381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Anonymous Enough For You? on: July 13, 2016, 08:58:36 PM
I don't depend on the "anonymity" of Bitcoin. If I want to get that anonymity I just walk my coins through bitmixer and then everything is just fine.
And maybe that's the reason we use their signature Tongue . Still I also feel that I do not need the anonymity feature because neither I am dealing with illegal stuff nor I am afraid to tell others how many btc I own Smiley
382  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: July 13, 2016, 08:43:43 PM
If you keep your bitcoins in your desktop wallet then yes bitcoin is safe and there will be no any issue with that no one will have access to it, but if you depend on online wallets then the owner of that wallet will have control on your bitcoins and if that wallet gone down then you will lose your coins.
even if you keep your bitcoins in a desktop wallet it might be unsafe as you might have some viruses in your computer, i think the safest way is hardware wallet

will the question is not about this type of safety.. this is about the whole bitcoin not for bitcoin storage. if you or another one person loose their bitcoin because of hack or virus. then he can't say that bitcoin is no more safe and people should not use bitcoin..
tell me one thing. if a thief stole your money or stole a whole bank's money. then will you say that the money is not safe just because of that single steal attempts.? no right?

so bitcoin is probably safe and trusted.
Actually, the question is whether it is safe to put all your assets into bitcoins. Like literally abandoning the physical money and converting it to bitcoins.

In all honesty, I wouldn't say it's 100% safe as there are always room for unfortunate events, even at the smallest possible chance. However, it is safe to say that bitcoins will most likely stay safe for a few decades.
383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High bet amounts or low bet amounts? What is your style? on: July 12, 2016, 08:16:14 AM
Hemmmmm, depends which gambling site I use.If I play dice I just use faucet and withdrawal my money so I bet with low amounts. In poker and sportbetting  I use bigger amounts because it is skill game and they cant stole your money like in unfair games like roulette,dice,lotto,slot,keno...
For me too it depends which type of gambling I am doing, if it is sports betting then I do with high amounts and less bets. On the other hand if I am doing dice betting then I do many bets with smaller amounts. Because dice is always luck favored and small bet amounts will give me more chances to test my luck.
384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: July 12, 2016, 07:58:16 AM
I want to know that girls also gamble?

If yes then it looks like the number of female gamblers is negligible with respect to male gamblers. why?

Maybe yes girls also gamble, but it's really rare to find that and i'm sure she won't tell anybode if she do gamble. It's like a rare activity by a woman.
True, I think there are some women around here who gamble for sure but they would be much more shy than man to share with others about their gambling hobby. Though I think among all gamblers only 10% would be women. Not ready to risk their hard earned bitcoins might be another reason.
385  Other / Off-topic / Re: What you do with BITCOIN ? on: July 12, 2016, 07:31:23 AM
I mainly use Bitcoin to get more Bitcoin... capitalism yay!
Very good idea considering the fact that money attracts money and hence the more bitcoins you have, the more you invest and the more you grow. I often buy and sell one bitcoins and make quick profits with price changes. I never focus on other things to do with my bitcoins as I am very concerned about not loosing my bitcoins.
386  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: July 12, 2016, 07:15:13 AM
waiting for a few amounts of bitcoin to go up then hopefully buy a established business. i tried to lend my loans to members over on this website and no one seems to apply. I hope someone can come up with innovative ways on increasing bitcoins
Yes, I have no plans to get rich with bitcoins but I have a agenda of earning as much bitcoins as possible.

I am doing a lot of works like I tried captchas and other works, which I feel like they too bad to have them for a consideration towards the motivation of becoming rich. I left them and still moving forward for better opportunities.
387  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: July 12, 2016, 06:20:06 AM
No, it's can't be done  Grin In my country you can't even find a place where bitcoin accepted as payment system or something like than, so just online shopping.
and unfortunately same is my case. here in my country you cannot find a sing place where bitcion is accepted for payment. there for i never use bitcoin in my real life. may be possible in near future. i can only hope for that.
Yes, here also there are NO real stores that accept bitcoin, and even if I urge them to use it they will call me funny and laugh at me.

May be in coming time people realize the value of bitcoins and hence start accepting it. But before that we must need some enhancement for bitcoin ecosystem so that it is more flexible even for physical stores. (being an average Joe, I really do not have any idea what kind of enhancement it would be)
388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: July 12, 2016, 06:02:05 AM
Recently I heard in a newspaper or it was a magazine where they claimed that 90% of the gamblers become aggressive and destructive by nature, so you might make that a reason to stop gambling right away.

Come on you only have to do it before it has no meaning for stopping once you lost your everything (including your life) !
389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: July 12, 2016, 05:43:11 AM
I am using Faucet only in one of my favorite Dice Site. If i am lucky i earn 10 mbtc to 15 mbtc a day. But if i am not lucky i don't earn anything from my free time. My Faucet is only 1500 satoshi. It's worth a try because i only spend my free time.
How many hours do you earn 15mbtc? Cause mbtc is quite big already. If you need a lot of time for that to achieve, I think it is not worth the time but if I can earn that for about an hour then I will try it.
Hmm and getting 1500 satoshi that too from faucet is also nice, I think. Yes unlike this, we can win unlimited from gambling, but the actual truth lies inside how much we bet, because the more we bet the more chance of winning and also of loosing Sad
390  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: July 09, 2016, 08:16:13 PM
Tell me all about it

My least favorite thing about bitcoin is its price volatility Its value changes very rapidly to the point that your money will be tripled in just a week or will turn into half in just also a week. But that's what also I love about a bitcoin since I am trader, a very high risk trader, I love investing in bitcoins since it can make my money grow in a very short span of time.

I think the price fluctuation makes it a bit less favorite in the new investors who wants to invest their money into bitcoins, as they have a fear of loosing their money looking at the price volatility.

Price volatility is an opportunity to earn quick profits if you take it positively, and if there is absence of price volatility then majority of traders will not be interested in bitcoins.
Yes, for some its good while for some its bad. But actually its good for me, because even if price is low you can earn a lot few months at maximum we can and then it will be back to high price again.
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Anonymous Enough For You? on: July 09, 2016, 08:09:29 PM
Sheeptalk.

Indeed Bitcoin is anonymous enough for me because it's easy to make our trades and deals using Bitcoin without providing any personal info or data, so it's better than using the other currencies.

Then why do you have a BTC mixer in your signature? Do you know why it exists/why its for? Do people here have any idea how schizophrenic they sound when Bitcoin and anonymous are put in the same sentence?  Cheesy

Bitcoin mixer are better than using tor network to send or receive bitcoin .
I believe if you use exchanges like btc-e and others where may people deposit and the withdrawals are sent randomly then also you mix your coins quite nicely, no need to pay the high fees of mixers.
392  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: July 09, 2016, 07:57:36 PM
It's really hard, i have a bad experience in  women motivation, they are just without any logic, very hard to explain to women what is better or not, etc.
Hahaha you made my day Grin
You just cannot explain them what is better or not, they need to have their own opinion for some reason,i dont know  why aswell.
We,men can't understand women and all this is simply reversed, that is why it is so hard to motivate womens i guess haha Wink
Right. We do have women such. Just do not force them to know about this. I am sure are not. Just ask them to go through few you tube videos if they like to earn money without much effort. They would really peep into it and learn the ways to earn them.
Women actually dont want to learn about things much, rather they try to just earn money as much as possible with zero efforts. So tell them about gambling sites where they can gamble and double their money Grin
393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The simplest, easiest way to explain BITCOIN to a newb on: July 09, 2016, 07:29:37 PM
This is by far the best explanation I have ever seen.
Now, can we actually have those other threads that ask how to explain bitcoins to other people closed.
394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: July 09, 2016, 06:50:37 PM
The main problem is that people just don't even know what bitcoin is and how to use it, many people think that it's a scam or something else without any sense.

Yes and that is what is needed to be changed. If that attitude will be passed on to different people then its going to get harder to pursue them to join us. We need more people to get hooked in bitcoin. Its popularity will have an impact in the future.
Actually even the people who know about bitcoins are still having troubles using it, because when they get victims of scams like double spend and no fees transactions they feel there is something wrong with bitcoins while its wrong with people Sad
395  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you ever lost Bitcoin? on: July 09, 2016, 06:39:42 PM
I have lost my coins but it's my mistake I never say that I was scammed because joining a hyip is a mistake . Also I have lost my coins from gambling but I just lost a little from that which is just around 0.015 from gambling and 0.005 from those hyips .
I call HYIP , PONZI AND GAMBLING all same because you need luck to with against each of them. You can not get profit from gambling, neither you can expect the same from ponzi.
396  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: July 07, 2016, 07:53:14 AM
In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?
Looking at how I am, it's probably obvious that my stand would be 'yes.'
I may be receiving my main salary in cash but I am receiving my salary from my part time jobs with bitcoins by doing small services and some trading.
397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: July 07, 2016, 07:06:33 AM
I am fairly new to gambling, so let's see whether fix or wreck my life Huh

If you are newcomer to gambling than you has chance to give up very easy but when you will win huge amount from betting than it would be more difficult for you to make stop it, if you have luck than maybe you will get fixed your life with it but it looking so hard.
Gambling is really addicted especially for the new comer because they are more likely to get tempted and when in their mind that winning in gambling is too easy because when lucky you can bag more money in a short period of time. Just later they will found base on their experience that gambling is really not good for their lives when they think of the money instead of fun they can get.

Especially when his first bet, he win his bet and win much money. It will make him become greedy and want more. Newcomer should control himself when on gambling.
Exactly what happens, you have catch a nice point. When I was new, I also will not some bets in beginning but then what followed was a blunder, fortunately I never had a big amount of bitcoins so I can not loose them at that time, but it addicts badly Smiley
398  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: July 07, 2016, 06:48:28 AM
If I needed money desperately, I would choose to sell my gold or sell some unwanted stuff. I hold shares as well and they can always come handy when I am in need of money and there are some users who pay in bitcoins for shares. It's a better investment. Taking loans is too risky and I avoid doing it at any cost.
399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Welcome back! $700 on: July 07, 2016, 06:12:58 AM
By the comments i assume everyone Beleives the price will not hold above 700 after the halfing?  A lot of people seem to be selling at this price.  Better watch you don't get knocked out of the market for ever.
It is true that bitcoins won't remain stable at or above $700. It wasn't even stable at $450 earlier and the price being doubled lately will affect the market with less trades taking place. I guess today we are going to see $700 price levels again and I don't think $700 is a bad price to sell at if you have bought those coins for a lower rate.
400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: July 04, 2016, 08:06:17 PM
guys you need try my method for hold your greedy Cheesy

if im play with high bankroll im always call my body guard (friends)
i have a deal with him , if im already make profit and got my goal , my body guard will turn off my laptop lmao thats always working for me :p
that is a good thing to do but do you not have to control yourself everything will turn off when you reach your goal i will try it and tell you about it but you can just re open you laptop and start gambling again you can't just stay all day without laptop.
and if you open it you will go to gambling site
LOL with me, my friends will actually ask me to bet more. I think that is a stupid idea for guys like me, who will open their computer later and just bet more and more.
Moreover, I think that is like treating yourself like animals. Yes, if we are not using our brain to think due to greedy then there is no difference from animals.
