in for an RMA, but the fact it did get a higher speed suggests its more likely to be something locally.

IM NOT HAPPY BITMAIN I returned an RMA board back to bitmain from a new batch of miners nearly 2 weeks ago, I keep sending bitmain the same details over and over and over and over again, and i keep getting the same generic response back asking for the details. SO HERE FOR ALL TO SEE - HERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER 6116164880 - It was sent with interlink express, and i have also spoke to the UK mail box and they have received it, he also told me it was in his hands but bitmain had not collected it. Not happy as this is my first warranty repair to date, after ordering more than 30 S3 machines, 3 S2 machines, and one S4 So i don't understand what the issue is, why so many emails saying the same thing over and over and over again, getting fed up of asking now. Please can anyone help me, or point me in the right direction, as this is the second time i have posted in this thread about it ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) If you've sent it to the UK address then you can contact them directly. And don't send 30000000 emails, it just makes it harder to help you.

We only need to adjust the chain length. All mining devices try to draw constant current anyway, so if they try to drive constant current it's also OK. Ignore those things, they have exposed terminals and are NOT user friendly. I don't know why they're being discussed for an introductory consumer device.

I have a S4 B1 and S4 B2. The S4 B1 is working great but the new B2 that i got in a couple weeks ago worked great for the first few days now I cant get it to hash more than a couple hours. The box would stop hashing but it would stay on, the fans on with a blank (but lit) LCD screen.
I re-seated the SD card and it worked for about 10 hours and started doing the same thing. It works if I turn the power off and turn it back on, but only hashes for a couple hours.
I got a new SD card and flashed the image from the original SD and that worked for a few hours and then it stopped hashing.
I emailed tech support and they sent me an image that I flashed to the new SD card and the same issue.
This is frustrating! I know it works, I just dont understand why it keeps stopping.
Don't flash with the potentially bad image, use the one in post #2. Then post a screenshot of the interface if its still up while frozen.

Well spotted guys, can't wait to hear their explanation for this! LULZ @ dogie, sniffing around for some free hardware & a quick payday from a company that bullshits like this. Anyway, I'm the one doing the primary verification so....
Primary verification my arse. Looks like it's already been done. For free. And another one of the troll account's first appearance is within a few hours of the previous troll's first appearance. And they're both posting only so they can flame me, without reading more than a page back [which if they'd bothered to they'd had read that it was Mr Teal that suggested I test the equipment, not me]. Clearly not a coincidence at all seeing as they had both ignored this thread for the last 11 months. Which other account will 'randomly' stroll on by next, eh?

In order to avoid and resolve such questions, we send our equipment to dogie.....
Of course you will. He'll write whatever you want if the bribe price is right...... ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Then he can sell them & scam more VAT out of some poor wannabe miner.....nice ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) And then you'll turn up again to totally ignore the content of the thread and lie to attempt to abuse me, then lie and commit more libel. Anyway, I'm the one doing the primary verification so....

Going to do my last psu test on the low end. I will test a seasonic 760 watt platinum psu today. early tests are good so far!
Need to be taking hash rates at the pool, although these are pretty good at reporting correctly, it still makes a difference.

I've been going back and forth on whether to order these or the antminer s4.. My main concern has been the power supplies.. I have a couple of evga 1300 g2's.. I'm assuming you can run one of the sp20s on one 1300, but what kind of speed do you get and will the cabling on the g2's handle the constant load.. Im running 240v.
PSU would be fine, although as most people its unlikely you'll be running at max clock. There are sweet spots and lower noise at other clocks.

Good job, trolls.
In this and next month, we are busying deliver the preorders. Avalon4 moudle will continually have small upgrade in early 2015, 0.3w/GHs on the wall and 0.3$/GHs with margin is a short-term goal. So if your target is $0.3/gh at 0.3 w/gh, why are you charging $0.7/gh for 0.7w/gh? Seems this isn't really an attempt to sell to home miners, but an attempt to rip off a few. He said in Q1 2015, new chips. And its $0.5/gh. It says Avalon4 which is current gen. And I'm seeing 1.84 btc per unit after including shipping. That would be great if you could double power efficiency without changing chips, but no - it refers to a future generation.

In order to avoid and resolve such questions, we send our equipment to dogie. Recently we have shipped him an Apollo (you can read his review and specs here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=881295). Next, we will send an Ares. And after the Ares the Zeus is planned to be sent. Generally, dogie's reviews are very thorough, so I hope you will be able to find answers to all your questions there. If you'd like, I'd be willing to compensate any lost income you might suffer from the negative trust between now and a proper review by giving you an escrowed bet up to 100BTC. I will bet 1:1 that you will not be able to provide a PCB with a single GN1 asic that simultaneously achieves 810GH/s (that is your spec, -10%) and drawing 0.78J/GH at the wall (your spec + 20%). If you want even further relaxed specs vs what you claim, I will alternately bet you 1:2 (my 100 vs your 200) that you cannot provide a PCB with a single GN1 asic that simultaneously hashes at 710GH/s (20% below your spec) while drawing less than 0.91J/GH at the wall (your spec +40%). Given the sums involved, the bet of course would need to be escrowed. In addition to the unit you send to dogie, I would like to purchase one board to be sent at the same time for my own verification. If you're unable to provide a full unit, I'd offer to pay 1/5th the price ($600) for the single board. The purchase would also be escrowed, and should the board fail to meet the relaxed spec (710GH/s @ 646.1W) the escrow will be returned to me and I will ship the board back to you at your cost as it is obviously defective. Let me know if you're interested, and we can flush out and finalize terms. I can be the intermediate here if it helps. Did the same for XBTec, although that one ended on a draw.
