3921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 18, 2020, 07:04:45 PM
The big fight in the locker room was probably something normal, I mean I have been involved with basketball teams before and I can tell you that when there is a big loss that you did not expected at all you end up being angry with each other, not because you dislike them or anything, they are your teammates and you love them but you get angry because everyone did a mistake, you yourself did as well but one has to speak up and knowing Marcus Smart and how he is a big faker he was the one who talked first and that rolled into bigger and bigger.

This is not something to worry about, all teams when they lose an important match has this type of situations, it is quite common in team sports. Obviously Miami is just playing on a whole another level right now so I think Celtics will have to yell a lot harder to each other because I do not see them winning this series.
3922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need advice about my portfolio, can someone help? on: September 18, 2020, 05:22:33 PM
My portfolio right now is divided into 50% Litecoin 30% Eth and 20% Bitcoin. I want to restructure it between these coins (Or other coins), What should I do? I tune in and out of the crypto markets pretty often so my knowledge isn't optimal.
Personally I would have gone with 50% for Bitcoin, 30% for the Ethereum (ETH), and 20% for the Litecoin (LTC). Bitcoin is like the powerhouse on this list, but the final decision is left for you. Apart from any other reason people might have about bitcoin, the Halving that took place means that there is probably going to be a bull run any time from now to next year.

So, it will be a good decision to make by investing part of your money in the Bitcoin, you will be standing a better chance to make profit, and Ethereum is the next that follows. Litecoin is doing good as well.
3923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Classic was hit with another 51% attack on: September 18, 2020, 04:32:13 PM
Like seriously they allowed it to happen up to three times before they made up their mind to start looking for a solution?

Funny thing is that another 51% attack might take place as they are still looking for a solution, these people are joking around.

If they are serious about the business they are doing, immediately there was a first attack they would have quickly started looking for ways they are going to prevent further attacks, father rather they just kept cool until the third time. Those in charge of the Blockchain should always try to make sure that no mining pool will have up to 50% hashing power.
3924  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 commission on LTC investments is at 35% till 31. Dec on: September 18, 2020, 01:34:46 PM
If a person is capable of making too much profit from gambling, there is two things wrong and we all know it. Either the casino helps them, which is definitely not the case here I am sure, yolodice is as legit as it gets and they would never do something like that. Or that casino fails to cap the max bet properly.

I mean if a person can gamble so much that they can take out the bankroll, that means max win amount should have been 10% of what it is. No person should be capable of betting enough to take out all the profits, that shouldn't be possible, limitations obviously causes some whales to leave which means you wouldn't have high profits very quickly when they lose but that is a sacrifice you should be willing to take to prevent whales to take away all profit even make it go down.
3925  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: September 17, 2020, 08:24:49 PM
What is exactly a "betting partner"? I mean I know the jersey things because on watford and southampton you guys basically have your name (and grateful to you that also bitcoin logo) but thats jersey sponsorship and something we are all commonly aware of.

However I personally (didn't want to talk about everyone) I have zero clue about what betting partner means, is it like a logo on the jersey or maybe logo on the sidelines of the games that you see when teams play? If you could explain it like we are idiots (to people like me, or just me) what it means, that would be awesome, at least I would have an idea of what that means and how much I should be excited about it. No matter what it is, having a deal with Arsenal is just unreal, premier league deal was already very very big, now to have a big name is just salvador dali level of shocking.
3926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin transaction fees be too high in the future? on: September 17, 2020, 05:42:46 PM
This is the chart of Bitcoin's Avg. Transaction fee: https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html

Right now the median fee is about $2. After lots of halvings the reward won't be enough to satisfy the miners. I guess that after a decade, bitcoin will be more widespread, as a result, more transactions will occur every second. Won't this increase the median fee? If it does, bitcoin will start being a not-so medium of exchange. Imagine paying $5 for a transaction. Even paypal doesn't charge that much.
Nah I don’t think so, when the times comes there will always be other means to make things easy for people. Just like the lightening network, maybe by then lightening network will be working perfectly and people will be able to make use of it to carry out their transactions easily. And another thing you have to know is that the fees for transactions will only increase when there are too many transactions on the network and it’s congested, that’s when the fees you will have to pay for transaction will be high. There is always a means to work on it when the time comes.
3927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance sued for money laundering over stolen bitcoin. on: September 17, 2020, 08:59:00 AM
Let’s be sincere here, they are right though, the KYC protocols that are being used by Binance is going to be helping a lot of criminals to escape with money laundering, since they are allowing up to two BTC , it will be making it easy for these criminals to carry out their activities and escape with it.

I am not going to be surprised if Binance decides to tighten up things after this case; they might decide to start full KYC procedure especially in the US so that they wouldn’t have to get into problems. Although so many of the people don’t like KYC, but it still has to be done.
3928  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: September 16, 2020, 06:41:10 PM
Well, the league is back and they didn't brought the majestic7 back at all. As far as we know there was no person who managed to win that 1 bitcoin reward, nobody went 7/7 as far as we know and I am pretty sure if they actually managed to win, fortunejack would probably make it heard everyone to show that they in fact gave that 1 bitcoin they promised, that is how marketing works. However looking at the current situation neither anyone has won this, nor they are continuing the game as a whole.

Hopefully in the future they will bring it back, we as the community really loved it and to be honest it was the perfect marketing because they didn't paid a single cent to anyone (just free bets) and yet there was talks about the promotion here all the time.
Is it 100% certain that they are not bringing majestic7 back? I mean the league is already back, the first games were played, with reigning champions having one of the most epic first games ever against Leeds in a 7 goal banger! But we still do not have majesic7 at all, did they realized it wasn't something they want to continue with? I mean surely it wasn't really hurting them that much was it? Maybe few free bets and all that but they never gave that 1 bitcoin away as far as we know, which means it can't be "that" bad is it? I have no idea why it is not back yet, or will it be back ever or is it just forever cancelled, but if fortunejack officials read these places time to time, please bring it back, it was one of the best marketing you guys ever did, we loved it!
Nothing is 100% but most chances now its not coming back because in last seasons last round was really bad for them they paid more then 2 bitcoins in free bets to winners but still we have some chances even they are launchnig few other good promos for sports betting players as well and as Champions League starts they will bring some good promos for this also as they have in last season.
I think paying money for free bets and paying money directly are two very different things. You could pay people 2 bitcoins in free bets and they could use that to bet and they could end up losing that money as well, you are not telling them to just bet 1.1 chance and definitely win and get it, you could put like 40x rollover and with that you are making almost sure that they will lose that free bet as well.

The gambler gets free money to gamble and have fun, place doesn't spend a single cent and everyone wins. Obviously if they feel like it doesn't worth it, they do not have to do it, it is their own choice but I feel like whatever the cost was I think it was worth it, people were talking about this place all the time everywhere and this topic was filled with predictions.
3929  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm thinking about trading. My name says it all. on: September 16, 2020, 05:16:39 PM
Why not just continue with the exchanges you have heard of instead of looking for another exchanges to make use of? That’s how some of you end up falling for scam exchanges. Binance and Coinbase are the biggest exchanges we have here, so we go the two of if you’re interested in day trading, they are the best and that’s why you heard about them first. Majority of the other you’re going to come across are likely going to be scammers, so be very careful.

eToro[1] has this feature; pretty much they give you $100,000 of play money, and you can trade with all your heart's content without actually risking your money. You can also trade assets outside of crypto aswell.

Yeah eToro is going to be helpful with their virtual trading , he wouldn’t have to start off immediately and start trading with his money and taking risks, although I have not made use of the eToro trading platform, I have been making use of Binance and Coinbase pro for long now. Heard that eToro also has copy trading.
3930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 16, 2020, 03:41:42 PM
This was seriously otherwordly, I have to accept defeat here because I thought Clippers would destroy Denver, they were just way too good on paper and they had everything in their power to make this game nothing but a destruction.

However on second half clippers just became nothing, they became a team that would basically get destroyed in any game at all, they looked like a rebuild team going 12-70 on regular season. That second half was the most brutal half I have watched from any team, Denver obviously played amazing defense and their offense was great too, however the deal is, no matter how great Denver is, Clippers should have played a lot better than this, Kawhi and PG13 scoring only 5 points in second half is not something that could be attributed to Denver only, it was them not being good at all as well.
3931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: fortunejack withdarwal delay on: September 16, 2020, 07:05:09 AM
Complaints against Fortunejack is not at all new on this forum but as far as I have seen all the times, FJ wins at the end by either processing the withdraw request after verifying the legitimate of the player or by denying the request by providing enough proof on where the player violated their TOS. It means if your withdraw is getting delayed, it means your activity is under surveillance and your money will arrive at your address if you are clean in all means.

Here is one classy example where FJ proved their stand on denying a withdraw request:
(If you dig related posts then you will come to know how carefully they are reviewing every player and their activities).
--snipped--
Yeah, fortunejack is certainly a place everyone can trust, they have been around for a very very long time (even just the topic here is over 6 years old and they have been around for a bit more, that is over 50% of bitcoins existence) and I could tell you that whenever I am looking for a new place to go hang around (sometimes gambling at the same place gets boring) I came back to this place eventually. It has everything you can ask from a casino, a sportsbook and basically this place is everything, there is no other place I rather gamble if I have to play at only one place for the rest of my life.

Also maybe I am biased about this place, because it is the only place I am not down big, I am actually up a bit from all the games I played, thanks to both being a bit lucky but also their promotions.
3932  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: September 15, 2020, 06:13:24 PM
Honestly financial bets never really made sense to me so I am not betting on them. Oil, gold, bitcoin these are stuff I am not sure about and if I were sure I would literally go trade that and try to make my money that way, I want safer things? I would straight up buy and hold (or sell if I think it will go down) and if I think that I want riskier and bigger profit than betting, I could just use futures and either long or short them so I could make more.

Since I do not know what to do and what to expect, I do not bet on those things. I however love the football bets because those things are usually games I can bet on and usually can predict the results give or take, sure there are days when I could be wrong but when you look at the longer term you end up profiting.
3933  Economy / Economics / Re: Your eyes can help your economy, please protect it for your good. on: September 15, 2020, 05:04:36 PM
Every organ in the body is important just as God gave it to us. Yes the eyes is very important, but what if you don’t have legs and hands? If you don’t have hands how are you going to operate your phone or computer? So, they all are important and that’s why you need them just as God gave them to you.

You can’t do without one of them so you need them all. Though the good thing about eyes is that you get to see everything. And what if you don’t have ears or you’re deaf? Imagine just that, and you wouldn’t get to hear a lot of things will have to depend on text, and that’s if you can read.
3934  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency and money total cryptocurrency market Question on: September 15, 2020, 03:41:08 PM
Companies invest in other companies or Businesses, and that’s how it works, they can be investing in anything, as long as they believe that it’s going to be profitable to them and earn them more money. And also they can invest it back in their businesses if they believe it’s going to be profitable to them and their customers.

It’s just like eBay and PayPal, and other companies investing in Facebook's Libra, that’s just how it works. It can also be properties and gold just as you have said, anything works for them as long as there is the opportunity to make money from it.
3935  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: September 13, 2020, 06:02:48 PM
I am not entirely sure when the transfer window even started, what is going on with the teams and their rosters and who got which player?

I mean I know the last seasons rosters but who left and who came in, I have zero clue. I want to make bets but honestly I have no idea what is going on at this moment. I didn't expected the league to start so suddenly, I wasn't even aware of the dates so when the games started I was in shock.

Obviously I am going to go to transfermarkt and just check out if there was any major transfers or anything but honestly I am planning on staying away from betting for at least 2 weeks or so, probably 3, I just want to see teams and how they are doing and early games are famously inconsistent with the rest of the league so I am going to let them find their rhythm first.
3936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 13, 2020, 05:00:28 PM
Honestly I believe we are watching something that is there for us to just be a loyal customer and nothing more, it is getting boring after a while. I know that there are shocking results here and there, one day Hamilton gets a punishment, one day something else happens, but at the end of the day, we all know the champion will be Hamilton, I know this is basically car companies showing off and everyone acting like it is just a big sponsorship type of situation for these mega companies, but I am not even kidding I want them all to be on the same car.

In basketball you do not give a bigger hoop to better team, in football you do not give losing team a wider post, in golf the best do not get a huge hole, at this point f1 is so predictable because Mercedes basically has 10x better car, give every racer the same exact car and watch the fun, that would be 100000x more fun than this.
3937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: History will be repeating itself, invest wisely. on: September 13, 2020, 04:25:10 PM
Yes I’m aware of this, I have ChainLink and I’m thinking of selling it, but I have not made up my mind yet. The price went up to $20 and I missed out on selling it then because I thought that it would keep going from there and all of a sudden it broke down to $9, and luckily it has gotten to $12. I still don’t know whether to sell it and maybe convert to BTC or ETH, or to keep holding my Link?

In this crypto market I strongly believe in cryptocurrencies that are on top list, especially Ethereum and Bitcoin, because even if these crashes, they usually find their way back up maybe after a year or two, but there are some new tokens that you will invest in and when the prices fall, for many years they wouldn’t get back up. Really annoying.
3938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 14.54% APY Returns on DeFi Yield Farming! DeFi Trend Will be Sustainable? on: September 13, 2020, 03:14:52 PM
It can be possible that they are giving up to that 14.54% giving that I have seen one that is giving up to 18% and that’s Crypto.com when you stake with their wallet and with their own token that is known as CRO. So, it can be possible.

Moreover lending platform is nothing new, before now there have been many of them platforms that are lending money to cryptocurrency users, so don’t make it seem like it’s something new, there is nothing new about this. And like other people have pointed out, these companies might be giving these much because of the DeFi trend, and it will all depending on how long the hype is going to last, and everything will drop again.
3939  Economy / Economics / Re: Will African countries be developed? on: September 13, 2020, 02:34:47 PM
I think the question is mainly on who is going to develop the countries, the government they have there are not doing their jobs in making their countries look better. I have heard about the akoin and Akon city and I also read about their plans of creating an example for the government if the project should be a success.

The way I see it, even that projects is successful, the government there are not ready to do anything to help their country, they are not interested in making their country a better place, they prefer to get on the political seat and use the power and opportunity they have gotten to suck money from the people.
3940  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OMG !!! Peter Schiff was right, again............. on: September 13, 2020, 05:43:43 AM
I don’t know why people keep saying Bitcoin and gold correlates, but we are all aware that Bitcoin is a high risk asset while gold is seen as a more stable asset, so how do we say that these two correlates?

Well, maybe they do, but it’s just in a few situations and is not something that keeps happening all the time. We can take what happened in 2017 as an example, when Bitcoin reached its peak price, it wasn’t the same for gold, if they really correlates that much as people do say, then gold would have taken the same move in 2017 when Bitcoin moved to a peak price.
