Polo s not the main problem why the price s not going up. BTC potential price growth and related expectations re a part of the explanation.
However, the main reason is the market still not believing Factom s got something special. Why is this the case, I do not know. Cause if the there would be an investor or a group of investors bringing 2k BTC into the market and buying Factom, the price would skyrocket,
Instead, it s only a few of us around buying and selling, a few hundred holding and waiting and out favourite bot operators doing the rest.
Cause if Bill Gates can't push the price up, then I really do not know what will. Expecting Factom usage will increase the price via burning Factoids is not something I m prepared to rely on. Cause Factom needs to keep Factoids in the game, they will add supply after M3.
So, wtf s going on? Why there re not 2k BTC investors going into Factom?
Ive been seeing this kind of pathetic move across a few coins that would normally be the perfect excuse to pump the price. Last 3 weeks, its like, meh! The total volume on Polo is the clue. Hasnt been that low for a year or so. The market movers have left the building me thinks. The markets you see now, is probably the true reflection of participants, currently, i.e. not enough to see meaningful moves. |

Have i understood this correctly...... risking 500pips to gain 200pips? no it's 2000 micro pips. my account trades in micro pips. sorry my fault sl is micro pips and the target price is posted as normal pips. if your broker doesnt allow micro pips should be 50 pip stop loss and 200 pips to target price. for micro just multiply it by 10 Phew. No, it's supposed to be like that. The real tokens will be distributed with the genesis block when the mainnet launches. It should only take some more days until that.

Im in a right pickle. I cant locate my actual FIM address, but have my 12 word password that was created when i sent the FIM to......  ? Confused as hell. EDIT: OK so i located the FIM account number through the NXT account they were originally sent to in 2014. Ive progressed the HEAT claim portal to a point where im asked to send the 1.9FIMK from the FIM account to.... FIM-4GY6-LCEB-BPEU-DZGGZ How do i do that? From the portal im currently on? But thats not my FIM account, so.....? Go to https://lompsa.com/#/start and login there with your 12 word Seed. The Seed is the Key to your Account, like in nxt. There you can manage your FIMK Account. I did it that way too and it worked fine. Cheers fella. I managed to send and validate the account. The HEAT claim portal validated the account, but should i have received tokens there? Cos nothing. |

There is a privacy technique for broadcast forwarding. I'm not sure if adding it is a distraction. The next update should be done by then. I wanted to have more done by now however a lot of it will be Q1 2017. We will have a big update before Xmas Privacy features are not important yet imo while the value of a token is still so low. If/when people start transferring $1k worth of coins regularly it becomes a valuable thing to have. From a practical and functional standpoint this may be true. However I never underestimate the fads on this board for marketing purposes and hype trains. This project is function strong and marketing weak. Anon is still a fad many are obsessed by. Then again perhaps now is still the time to wait on the marketing side who can say. Many on this board have not heard of bitbay and are still pouring their btc into icos with little or nothing to offer over other projects that exist but they are unaware of. However great to hear by xmas we will have some new features to discuss on the main board and by quarter 1 of 2017 we shall have a product hopefully people can no longer afford to ignore. Still wish we had pulled a crypti lisk /btcd/komodo ico2 since i think bay had more to offer than that project did and now has millions of dev fund to work with that would have been great for bay. This particular fad is already passing by, IMO. Peeps already looking for the next fad bandwagon, whatever that may be. For fear of stating the obvious, and at the end of the crypto day, its all about broad based usage. Real usage. This seems to be easily dismissed in crypto, with loads of distracting over-clever code, that goes over the head of the very people you need, to call a project successful. The next coin project that dedicates to this focus, will have a good chance of making it big. Make it BAY. |

Few problems so far with this ico... #1- they gave 50 btc to a translator wtf #2- not giving reason for no polo or bittrex #3- not explaining dividend payout percentages specifically in whitepaper #4- being in a 3rd world country known for scammers #5- putting this on eth blockchain doubles risk if eth has a big problem #6- ignoring us already figures #1- they gave 50 btc to a translator They enrouraged that translator spammed shit and bumped topic daily. Very ridiculous I wanna add 7, they refused to pay many people like hundreds bounty, and call them bounty hunter, crying babies, bad words on investors and so forth. I can add #8. After reporting an attempt to change my account password, that i didnt action, they have just replied asking what issues im having......12 DAYS LATER! They have their priorities all wrong IMO. Glad i sold all, a while ago. EDIT: they just replied to say my original email went to their SPAM folder, hence the delay! Would be funny, if it wasn't so tragically amateurish. |
