Is there a plan B if you can not reach the softcap? Maybe you interrupt the ICO until the market has recovered?
Well they have four real options: 1. End the token sale and close the project (if you can’t raise the softcap you’re probably going to struggle in business as there clearly isn’t enough demand). 2. Pause token sale, continue working on development, re-start token sale when markets have picked up again. 3. Close token sale and Try to secure private funding from VC’s, angel investors, banks, etc.. 4. Try to develop project with funds raised even if they are below softcap level, lower the budget, less workers, etc.. There’s a few different options most projects pick option 2 or 3 because it’s hard to give up something before it’s even started. I think most of the ico's choose 2 because it is the most safest and the project almost always receives the fund after the bad market, it depends a lot on the market. In times of market downturns, I agree, option 2 is the most sensible. However, it is important to remember that even when markets pick up it doesn't guarantee success for a project as it might have lost its hype. I agree. But most ICO tend to go with the closing down/pausing the project go back and re-strategize then come back with new improvements to their proposed project and start another token sale. We have experienced this scenario most especially this year a lot. And many projects have experienced an extension in their said sales date for different reasons with the down trend of market being the most of it. Yeah it’s a good way for the team to take a break from the pressures of a token sale. They can sit back, gather their thoughts and begin preparing to make their token a success when they resume their sale. To be honest I do not think CCI needs to do this but they should really take the options I listed above into consideration especially if they find themselves extending the sale multiple times. |

this project looks so cool and professional. i am in crypto for a while to spot a good idea being implemented.
Is there anything in particular you like about this project and why you think with your experience this is a good idea? I personally really like how the team have decided to use renewable energy to power their mining facility. It’s a great example of susatainable and responsible entrepreneurship and I’m sure the team will receive a lot of plaudits for this. |

I do not think I’ve seen a project with no softcap before, this is encouraging for investors, but it does beg the question where will the funds come from if they raise a small amount? What’s the point in doing an ICO if you do not have a minimum?
The reason for no softcap is simple; we believe in the project and know it will work. If we don't raise enough money for team expansion after the ICO, the project will end up being self-funded by the CEO. The problem with that is the timelines for product delivery will then, unfortunately, increase significantly. I love the belief from the CEO and the team. I’ve been talking to a couple of the team members on the telegram group and it is refreshing to speak with an admin that actually knows what they are talking about. I got instant answers and it seems like everyone in the team wants to succeed. Obviously very understandable if time frames and turn around times are extended if the token sale isn’t successful, but I have a strong feeling Natmin will do well and I’m extremely excited to see how the team will progress. |

I am wondering the same. I don't think there was another ICO with the same approach; well at least to the extent of my knowledge. For the softcap is usually the min needed to kickstart the project and start making money. Its nice to see them taking another kind of approach, personally i never liked the softcap and hardcap thing, brands should just state what they need, go for it and stop bickering about soft and hardcaps, their concept is pretty sleek, the virtual world is not safe and with this brand coming into play, we may get to see a boost in transactions, with relief from both parties involved Yeah, I feel like the softcap and hardcap goals can be a bit misleading and sometimes projects set ridiculous targets that they will not achieve. This is why I like the idea of no softcap because if people really like the project they do not need to worry about the team reaching their softcap which also adds a lot of pressure to both parties. |

We are looking forward to it too. Our listing procedure will commence after the crowd sale, 30 November. Excellent, really looking forward to that - not too far away either, certainly exciting times ahead - I hope the market picks up by then too. I hope the market stabilizes and I’m also looking forward to Securix been listen on a good exchange. Few months away. Can’t wait for this exciting times ahead. same here i honestly expect them to go for big exchange platform because doing this will place in the limelight as well as give them a deserved value I hope so as well but it will take a lot of hard work to get there. I think they will also need to have a successful token sale otherwise they might not be able to afford the listing fees of some of the bigger exchanges. Exchanges are important and the Securix team want to make sure their token can be easily bought and sold. However, it is not the be all and end all because if there is a demand then people will use any old exchange to buy a token as long as the price isn't too bad. |

I installed the TRANSPORTAL app from App Store, few weeks back. TAChain got two Apps on AppStore; TRANSPORTAL and TRANSPORTER. I couldn’t teat the App from my location Since it isn’t available here yet. Also couldn’t give a review. But App looks cool. As a Android User i can't get that App yet and dernly waiting for the release of Android Version in Play Store! But its good to get some reviews! Someone should do a Video review of it! Will be nice to get some sort of official announcement in regards to this app release and also - like you say, some sort of video evidence / review Are you talking about the android app release? I think it’s absolutely nuts that they haven’t released it yet. It must be well over a month since the Transportal iOS app was released!? They were meant to be available within a week of each other... And the worst part is that the team hasn't come out to give any announcement regarding the application release. Which is really bad of them. Yeah, it is actually, I must say their communications around the Android app have been very poor. First, the release was going to be at the end of August and now they are saying it will be at the end of September. I hope they keep to their promise this time around. |

I'm really looking forward to the app. It will be nice to see how my health data evolves over the years when I do sports or not. The transmission of portable health gadget data will certainly help to look at the statistics and hopefully do more for my health:-)
I find myself looking more and more at sports related gadgets for health purposes. I use a fitbit to track my steps, my heartrate, my sleep patterns etc Health is a big issue for us all and anything that can help us improve it and understand stands a great chance. Is there a chance that the App will also work on smart watches? it would be great if they could do that too as it also will get them more investors. there was a speculation about this smart watches but I don't think there would be a problem with integrating with a smart watch if one will be needed. but lets hear from the team first. That would be great if the app will work with smart watches. Some healthcare insurances in germany already support smart watches. The users get a discount on the contributions, if they submit the data. That’s a nice idea. It’s all about making access to the best health care service easy. I think the team is focused on ICO atm, pretty sure there would be system updates routinely. Its a good idea for projects to always come up with means of boosting their brand and accessibility is one of them, i remember stating the fact that the globe is on a new trend and ditching of heavy wares/ machinery is one of them, such avenue should be created to give users access to their platform, no matter where they are, they can start small with the implementation and grow Yeah, once they to go global I believe a lot will happen and there would be mass adoption and the society will be made better Healthcare is a tricky one, mainly because of the vast differences in regulations worldwide. Some countries have increased regulations and different laws, it’s hard to launch an international platform that will be compliant in so many different countries. |

Just letting you guys know that there was/is a slight issue with the registration and that you may not get the confirmation email; I've asked the team and they told me to message the admins directly in telegram and they will resolve the registration confirmation. if anyone is facing the same you can contact the admins.

During the crowd sale, will it be possible to follow the progress of Tokens sales on an address?

Wow 1.2 million SRXIO tokens that is phenomenal work from the founders! These deals don't appear out of thin air so i imagine they had to put in a lot of ground work behind the scenes to get this done. I don't know if I got the information correctly or if it's me not understanding how Github.com works... Is it the sold token amount that is to be loaded on the github.com page or the creation of the contract code as I have known Github for I've never heard of that before, I'm pretty sure they do not have a live counter on their GitHub site. I asked the team yesterday on telegram about how much has been raised but I do not have an answer. Apparently, they will release the info before they go into the main sale! |

I guess people are beginning to understand this after being burnt over and over again but if they so care they could still be impatient and greedy about their investment... When is the end of the ICO? I was also looking for the information about closure date. What is the softcap for this project? May be I have seen it earlier. But forgotten now unfortunately. They have a rather high softcap of $9m. I saw an update recently about the amount raised and I believe they haven't hit this target yet. The token sale has been extended until the end of October. I dunno not sure if that’s high really it’s not low but not quite high I’ve seen projects with 15 and 25m softcap that we’re what I’d consider high or even rediculous I would say it's pretty high considering that ICO's are not popular investments anymore. I wonder if they will be able to find a way to fund the project if they do not reach their softcap. |

So I'm just thinking if Tachain is looking at operating "Like" Uber, Lyft and other transport business, is there an opportunity for sole drivers who may want to get a little side hustle going ... Like signing up on their own without coming through any medium or company
Tachain is going to cooperate only with those service providers who are officially licensed in the country they operate. We are not going to work with private unlicensed drivers. Oh Ok quite clear and I understand the rationale behind the decision. Best of luck on this from me This is good news because it means their drivers have had background checks and are safe, responsible drivers. I would of been worried if they didn't have this kind of protocol in place. |
