3901  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID-19 Impact on the Indian Economy on: September 09, 2020, 02:40:16 PM
It’s just been that way, everyone is complaining that the economy is bad and their saying there is no money, it hasn’t been easy since this pandemic started, but I believe that things are getting back to being good. Things got really tight when there was a lockdown, and I am self employed and need to go out to work everyday and put food on my table, but when the lockdown was declared things got difficult.

I was able to get through the lockdown with the money I have been able to make through online (importance of having a very different side job). Most people here say that they no longer want another lockdown, they prefer to keep working despite the situation.
3902  Economy / Economics / Re: 2020 Money is king Again Good news on: September 09, 2020, 09:20:09 AM
Money is king Again!

skills, Work ethicks... And Values is Going Down and Money will rise Up school education becomes also pointless.

Only Thing what will matter is Money!!

I still don’t get what you’re trying to say here because you said at first that skills and work ethics doesn’t make any sense. How exactly are people going to make money when they don’t have skills? Skills are required before you can get a job and then make money. I don’t really see a job that doesn’t require having skills.

If you’re going to be an a chemical engineer, you will have to go to school and learn and graduate and then get a job, if it’s not that way, then you wouldn’t have any understanding on what that area of engineering is all about and you won’t get a job there. So, don’t say that education is pointless, because there are so many ways that education is helping us.
3903  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | (NEW!) BETTING CONTESTS on: September 08, 2020, 05:28:59 PM
I believe how a place uses the investors money actually defines the future of that place as well, I believe that bitvest has done some great work with it and they have used it to not only increase the gamblers count and the amount wagered but they also used it to even increase the investor fund itself with it as well.

They know how to do marketing, they probably just lacked the money for it, I have no idea if lightlord is just a manager of sorts, CEO type situation or the owner himself but he is around the gambling world, you can see his name in many places and I feel like that is because dude knows gambling and gamblers and even investors as well as anyone in the crypto world. He is not too "active" as in he doesn't chat that much, however at least he shows up time to time to notify of things to people which is extra cool.

And it is always a tricky balancing act as I said,,, it is easy to have an idea that should work in theory but much more difficult to work it out and experiment till you get it right, so yeah, I agree. They have done very well for them and for us:)
I believe there should be options given out, making decisions of investors money without asking investors doesn't sound too good. Plus when there is a company that sells its shares to other people the shareholders could get together and use that 51% of the shares to kick the CEO out and appoint another one, which is a very democratic thing if you ask me in a company ruling type of way.

Here investors are the ones spending all the money, bitvest literally loses ZERO because they are not spending even marketing now, and yet somehow they are still in control and doing whatever they want without asking first. Certainly they should be in control but at least ask people if they want to pay for the ads or not, or promotions or whatever, that is at least the decent thing to do, ask.
3904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 08, 2020, 04:57:22 PM
From the looks of it the conference finals will probably be Celtics versus Miami which I assume Celtics will get to there very easily, Miami somehow beat Bucks but that was unexpected, I do not see them doing it all over again. West side is a bit different, Clippers will definitely go to conference finals but I am not sure about Lakers Houston series, hopefully Lakers will go on because of what I will talk about.

If it is Celtics versus Miami, I see Celtics going to finals once again, god knows how many times in their history they have done that, after that we talk about Lakers versus Clippers, if somehow Lakers could handle a series against Clippers and manage to beat them as well, that would mean another Lakers versus Celtics finals, something I really love to watch because it has such a huge history. Celtics will probably get there but I am not sure about Lakers at all, clippers looks like has a better chance.
3905  Economy / Economics / Re: Socialist life on: September 08, 2020, 04:05:56 PM
The way I see it is that everyone will be contributing, and not 50% working and feeding the remaining 50%, that won’t work. Seriously, human beings will never do that, if 50% are asked to work and feed the other 50%, they would be like ‘why should I be working and feeding other people why they are relaxing and doing nothing?’, even you yourself would have the same reaction.

Nobody wants to be working while the other people are doing nothing, it will be seen as cheating. Apart from that, I think this kind of life will be very difficult to work out, people will still prefer the current system of them getting paid for their work.
3906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: you're making bitcoin complicated on: September 06, 2020, 04:53:58 PM
You just made it clear, I hope that most of the old guys here gets to understand this and stop giving information that can be misleading at times. Starting with that number one question, I always tell newbies that every wallet has their pros and cons, you don’t just say that a particular one is the most secure, they just have to be made to be aware of the risks involved.

I have been making use of mobile wallets for years now and I have never had any problem with them, mobile wallets like Blockchain, Xapo, Coinbase, and BitPay, and they all work perfectly and are also free to make use of, so why would you be telling someone to go for a hardware when it’s clear that most of them don’t have any money or they are not ready to spend on anything yet?
3907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain a Good Career? on: September 06, 2020, 03:56:58 PM
Blockchain is a good career and for the fact that it is in high demand means that companies are more likely to even pay higher when they find someone with the right skills that they are looking for. Blockchain is something new and it’s usually difficult for firms to find professionals with the skills and experience they are really looking for.

I have seen firms that will post an open position and it will be taking them lots of months to find the right people for that position, I even know one of them that has been open for more than a year now; they posted several open positions and only just a few has been closed. And I believe that when they get the right people they will be ready to pay more to get those people to work for their team.

The casino wants players to spend more and more in their casino that's why big players are in favor of this event because they do have the capital to spend and win this event. If you have the courage and luck to win this even with a small capital I think it's winnable. You can just roll over your profit until it got big and continue the momentum you built, It's the scenario I can say that a small-time gambler can win this kind of event. But I know it's very hard on reality, Big capital is an advantage here.

The first place on the tournament and the second spot has a very large gap under them and I think on the span of the remaining time it won't be possible that the first and second spot will lose their positions. It's just a outstanding gap.

Somehow you are right but its a bit hard for low bank roll to get this since there's so many hassle we should go through first before we get the victory. But honestly this is rare situation since the one who still got a huge advantage is those people who can able to drop a huge amount on their games.

And seems this really hard to surpass and if people want to take the spot they need to do a extraordinary hardwork.
Right, i've seen a guy getting his 0.01 ETH multiplied 500 times in another casino, you won't see these results everyday but to be able to beat the high rollers which are mainly going to be rich folks having alot of BTC to spare and bet using it you should compete with them and to do so you must have at least half a bitcoin as 0.01 is low enough and you might lose it. As the other mates have said, these rich gentlemens have a large capital and they are going to win a high pourcentage of the events that's already confirmed  Tongue
Well this is gambling, you will never know if you are going to lose it all on the very first bets or if you are going to not only profit a ton but also get the competition prize as well, this is too quick to make a decision based on house edge. Obviously if you keep gambling over long period of time "house always wins" because of the house edge however if you gamble let's say just 100-200 times (or even 1000 times) you may not feel it or may feel it, when you play small sample it is really not 100% certain that you will have one or the other.

It means I understand people who wager during competitions, sure there is a chance you can lose all your money, in gambling there is always that possibility, however there is also a possibility that you may win gambling plus the prize so I get why they are doing it.
3909  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 06, 2020, 01:34:57 PM
Ok thanks Pmalek and mu_enrico! Your answers make sense, but due to this, Roobet will (at the moment) not become my favorite casino to play.
I will keep an eye on them as they give some nice promotions and maybe these restrictions will be lifted in the future.

On a side note: I am not a fan of Money train 1 or 2, I prefer back to Venus  Smiley.

You do always have the choice on which gambling site do interest you the most and no one can force you to play if you do find out for Roobet to be not that appealing

but basing of on total wager in a short span of time then i can say that they are doing pretty well. When it comes to promotions then i can say that

they've been giving decent prizes which is really worth to test on.

Yes, he is and he can select to play or not but seems his not interested for now but guess he will play here since he see the promotions made by roobet good and also I'm amazed for that since they are giving much big amounts to gather much attention here. I think there are more coming and that is exciting to wait for.
Roobet is literally the best place for promotions, you can find a lot of lacking stuff, I am not going to name them because we are on their topic so it would be very bad taste to do that but I can say that you can find some stuff you may not like here.

However if it is about promotions, they are giving out tens of thousands of dollars per month which is why I think it can't be stressed enough how it is not really all that bad and we are talking about probably one of the highest if not the highest promotions in the crypto world. You can go around check out every website and you are going to find something you dislike in every single website, I have been gambling in crypto world for over 5 years now and I can name one bad thing in every website, it is about the one you like most that is important.
3910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC is Going to "DEAD....!" Need Discussion..... on: September 06, 2020, 12:57:37 PM
I don’t know what’s wrong with some people , why is it hard for you people to understand that cryptocurrency is a volatile market? You are being told so many times that the price of Bitcoin fluctuates and you know that. When a price of Bitcoin goes up, it wouldn’t be going up forever , there are also times it will start falling.

But a fall in price doesn’t mean that the market is dead, it’s just how the market is. I know that most of you want the price to start going up, because you’re all focused on getting rich from cryptocurrency. Even the stock market still goes up and down and that’s how every market works.

Lmao Huh did you just say what? Please I’m still searching for the useful information and I can’t find it yet. Bro are you kidding me? You expect people to be paying for this post you have made here? You must not be serious. This is like something everyone already knows, like who doesn’t know that countries closed their borders?

In fact you’re saying it late, my country closed their border for long now around when the coronavirus started, and the government is still talking about whether to open the border or not. So, you’re saying this late. Moreover I don’t see how this information is going to help anyone, though you were even given out tips on how one can make some cool cash at this time.
3912  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid 19 shows how weak People are in the it mind on: September 06, 2020, 05:58:39 AM
This is basically what banks want you to do as well. Think about it, you are a bank and you need income, if a lot of people suddenly starts taking out a loan, you are using the money you have to give out loans to people and they will be paying you money back with interest every month, that is income that everyone would love to have.

I mean let's say you have 10 thousand dollars, you give to 10 people with 4 thousand dollars each (banks are allowed to give more loans than the money they have) which means 40 thousand dollars you loaned to people, they will pay about 60 thousand dollars with interest over course of 5 years, wouldn't you consider that a great business?

I would totally go for something like that, being a bank is awesome for the bank while awful for everyone else. Hence, if you do what OP says, you are only making banks happy.
Same mind-set you had before now is the same mind-set you will have now, so all those people that are not looking for ways they can benefit from this situation, that’s because they have already had that mind-set that they won’t be able to make it in this kind of condition. This is not the first time that it’s being said that people should have other means of income that they are relying on, if you keep relying on just one, you just never where things are heading to.

I have always try to have more means that I can generate income, apart from my office job I also take freelance jobs from both Fiverr and LinkedIn to support myself. When my office closed down, I had to rely on my freelance works to feed myself and family.
3913  Other / Off-topic / Re: It's time to destroy China, don't buy anything from them ,don't deal with them on: September 05, 2020, 04:31:20 PM
I really hate china but we do not really buy stuff looking at where they are made in, sure when you are buying personally you can check everything and see where they are made in, usually it shows if it is made in china or whatever but if you are buying online, or buying stuff that doesn't have that, you do not know where they are made in. Hell most of the foreign stuff we have in our nation is built right here in our nation for example, the companies are using our labor, using our resources and build stuff here all basically all work and they just give their brand to it and in return take out all the profit, so I really don't know if I can find what things are Chinese products neither.

It is not really an easy task but I do try to avoid as much as I can, I feel like that will get bigger and bigger.
3914  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 commission on LTC investments is at 35% till 31. Dec on: September 05, 2020, 02:51:49 PM
It is not really that much of a shock right now, think about it this way you have made 20% profit already (let's assume you invested at the same time as that dude who invested doge) and that means on 11k bitcoin price in 2 months you have taken from 11k to 13.2k and let's assume that bitcoin dropped, you are already in profit even with the fall that bitcoin has. That is an insane thing, while everyone losing money, you are in profit just because you invested into yolodice.

Of course it is not optimal, we would want bitcoin to go up, irrelevant of yolodice investment or not, everyone would want bitcoin to go up (except shorters) but at least, you are doing better than people who didn't invested. So right now, for the purposes of this place, we are actually doing fine even with btc drop.
3915  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Proud partner of Southampton FC 🚀 on: September 05, 2020, 12:20:14 PM
Are we going to get anything special for the second rounds or at least conference finals for the NBA? I mean it has been back for a while now and there hasn't been anything special for it. I would love to see you make a slip with NBA games and have a steve bonus on top of it Cheesy. That boost would allow us to gamble a lot more. Do not have to make it 1 night thing, you could have games from 2-3 nights which would make it 10 game or even more if you want to, that would be lovely.

I could even see some sort of special event going on for the finals when it comes. Usually for the past 4-5 years or so we knew that GSW vs Cavs would have been a thing, last year was the only year we didn't know east and even then we knew west would be GSW, so this year is special I would love to see a finals special event here.
3916  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without setting stop loss (Risky or Not)? on: September 05, 2020, 10:08:56 AM
It’s always good to take precautions, you might be trading all this while and it’s working out for you and you then think you can’t lose and decide not to be putting stop-loss, the day the loss will occur might be the day you’re going to lose big. So it’s best that you start making use of stop-loss from now to avoid any loss that might happen at a time when you least expect that to happen. Try to be careful.

I have always set a stop-loss order to minimize my losses in times when the market is not favorable to me.
Yes you’re right, for some people, stop-loss can be a disaster lol. I have seen someone complain about stop-loss ruining a trade for them. But I think this can only happen when you don’t know how to set up your stop-loss tool the right way, if you know how to do it right you wouldn’t have to bother much about it.
3917  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What the heck is happening to bitcoin! on: September 05, 2020, 09:18:35 AM
Is it manipulation? or just not breaking the resistance of 12K Area?
I am shocked of this recent drop and i am a long term holder, what do you think it will happen? just a correction?
What’s wrong with Bitcoin?  Huh I don’t see anything wrong with Bitcoin, it’s simply doing it’s meant to do, the price will always be going up and down, that’s why it’s called a volatile market and not stable. I know for sure that before you even invested in Bitcoin you already knew that it was volatile like this and price can swing to any direction at anytime like it’s doing right now, so why are you still surprised that it is happening?

If people can take the profit, they should also be ready to take the loss. Try to have patience and everything will get back to normal, just relax. If you sell your coin now, you can still wake up tomorrow and the price is going back up and you will start regretting why you sold your coins.
3918  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading crypto is a different ball game on: September 05, 2020, 08:34:06 AM
Wall Street people are very upset about bitcoin just because of this reason. They are so used to the fact that they are the ones making and breaking companies that having absolutely no power over bitcoin upsets them.

Let’s talk about giant companies, Amazon, facebook, apple they are all huge, however if tomorrow all shareholders decide to sell their positions in these companies they would make the owners a lot poorer, and I mean a lot, or their customers could stop working with them, buy Samsung instead, use twitter instead (or tiktok or whatever) or simply buy from ebay instead and these companies will go down and bankrupt, even though they are huge they are still vulnerable. Bitcoin is not like that, as long as people who wants bitcoin exists, it will always be high and whales can't decide for us on this one.

Where are the fans of Ja Morant? got some pretty good news!
-
He deserved that recognition, no doubt about it. It cannot be Zion not unless he had matched Ja's effort the entire regular season. I just wonder, who's the guy who didn't give him first place vote  Grin, and what in the world is he thinkin' to vote it down on Zion Huh Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad though I just can't help but to think 'bout his opinion.
You know what is even weirder about the situation. Ja Morant got 99 first place votes out of 100 possible which is probably one of the highest but there could be more, and that is not bad at all, I can really see that. However Zion Williamson got that one vote for the first place, the person who didn't voted for Ja gave his vote to Zion and he finished third as well, dude became the third best rookie of the year based on votes.

Zion literally played in 24 games only for the whole season and even though it was just a short season Ja played in almost every game I think while Zion only had 1/3 amount of games, not like Zion blew the competition away, Ja was a lot more important to Grizz than Zion was ever to Pelicans. I can't believe how much hyped this kid is, even without properly playing he got a rookie of the year vote.
3920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: September 05, 2020, 06:36:40 AM
It is a very brand new thing, we are trying to make it go up a lot higher because we want to have a crypto world and we want to get rich like the people who invested few years ago got rich, but to be honest financial world doesn't make you rich that fast.

Stock market doesn't, gold doesn't, forex doesn't, nothing makes you super rich that quickly, you have to invest into it over time in order to make money. Same goes for crypto as well, you are not going to get rich over night most of the time, there is a 0.0001% chance that happens but you should focus on the other part, bitcoin is really just a way to save money for your future, you will not lose your wealth and store of value for bitcoin will allow you to keep your saved money higher than inflation so you can buy stuff in the future too.
