361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why risk management is so important ? on: May 19, 2020, 11:51:51 AM
It is so difficult to recover lost capital from losses, profits will not always be greater than losses.

Really so you mean this? Why do people keep on trading then if profit will not always be greater than losses. Hey... People are making more profit than losses, you have to learn better ways to make better profit.
362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Stability zone and Altcoins on: May 16, 2020, 09:31:56 PM
There are many altcoin which grew around in market. With such profit, risk follows. While Altcoin is riskier when compared to bitcoin. Litecoin is older than ethereum but is an improvement to bitcoin as litecoin is four times faster than Bitcoin, it's grown to be one of the best altcoins with its current trading.

It might be a litecoin season too for bull run likewise etheruem has done in last btc halving. Apart from that, there are new altcoins whose present in the market will be a great achievement. I don't want to mention names but project are leading their coins strong lately. Lets see if the halving is going to cause a bull in altcoins.
363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 3 smart ways to bet on the upcoming bitcoin halvening with options on: May 16, 2020, 08:40:55 PM
I still believe this that now is a good time for bitcoin investment. As price was low around $6k, it was to the benefit of risk takers. Now is still worth it.

Well, most of us were at least expecting BTC to go up during and after halving. There has always been a bump here and there but thats how it has always panned out. With that info, imagine you had bought some calls when BTC was at 6k? or even 7k?

I guess he will make a big profit if he sells it right now because, with the gap in the price at let's say $2,500, he books a good profit which he cannot always get. But the problem that profit will be at the people who already bought 1 bitcoin so they can feel that big profit. The other people who bought bitcoin at a  fraction can still enjoy their profit but not as much as people who have big money to buy bitcoin before. What I am worried now is bitcoin price will have another correction which we don't know how deep the price will go down.

Well no matter the price or fraction you buy, the profit and loss will be same as what is invested. So buying one bitcoin or fraction has it advantage and disadvantages too.

365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your opinion about HEX? on: May 16, 2020, 04:18:27 PM
I'm going to avoid this coin from reviews so far,vit looks like one of the shit coins that arrived the market. No volume enough to attract buyers and buying for keep means you might not see any interested buyer like others that have come and go.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this what's preventing wide-spread adoption? on: May 16, 2020, 03:55:30 PM
It's one of a few that make the general public view shy away from cryptocurrency, sure. I think because cryptocurrency threatens and undermines the government's authority and banking system that preventing widespread adoption of cryptocurrency.

Crypto currencies are hated by the government, of course BITCOIN, they hate because Bitcoin will be a threat, but the positive side is that Bitcoin cannot be regulated, like the government is against the community. just relax Bitcoin will live forever if the internet still exists  Grin

I think the anonymity hides of identities and just provides wallet address and not home or office address  Grin . The government to me could be having might be lack of control. The government likes controlling power so to monitor and regulate. But all of that is absent with bitcoin use.
367  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would you call it a success if bitcoin will stay at least $10,000 this year? on: May 16, 2020, 03:42:44 PM

will bitcoin drop below $10,000 or will be price at least $10,000... what's your thoughts?

Price will go beyond $10,000 this year. This is just around half part of the year and we are seeing price at $9400. This is good for further bull run at the time all economy restarts again as many are getting back to work again, then the different sectors will contribute to human development.
368  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving 2020 on: May 15, 2020, 09:40:59 PM
Price is looking good at $9680, I think in a few months when the halving has taken full effect we could see a new yearly high. I’m calling $15,000 by the end of 2020.

Going by the last halving and the time that price bull, we still have time till the end of this year. So I support that $15,000 or more could be the price at the end. More investors are coming to invest and that means the possibility of an increase on the way.
369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain technology in universities on: May 15, 2020, 04:18:54 PM
Not only the university but the world in general. It will help students more though because it will create job as soon as students graduate, they can get job since a section in blockchain will already be open for employment. It will also make more people to understand the blockchain technology and the uses. It will grow the digital business more.
370  Economy / Economics / Re: The unfortunate event that is Quarantine. on: May 15, 2020, 12:00:30 PM
Some corrupt countries used this medium to enrich their pockets, I mean the officials. Some of the public palliatives meant for less privileged were diverted to individual pockets, girl friends, close friends and family members. It is better that the quarantine is let off so that individuals can feed themselves and not wait for the government for help because help isn't coming in certain country's government.
371  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: a new Crypto Trading instrument for everyone on: May 15, 2020, 09:14:39 AM
As to scalping and market going flat, this can be as a result of market rush. If there is news or overriding sentiment in forex, the market can go flat and I think it could happen to any platform including crypto trading. Scalping again can be manipulated by brokers not allowing you to go in to the market and pick profit at a particular time maybe because the position is clear for profit taking. They are all strategy that brokers and platform owners use so to prevent trading from making easy money. Your platform too might not be excluded from this  Grin
372  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Stability zone and Altcoins on: May 15, 2020, 07:59:06 AM
I don't see any big changes in the cryptosphere, so for now, I think, it is too early to make any forecasts. But still, in my opinion, the price will definitely not go up the coming year. Here is my opinion.

Buddy I'm optimistic that btc price will bull even from this year. I'm not forecasting because maybe is still early but I have not seen a stopping or obstacle stopping price to grow. Covid-19 fear is going off, people are beginning to go back to street, some work and businesses coming back, crude price coming up and activities are growing gradually. Now btc is at $9,413 and that's some gain from yesterday.

375  Economy / Economics / Re: Some Strategies to Face the Next Crisis on: May 12, 2020, 08:24:02 PM
I like the number you talked about being serious with the work to avoid excuse to relief or permanently discharge the worker, this is a very good idea. Every other aspect of the item listed including saving of money goes on the seriousness of work, if you don't work, no pay; and when there is no pay you don't save so that being serious is a good advise.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of IEO is Exchange on: May 12, 2020, 07:26:31 PM
Sometimes it is kinda meh.
Even if it is partnered with popular exchanges like Binance or Bittrex, it is still up to the project as its own whether it'd be a success or not.
A shitcoin is still a shitcoin regardless of the exchange that it is about to get listed at.

It is that. A coin that has no value can't be successful as such that has value done in same exchange for IEO. Even if the owner can raise fund to list in a known exchange, after a while, its trading volume will drop because the purpose is not fulfilling to investors.
377  Economy / Speculation / Re: Pure btc speculation post on: May 12, 2020, 02:36:49 PM
I didnt expect any pump today and felt bitcoin is already price-in, i also felt traders will be watching than selling and more activities for miners, it was a very busy day for miners who want to take their share from the last period of 12.5 bitcoin from each block. I dont think bitcoin halving has ever caused this pump, it caused more dump in short term before a gradually movement. Due to the global market condition I cant predict the movement of altcoins.

I'm sure traders will be looking at bitcoin price against what altcoins they are hodling or buying. I predict that this bitcoin halving will favour more of altcoin because unlike in last halving, the numbers of altcoins now have increased and some nice project are existing.
378  Economy / Economics / Re: Epidemic to Pandemic to Diaster-Cycle on: May 12, 2020, 01:30:52 PM
This covid-19 isn't getting to disaster because it is beginning to calm down. Countries in Asia and Europe are recording lower cases unlike before. China I read is recording fewer case against before. Now France is starting to go back to school and many countries now relaxing lockdown. I think that we are safe with this pandemic but we still need to be careful.
379  Economy / Economics / Re: Is a real estate crash/dip due? on: May 11, 2020, 08:06:16 PM
Real estate is not collapsing but is just a situation new to the world, the covid-19 pandemic that is causing hardship because countries are losing focus or rather channeling resources to covid-19 issues. Also some land owners are cutting off their hodlings as there are no new investment on the area or real estate. It will come up when this problem is gone.

It hasn't crashed yet but we can see it declining obviously because of the global problem that we have. People are pulling out their investments every where like in stock market, oil industry even in crypto market whose category will fall into the economic side on which real estate is also belong. I guess property owners have stopped asking for their client's payment of course every one is suffering during these times. I am living in an apartment, luckily my landlady is very considerate although they haven't receive my rental fee as well as my neighbors for 2 months and a half.

Mortgages, landlords are a little human this time around and I guess that is because of the reality in the faces of people. The situation of difficult to cope with this time.
380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy Halving! on: May 11, 2020, 07:36:33 PM
Yeah... Lets see how this is going to interact with everybody involved, the miners, hodlers and maybe traders. We are likely to witness a price volatility. Bitcoin currently at 8,519, still on correction perhaps but halving is here for sure.
