361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one makes sense on: November 15, 2019, 05:07:46 AM
Which one should come first? better to get through bounty before ICO/IEO fund raising or better to run bounty while fundraising is ongoing... Suggestion need
It's better to get through before tha ICO/IEO fundraising because you'll get more investors when you promote the project as early as possible. People will be familiar once it was launched a bit earlier than its actual date of fundraising thus once its fundraising get launched, they'll consider investing on it rather than seeing its promotion on its actual date of fundraising wherein the date is limited that doesn't allow some investors in thinking if they should invest or not.
362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Counted Or Estimate All Your Losses And.... on: November 15, 2019, 03:14:02 AM
Some people are losing $100 daily or $200 a week or $500 a week how about you
Have you counted or estimate all your losses and thought what all your losses could you buy, do you sometimes stop and think on all of this.
I'm not a big gambler but I estimate I could already buy a good class mountain bike with all my losses, how about you?
I'm not certain about the exact amount of my losses but I think I can buy a brand new ps4 console with that. It's not too awful for me everytime I remember it because I know there are a lot of people experience worse than me. On the other hand, it's still worth it for me since I gambe with fun and there is no one should be blame of becuse it's pure luck based game. Despite of that, I'm still optimistic in gambling and wouldn't bw descourage to stop as long as I still find myself in fully control.
363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any Impact of AI technology in Trading? on: November 15, 2019, 12:20:53 AM
Just like robots and machines in our modern technology AI also has a huge impact on trading though it isn't advisable especially for beginners. Ai could perform our trading tasks but it couldn't control things since it's emotionless. As for me, it's better if we'll do trading ourselves instead of relying on Ais. Let's just have enough knowledge about it because there are services which Ai cannot perform.
Being emotionless that AI has is actually an advantage from trading manually because it neglects to possibiltiy of fear of missing out or rather panic selling. The main problem in AI is that it's a new technology for trading IMO, thus there are a lot of bugs which you may encounter such as errors that can wipe your account's balance if you're unfortunate. On the other hand we should be open that it's being developed and sooner or later it'll be the revolutionary way of trading.
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose which altcoin will you buy? on: November 12, 2019, 10:42:55 PM
Hello

Recently I started looking into new projects as I have some free time and I'm wondering what do you guys look at when you are deciding which altcoin to buy and hold.

Do you know any projects that you believe has a bright future?
In choosing which altcoins to hold, I always look at its background chart. In this way, I can ascertain how far this coin has achieved and what is to be expected in the near future. I can use it as a guide if it can go to the moon or not. For your second question, yes and I believe that's ETH and XRP. They both valued much in crypto market as they've contributed on it a lot.
365  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to start trading with 2 BTC? What is the first step? on: November 12, 2019, 04:26:22 AM
So i have decided i will start trading with 2BTC first. I have read many people suggesting me to day trade and earn some good profit daily.
Let me tell you all, i have no experience in trading and it sound so difficult to me so please answer my questions
so how can i start and where can i start?
where to learn the basics? some good books?
how much profit can i expect daily in the beginning?
How to avoid major loss?
is there any professional traders that allow to follow their trades and they charge some fees for it?
Waiting for your answers  Wink
Just to point out, it's too risky for your BTC2 to be traded specially you mentioned that you don't have any experience on it. For the first question, you can start trading on user friendly exchanges such as Binance. For the second question, the best way to learn it is via youtube tutorial, reading of books is an ideal if you know the basic concepts of trading already. For the third question,  the expectation on your profit, isn't measureble as it would depends on the market condition anf your skills. For the firth question, you can avoid majore losses if you know how to apply the stop loss no matter what happen. For the last question, copyying someone's trade in crypto isn't available yet on the available exchanges for crypto. On the other hand it's available for forex and stock exchanges.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red trust accounts wearing signature..... on: November 12, 2019, 12:46:58 AM
Presently i detect that few bounties still allow red trust accounts to wear their signatures, i think this means the bounty project is been managed by bad bounty manager or what do you think? for example E3T bounty allows red trust account, is this normal ?
It's not normal but we can't interfere with a bounty manager's decision if he/she decided to accept participants with red trust rating. I don't think that kind of scenario were included in this forum's general rules. On the other hand, a bounty manager can be also tagged if he/she tolerate it because he/she can be considered as encouraging spam or whatsoever.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: November 11, 2019, 10:25:38 PM
I don't think gamblers will stop even if they won a huge amount. If you are playing for fun nothing will stop you except if you are playing just for money alone and not entertainment and fun probably yes they will stop and live a comfortable life having an amount that can support your family for a lifetime. I don't think they will only stop gambling but working daily too, having a huge amount of money there is no need to work. But I believe if you are a gambler you're always be a gambler.
I believe it depends on the amount of prize he got and his personality itself. Some gamblers are really decent to their winnings and tends to gamble in order to make their life change into something better than they have right now. People who are gambling for fun also feel the urge to win the game as it gives them satisfaction than to lose or be neutral thus they slightly aim to make profit too.
368  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there something you can do if someone scams you? on: November 11, 2019, 09:25:10 PM
Lets say for example you pay someone for a product or service 1,5 btc and he scams you? what can you do about it? can you find his location his name etc?
Also you send the btc to his exchange account(witch is not Kyc). If he turnes that btc into monero its over!?
The best thing to do with that is to file a complaint to the bureau of investigation and allow them to track the scammer who victimized you via the platform you used for the comminication. You can't track them through the money you sent since it can be laundered making it really impossible to get traced even though the authorities take an action.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why will you invest in something you know nothing about? on: November 11, 2019, 12:16:24 AM
Please stop your whining here if your friend dont know nothing about blockchain and crypto then teach him so he can be independent

Don't let them invest in what they don't know about

how can you invest into somthing if you have no clue about what are you investing in at first place or is just about 21st century beg??
Simply you see potential on it, it's a current trend, everyone is talking about it but even though you don't understand how it works. Although it's unethical and unnecessary, it's common nowadays since people are too lazy to research though the resources are already there, they just need to use it properly. Thus, bad people are taking an advantage of it that's why a lot of scammers are still getting profit from fooling people with their promises.
370  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Have you not relented in viewing your account wallet? on: November 10, 2019, 10:06:35 PM
It's been a while that the dump has persisted, many have hoped  and predicted in several direction especially for the middle of the year till now and many have become so weary, their we're times I check my wallet like thrice a day, later twice, once and now a whole day I may not check. Most time like thrice a week, i'm sure i am not alone in this condition, how about you?
I tend to open my wallet atleast once a month (the hardware wallet). I used to open it in order to update the software (Ledger Live) thus if they have new features, I would be able to experience it. I don't check it daily or weekly since I intend to store it in a Ledger wallet for a long term hold meaning thus whatever happens to the market, I'll keep holding and that's shouldn't be changed.
371  Economy / Economics / Re: If the stocks market will crash again like 2008, what will happen to bitcoin on: November 10, 2019, 07:04:07 AM
IMO, the Bitcoin exchange rates may go down if there is a crash in the stock market. People will be left with less money and therefore Bitcoin purchases will go down. The existing users will be forced to sell their coins, in order to cover their expenses. Ordinary people are more likely to shift to less risky assets, such as treasury bonds and gold.

Firstly it will be a shock for people if market crashes as many would lose out a lot of money and definitely those who invest in btc and stocks would have left with less options and might start to sell btc in order for their daily requirements if people are crunch with money . Or they cannot take chance with btc  and lose their money here as well so will sell it .
If the stock market crashes like what happened in 2008 then the investors in bitcoin will not suffer losses because the market of bitcoin is not influenced by any negative happenings in the stock market. The price of bitcoin will go up instead if the stock market crashes because the investors there will panic sell their stocks and they will try to recover their losses through cryptocurrency investing.
It's really hard to tell because it really depends on the situation. Crypto and stock market are somehow correlated to each other. They can be both influenced by the economic condition factor in which if the stock crashes, the economic condition could be dramatically be bearish causing others to pull out their assets such as cryptocurrency investment.
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best bounty manager on: November 09, 2019, 10:22:28 PM
If you are to give a highest rating to a bounty manager who would that be? the top one on my very list is @bubbalex, why? because even when bounty ends this bounty manager still follows all the projects he managed and when any new updates occurs he still spread the news for his bounty hunters

And moreover this guy never tampered with bounty rules, once no KYC will always remained no KYC, so what about you guys?
My vote goes to Sylon, not just because I've been able to participate in almost all of the succssful project he've handled but also because he's very hands on for every projects he manages. He responds very well for evert inquiry of his particpants via pm or thread.
373  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with USDT or BTC? on: November 09, 2019, 11:34:01 AM
I use to lose most of the time in trading and it's giving me headache. I want to ask to you guys which trading pair is better preference in bear/bull markets, whether you trade with BTC  pairing during bull market or USDT pairing in bear market? I need a suggestion from community.
In order for me to consider which market I should prefer to be partnered with my chosen altcoin, I consider no other than volume. Most likely, BTC market has a bigger volume but in some altcoins USDT is dominant. Regarding to your loss, try to acquire more skills that are relared for technical analysis such as plotting patters through using the previous period of time in market chart.

375  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why say "NO" to Web wallet on: November 08, 2019, 09:27:12 PM
I am not using web wallet much, unless I am in need of some quick money to cash. That's why I was having a little BTC to my coinbase wallet. Yesterday, when I sent ~0.06 BTC which I was holding there for a long time, they didn't send it instantly. They emailed me that it will be delayed since they need to check the transaction for some reason.
It's very common for exchanges to hold someone's balance which aren't spent for a long period of time that's why holding your assets are not recommended to be held by an exchange otherwise it can result you in a scenario like this. On the other hand, you may just use an application based third party wallet instead such as Electrum for your convenience.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Low allocation bounty pools pays easily? on: November 08, 2019, 11:14:12 AM
After reading few posts about how successful ferrum network bounty was i detect that the actual amount of the total bounty allocation is just around 45k and i think to myself maybe this was the reason why it become easy for the team to pay hunters?

It seems that bounties with not very large allocations are better because there is a high chance of getting paid over those bounties with 1million pool? am i right or wrong
I believe that the quantity of token allocated for hunters isn't a basis for them to paid easily or not. It purely depends on the distributor and the project itself. On the other hand, I've seen that some those who have millions of total supply are those project that turns into shitcoins. Usually projects with decent total suplly are easier to be successful and quite quick to pay hunters at the same time.
377  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to take advantage BTC Pump and Dump in short period? on: November 08, 2019, 07:23:46 AM
If you ask this question then it only means you cannot take advantage of it. Because it is not easy as eating pizza pie. You need to study trading in order to take advantage of BTC pump and dump. Even studying is not easy too as it takes a  lot of time, effort, patience and determination. And when you are ready, you won't ask this question again.
Some peoples are beginners in crypto trading so they are all don't know how to fluctuate all the time. Bitcoin is always fluctuate because it is volatile crypto currency so market is moving forward and backward. It is a decentralized cryptocurrency so no one stop the fluctuations but any government can add some regulations and it will never affect the Bitcoin.
What do you mean by beginners don't know how to fluctuate all the time? If you meant for the trajectory of Bitcoin, no one could tell that before it happens. Everyone including the expert traders can't certainly tell which direction would Bitcoin fluctuate. All of them are just predicting but they have different level and knowledge in their of predicting.
378  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Should I covert BTC to another to get lower withdrawal fees? on: November 07, 2019, 11:43:55 PM
I noticed that the withdrawal fee for Bitcoin at my exchange was about $6 (0.0005 BTC)

Then I looked at the fees for Stellar (0.02 XLM) and Ripple (0.02 XRP) which equated to only a few cents.

My question is why wouldn't you change your bitcoin into one of these others, then withdraw, paying only pennies instead of $6.

What am I missing?
I see no reason why you shouldn't do it since I do it myself in order to get rid of expensive fees. Usually since I'm a Bitcoin fan, I tend to withdraw my money from an exchange to my local wallet via ripple and then convert it into BTC after. However sometimes I also don't convert it into BTC again since I like to hold some XRP too.
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project to invest. on: November 07, 2019, 09:24:44 PM
How to choose a good investment project
I understand that many of us do not suggest investing in ICO but I have to say not every ICO scam, invest in IEO no matter  the  exchange is, it is better than investing in ICO.
However, these steps help to judge the project.
1.   The team behind the project, it is extremely important to see who guides the project, experiments, are they able to implement the road map.
2.   The idea of the project, what the project solve, is the project can change something or introduce something new.
3.   What has been done and are there any steps the team is taking to prove credibility.
4.   Is the project is ICO or IEO, IEO will be better.
5.   How many exchanges the project listing.
6.   The type of the exchanges(however this is not issues as some project cannot go with top exchanges, top exchanges required a lot money).
7-     check (twitter, facebook, telegram, website metrics).
8-     It will be good if the project has ann on bitcointalk forum.
9-     Pay attention to what the team promised, it should not be far from reality or promises to enrich or quick profit (such as 200% profit).
10-   Look for old project in the market at least 3 month old.

explanation that is very important for us to know about how to choose a good project so that we are not trapped in the Scam project. and I want to add 1 point that we must choose a bounty manager who is experienced in managing bounty projects. because managers who have good experience will also receive offers from the best projects. because the best manager will always maintain his reputation.
Bounty campaigns never have a strict effect on the project, unless project is based on the customer satisfaction or kind of that. Bounty managers are only responsible for managing effectively the campaign in order to maintain the marketing moves. The best projects have a token lock period from my experience, but the effect of the marketing strategy depends on the general investment conditions.
Token lock period is useless IMO. It just affects bounty hunters negatively in most cases because ivestors are being allowef to move their tokens first thus if they dump the market then those whose token were locked have nothing to do but to accept the fact that their token's value is only like that. Anyway, we all have different perspective and there is no certain right or wrong.
380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do long term holding profitable in all cases? on: November 07, 2019, 08:29:58 PM
Should I continue holding my ethereum? Am a believer of long time holding but am currently beginning to lose faith due to fact that I have been experiencing constant decline in my major coins that I have been holding since late 2017. The coin in question is ethereum which I have been holding since when its value was around $1,300 and now its value is now less than $200 per one.
Should I continue holding my ethereum?
I think so, because you've lose huge percentage of value in ETH already. Cutting off your possible loss is too late since it's already in its dip state IMO. Better to make yourself more optimistic and don't mind it too much otherwise it'll trigger making yourself worried again regarding to the ETH's capability in getting back to its ATH.
