So, I made that graph using LaTeX and the PSTricks package.  It's pretty damn ugly, dogie's graphs are enormously more useful.  But anyway, LaTeX and PSTricks (psmatrix, psnode) if you were curious.
382  Other / Meta / Re: How to grow potential activity ? on: January 08, 2016, 08:33:56 PM
how to do that ?

Make less than 14 posts in a given activity period (14 days) resulting in less posts in total than activity.

Just for correctness sake (although it's probably obvious), it should say make between 1 and 13 posts in a given activity period.  That's because <1 means you miss that period.  And >=14 means you get the 14 points, not "potential" which is what the OP asked about.

Cheers!
383  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dragon's Tale - a Massively Multiplayer Online RPG/Casino on: January 08, 2016, 06:48:54 PM
i really like the game, i have never seen something like that i deposited some coins and tried out a few games though i did not manage to win anything, i hope i will be lucky next day

Send me a PM if you want to get a high-level account so that you can get a reasonable rakeback on your bets.
384  Other / Meta / Re: Legendary one day? on: January 07, 2016, 11:47:12 PM
I 'm actually hoping that I hit it as close to the last moment as possible.  Just seems like  a fun bit of notoriety if I could hit later than the 1008 by defaced.
No such luck tsp. At least the next time you have a legendary fight with QS you can tell him he's cheating because he's still a hero
Pun intended.

Lol.  Indeed, I just noticed it right now.  Well, so now I'm legendary.  Congrats to me, I guess.

Re: quickseller, it seems he's run out of steam in his attack on me.  I'm happy to say that I think my days of QS abuse are over (fingers crossed).  Hopefully the same is true for the large number of other folks he needlessly smeared as he was trying to build a reputation out of neg-rep first, think-never.
385  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dragon's Tale - a Massively Multiplayer Online RPG/Casino on: January 07, 2016, 11:45:50 PM
BTW, I have a level 8 account for sale, it also has 3 out of the 8 tasks done for level 9.  Also, has access to Tao (rare!).   Rakeback on this account is at "62% of the maximum", which I think is 3%, so you get a little over 1.5% of your bets back in DT.

Serious inquiries just send me a PM.

I just don't play much anymore (it's been months since I really hung out there for any time) and I figure that if someone wants a high level account without having to spend a lot to work their way up the ranks, they should just let me know.

Cheers!

I deposited 0.0045 BTC and it says I only have 105 SAT waiting to be confirmed
It's already been confirmed once and still no credit.. Any help?

Newbie at Dragon's Tale

You should do "/message Di ..." in game.  He'll straighten it out for you if your issue is legit.  I've had an issue or two in the several years I played there but they were always corrected once I let Di know.  Btw, what was the transaction id, it does seem a little weird that it has the wrong balance.

lol LEGENDARY AT LAST

Look at all these sub human heros lurking around here.. lolol jk ^_^

So if the guarantee is at 1052, I'd be curious to hear who has the current record for latest legendary.  Seems OP here hit it somewhere around 1008 (exactly?).

I'm in the 900s and I'm still hero, I'd like to see if I can last longer than 1008 before I rank up.

I added you to the list. The range is from 775-1030, so at the latest you will hit legendary at 1030 activity or (due to your posts) at 1036.

______The Standings based on your respective Votes________

VOD is currently is leading the title by 8 Votes .The line-up is as follows :

1.VOD : 8 Votes

2.We have a tie on second between Codishmumu and Spoetnik :4 Votes each.

3.Mexxer 2, Quickseller: 3 Votes  each

4.Ali Traders, , Gleb Gamow : 2 Votes each.

5.dogie, lemipawa, The Pharmacist : 1 Vote each .

I will keep the list updated as I'm jobless .

Let's get ol' quicktemper up into that tie for second.  He sure as hell annoyed me for about 8 months.  I can't really think of anything comparable.  So QS takes the cake for me.

Also, the USA never distributed land to everyone who already owned land in another country. (I wonder which country Dogecoin would be in that scenario.)

While this is clearly a tangent to the main point of the discussion, I feel compelled to point out that the land that the USA did distribute was taken by blood from the people who already lived there.
392  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Vanitygen: Vanity bitcoin address generator/miner [v0.22] on: December 24, 2015, 08:50:48 PM
Can I generate a P2PKH address using vanitygen?

Kindly tell me the step by step process. I'm totally a noob regarding this generator. Embarrassed

Isn't a P2PKH just a normal address?  the hash of a pubkey?

Here is my add: 17GHEBVuYkit9B1bdQDApzrpVkbrpvVNyH
please qoute this thank you.

Quoted for future reference...

you're better off signing a message from that address too to prove that you actually own that address.

Actually, I think that as long as you can sign a message at some potential future moment of needing an account recovery from theymos, then an unedited post is actually all that's required.  The quotation is nice because it ensures that it can't be easily removed by someone who compromises the account.

Can someone give me the two sentences version of who's Chuck why does navaman say he's censored?

Also, navaman, I can help you to run the clam client, it's not that hard.  Just ask questions here or in PM or in JD chat if you're stuck.  What went wrong?
Chuck is a chatmod on just-dice that apparently muted navaman and navaman feelt censored.

So, if navaman's gripe is with mods on JD, seems like he posted in the wrong thread.
395  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: December 23, 2015, 07:32:09 PM
I think the problem is not "creative thinking" or not.  Seals always had tons of players back when they actually had working clients.  It's now been a year, and still no clients.  This is the problem.  You can make all the "fish fries" you want to, as long as people can't login or play, it doesn't matter how many gimmicks.

397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Import private key on: December 22, 2015, 10:49:28 PM
Folks are telling the OP that he could use blockchain.info to do the work he needs to do (sign a message).  This is true, but such advice should come with a strong warning: once you give your private key to blockchain.info you're relying on them to keep it safe---ie, you've got multiple points of failure: yourself, bc.i, network transport.  Anyway, this may be fine, but if you were going to use that address to store any significant amount, I, personally, would opt for a local solution where you don't have to send your key over a network to a third party.
398  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What is Abe software for Bitcoin? on: December 22, 2015, 06:57:53 PM
Several weeks to parse the entire blockchain? Really  Shocked
Just wanted to start using Abe to transform the blockchain but your statement stopped me :/

If you want to try out abe, be carefull...

The software is real easy to install, but for me, it took several weeks to parse the whole blockchain.
So, the setup (OS, bitcoin daemon, downloading the blockchain, installing abe, loading the blockchain into abe) took almost a month...

The second time, i did find a database dump from 2014-2015 (don't remember). This shortened the loading time by a couple of days.

Right, but your mileage will obviously vary.  How long it takes will depend on your hardware, your connection speeds, etc.  And there's the tip about starting with a db dump...
399  Other / Meta / Re: Just remove signatures already. As in delete, disable, gone. on: December 22, 2015, 06:27:32 PM
Most of everyone in this thread is saying they agree with OP while having a campaign in their signature. I don't understand.

Sure, it's an easy irony to point out.  People aren't usually so careful on internet forums so that's really the explanation.  I have an ad in my signature, yet I agree with the OP that sig-ad spam is a problem.  I'd like to think that I'm not contributing to that problem because I don't post just to get paid and I report problematic posts when I see them.  In any case, the world is a rich and varied place, and many of us agree that sig-ad spam is terrible, yet we like to get paid for our own posts.  I think that strictly speaking, this means that I disagree with the OP because I don't want signatures removed as in delete, disable, gone.  Yet, I do agree about the problem and I want to see things get better, not worse.

Hi,

I want to change my btc address, can I ?
May be! Try changing first in your profile so that bitmixer bot can detect your new address.

I think that's all you have to do, actually.
