3721  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbooks that aren’t paying out on Biden winning the US Presidential Election on: November 28, 2020, 08:23:35 PM
PA just declared that they will not be providing any court hearing for Trump team as well, they have verified and certified the results, on December 14th the electoral college will get together and there is probably not that many faithless voters neither, hell there are people saying trump ones could even switch to Biden at the last minute there as well but I doubt that is the case.

So, by 14th December is the last option sportsbooks have, if EC ends up voting for Biden and ends the discussion, there is NOTHING trump can do even legally as well, it's done, it is kaput, it is finished job. Until that day all he can do is go to supreme court once more, to make the local courts hear him instead of reject him, and without any evidence (which they have put forward zero so far) that would still end up with a rejection lol.
3722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto Lived In London While Working On Bitcoin + proof on: November 28, 2020, 06:59:20 PM
How sure are we about these claims? Though I will agree that I have seen theories that said Satoshi Nakamoto writings are mix of British and American English and some say it’s only British English, but there have also been claims that he’s from Japan.

Even on Wikipedia it says that he was born in Japan, and his nationality is Japan. Then just today I have seen another forum member that posted a theory that claims that Satoshi Nakamoto is from Russia and that the Russian government must be aware of it and are covering it up, and this website also have their own “proof”, lol you all have proof. You know what? I am just tired of all these theories, I will just wait till Satoshi is ready to reveal his identity with proof.
3723  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Crypto live forever or die? on: November 28, 2020, 02:26:22 PM
Crypto will live forever as long as there is an internet,
And as long as there are no problems arising out of the blue like if a bug is found that can destroy everything because while crypto currencies are great and Bitcoin is as robust as anything but a small bug can change everything.

Also, we should not expect a world war to happen. The world has more understanding in their power than before, the government in each country much prefer to have piece like we currently have than having a war and fight for each countries rights. There won't be useless war that will occur because everything can be settle.
The war might have happened had the economic crisis continued but now since everything is started to get back to normal and the vaccine is found we should not have any wars in future. There was tension between America and China but I believe things are very well under control.
3724  Other / Archival / Re: [GUIDE] All About Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) on: November 28, 2020, 12:46:00 PM
When people say CBDC is being created because of coronavirus, I just don’t get it. It’s just like as if there isn’t other contactless payment methods that we can use, there are so many of them out there and even the mobile bank applications we are using these days are contactless, you don’t need to make any physical or hand contact with the person you’re sending money, you just ask for their account number and you open your app and send.

Not to talk about Bitcoin, there is PayPal, there is also Payoneer, there is Square Inc., and so many ways we can send money without making contact, so how exactly are they saying CBDC is saving us from Coronavirus? They should simply say it’s just an advancement in technology and using unnecessary description.
3725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 28, 2020, 09:29:40 AM
The biggest gang in China is their government, and Liao Jinrong, being a senior official, is a part of it. I hope the new generation of Chinese people will sweep away this corrupted to the bone government, and China will be able to breathe freely.

I don't think it's going to happen, they have control on everything and they communist party is so good in controlling everything that any form of rebellion will not succeed, I like the communist China than the communistic way of ruling of North Korea.
Yes and Chinese government is actually more caring than the North Korean ruler and no matter what we way one can see how they controlled the covid-19 spread in their country which actually started from them so no matter how much we hate them but they are good for their people at least.

Now coming back to the use of gambling crypto funds for illegal activities, look you cannot control that because its decentralized and the casinos will not give any details about their players so it is nearly impossible to control such activities. Many gamblers are evading taxes by using crypto and things like these will continue forever as long as cryptocurrencies exists.
3726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake or nitrogen my point of view on: November 28, 2020, 05:22:01 AM
Which one required KYC ? I have accounts on both sites and no KYC so far usually it only becomes a requirement if you violated the terms and conditions or play with high stakes.
Yeah, true but one thing that makes me feel ballistic is why the user is asked to provide verification once they win big, I mean while he was losing big he won't be asked for any kind of verification but just because he wins something significant the website wants to wastes no chance and ask verification just to make sure that if there is a chance to gobble his money, they shall do so.

It's a good comparison since Nitrogen was like the go to bitcoin sportsbook back then and on the other side you have a recently launched sportsbook that's providing a better experience. You're right both have good reputation but once you've played on both sites you can't avoid the thought of making a comparison between them.
Stake has some bad limits on e-sports which is the only bad thing about them apart from that they have almost everything covered from bonuses to support and a friendly chat managed well by the moderators to avoid any kind of spam.
3727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: November 27, 2020, 03:38:17 PM
Barcelona had nothing to lose morale to begin with, I do not get why people do not realize that Barcelona is two games behind most of their opponents in the league that has only 8-10 games played which means them starting to "badly" is due to teams making only few points in the early games and missing two games makes a whole lot of difference. That is the whole situation right now and there is nothing more.

I understand that there are many injured and I understand that they had some turmoil inside the team that ended up with president resigning but that doesn't mean that they have been horrible neither. They have been decent in champions league as well. I see them finishing top three easily and they could go to quarter finals in CL as well as usual.
3728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will the current Bull run stop on: November 27, 2020, 06:11:28 AM
While without a doubt that is a possibility at the same time there is potential for an even bigger growth, the market has the potential to go completely crazy after we surpass the ATH of bitcoin and people are going to be incredibly excited about what it is in store for bitcoin, but at the same time you need to have your stop loss ready because if there is a flash crash you do not want to be one of those that loses all of their profits just because a whale decided to sell their coins.
I think a lot of people will sell their coins at the ATH because they have wounds from 2017 when the price dropped and people are thinking about not missing this chance to cash their coins at the price they lost hope about.

I think as soon as bitcoin will cost more than 20k there will be a lot of news about it and many people won't buy it at that price. I think that after 20k the price will fall but the price will not go below 11k. I think the price of bitcoin will fall when the correction starts in the stock market.
On the contrary I think 25k is possible and we might be staring at 30-35k by the Q2 in 2021. I am not going to make any bold predictions or speculate the price but there are solid chance that we might never see Bitcoin below 20k ever again after this year. I might be wrong though so don't hold me responsible in case it drops.
3729  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: November 26, 2020, 06:41:23 PM
Fenesbaros (is that the name of the team?) should be a a walk in the park for Juventus...

Close enough, you got the first two (last two) letters right.  Grin
I sure hope is a cakewalk for them, my lineup: Szczesny, de Ligt, Mbappe, Rashford, Torres, Morata (c).
Everyone is probably going with Lewandowski, Ronaldo or Haaland as their forward (captain), i need VAR to chill and stop disallowing Morata's goals and i should be fine. My secret weapon is Ferran Torres, i expect a goal or two if he plays tomorrow.

edit; GG Morata not in the starting eleven for Juve  Cheesy
As always Ronado proved to be a great pick, Morata was really a big surprise because he wasn't really considered at first. I would say last night has been one of the most active football nights in recent memory, this pandemic probably had just one good thing in the world and that is giving us many games very frequently all back to back and even at the same time as well.

Champions league has always been around the same days but usually had like one or two night difference, now we are seeing like 10+ games a night. Plus leagues and cups and all that still going on with this, while we are all locked in our homes and can't do anything because of a virus going around outside, football really helped a lot while staying at home, allows people to spend some time without going crazy.
3730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker Site Buys $100 Million of Bitcoin Every Month to Pay Players in BTC on: November 26, 2020, 05:41:38 PM
Sounds good but how they are managing is really simple because the article mentioned that "WPN does not hold onto bitcoin, adding that the cryptocurrency is converted into fiat currency as soon as possible." which is the right way for them to do it.

It is also mentioned that 95% players are demanding payments in Bitccoin which is actually massive given there are other payment options too but because of the price hike recently or maybe for anonymity I don't know but 95% is really big.

One thing that was cool is that players can deposit with USD and withdraw with BTC because at most sites you can only withdraw what you deposited.
3731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Multi bets vs single bets on: November 26, 2020, 04:30:08 PM
What could be the difference of multi bets to single bets? Does multi bets means placing a fixed amount to different number of games? or something like accumulator which combines multiple bet into one bet?
Multi-bet means combining a lot of bets into a single bet and this is usually one to gain high odds but the problem is that if one leg loses (leg means one outcome basically) your bet will be lost.

I prefer making single bets over multi-bets because it is easier to win each bet and actually if you have the ability to make a multi-bet where you win 10/10 legs then it is better to bet on those 10 bets as singles because in that case if you even win 6 out of 10 bets you should still be in profit and in case all 10 hits you will make good profit although not as much as betting the amount on multi.
3732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Presidential Election 2020 and its impact on gambling on: November 25, 2020, 07:35:38 PM
It is weird to see this many Trump fans in bitcointalk as well but considering dude got 70+ million votes from just USA and probably have some fans overseas as well, I would say there are at least 100+ million Trump fans in the world and obviously having some here is not shocking.

First of all, there were not even a single case of election fraud found, Trump team literally fought to find one, and if they couldn't find a single evidence of it, why are you still listening to Trump and not the proof? And secondly Democrats didn't spend "billions more" than republicans, it was literally 280 million dollar difference, mainly used to beat Lindsay Graham and there were plenty of places in USA where republicans got more money. And House is still at democrats with Georgia run-off could go to democrats which would mean senate majority. That should be scaaaaary for you republicans because if democrats get all three, you are as gone as it can be forever.
3733  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who actually moves the price of bitcoin? on: November 25, 2020, 04:17:20 PM
New institution, big investors and newcomers that are just getting into digital currencies' era are the one that moves the price often. The demand is higher than the limited supply of BTC, there is nothing we should expect than the price to drive crazy as we are having it presently.
This is what makes me crazy thinking why the price goes down then?
I mean the supply is always going to get smaller then why at times there are big price drops because there is no reason why any whale would dump their coins and if even they do, it is not possible to move the market by much.
3734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS Discussion on: November 24, 2020, 08:20:29 PM
EOS is good, even the price is doing really good and is currently at half its ATH price in a year. I am looking forward to its price going further as the bull run continues in the cryptocurrency market, it will certainly go up with BTC, LTC, ETH, and other top altcoins in the crypto market. It’s going to be really big with time.

It's been a long time since no one talked about EOS, let's discuss about EOS,
let alone Altcoin season is as close as possible, EOS should have Fomo more than any other altcoin!
Yup, I have hardly seen anyone talk about EOS, but I’m guessing it’s because of the DeFi that was trending this year, everyone has been busy paying attention to DeFi projects and hyping them, so no one was really giving that attention to altcoins.
3735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin very Big problem on: November 24, 2020, 07:15:42 PM
I am often skeptical of the cryptocurrency market because cryptocurrency has neither a worldwide community nor a rule to make coins, so my faith is not more than just 10%. This is because 2 3 Coins of the same name can also be made.  Ho and no one sends you any legal notice or banner and if 10 projects come in 1 month, then 8 of them are fake, if this problem is not solved then trust in this market will not increase...
You all keep saying that cryptocurrency is made up of scammers like you were all not being scammed when there was no cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is no different from other type of investments that you’re seeing out there, you can as well be scammed in anyway, it’s not a plague that following the crypto market only.

The problem with most of you is that you don’t calm down to learn about you’re investing your money in, you have to learn the cryptocurrency market and know what’s possibly right and what is not. Dig deep into any project you’re interested from whitepaper to who the team really are and all that, and you will figure it out.
3736  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it a good time to get in or not on: November 23, 2020, 05:33:46 PM
Can one still dare to invest in Bitcoin when price is skyrocketing this high? I remember that some invested in Bitcoin at 20,000$ and the whole market started crashing on them, before they could pull out their money it's already too late and till today they haven't recovered their money, is this a good time to get in or it's already too late?
When talking about Bitcoins, I always consider the situation like: When was the best time to buy bitcoins? Yesterday! But since you missed then you can buy now. Basically the price keeps surprising us because there were people who asked if it was worth buying at 12k and we all know the answer but in hindsight.

I would never recommend anyone to buy bitcoins if you need that money for livings because if the price goes down by a few thousand bucks you will be mad and blame me but if you have patience and can wait months in the worst case scenario then go ahead and buy some. In the long run no one has ever regretted buying Bitcoins and there is no reason for the pattern to change, but it is investment and has its own risks so do your own research too.
3737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake or nitrogen my point of view on: November 23, 2020, 03:47:13 PM
I respect all sportsbooks that have stayed around for years and as OP points out,,, every bookie has their pros and cons. For me the most important no matter what else is Customer Support. Everyone knows that at some point, we will face an issue with our accounts or our gaming. Maybe a glitch. Or a lost account. Or a mistaken deposit. This is when the real test happens, how helpful Customer Support is and how nice they treat you.

So in this case, I can only speak of very few sites because I cannot really say until I have my own experience.
I can assure you that stake actually has one of the best support team and although sometimes limited but every chat agent is humble and has an attitude of helping because no disrespect to cloudbet but their support system is weak as I asked a small question and he said we will answer you via email and it took 3 days to get a real answer because I got bot replies kind of answers first.

Nitrogensports had some issues recently because of which I haven't used them but to be honest they were amazing sometime ago when I used to bet there and one of the biggest sportbooks so don't know why they declined so badly and now I do not even feel like playing there for the issues they have with players.
3738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitter accounts of crypto gambling sites on: November 23, 2020, 10:04:27 AM
We can all benefit from their Twitter if we want to join as followers. Because of all the latest updates about them, they will publish them via Twitter as well.
Maybe regarding the giveaway, they will also share it via their twitter. Nice job!
Yeah, a lot of giveaways are indeed done through twitter exclusively like stake often asks users to retweet and the pick a lucky winner so yeah there are many giveaways that are happening which are missed because of not having the twitter handles for all the casinos.

I really appreciate the efforts putted in the OP and I have saved the page so I can check daily once to find if there are any new giveaways because it is easier to check them all at once instead of googling and then checking each twitter handle separately, so thanks a lot.

I would love to have their other handles too maybe like if a casino is not as active on twitter and might be more active on FB then add those links, just a suggestion though.
3739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life, gambling and trials. on: November 23, 2020, 04:57:21 AM
When I gamble with cryptocurrencies, the wins just become part of my portfolio. I look at it as a positive outcome of an investment. Better than investing my own money to buy and invest in crypto. Since I am an occasional sports gambler, I no longer have a separate pot I use just for gambling. Therefore, any fiat wins/losses are just money that is in my wallet or not. I use it for whatever needs I have at that specific time.
Yeah, being a sports bettor myself too, I actually withdraw my won amount and convert in into fiat because I buy crypto with fiat and I try to maintain a balance between how much I am buying BTC and how much I am selling since my salary paycheck are not huge and I have to ensure I am not just buying too much crypto and gambling away all of it.

I don't have much stories in gambling rather than my epic fail bets.
So I would just answer OP's question
I use my gambling winning on myself I would sometimes go out and buy some new stuff or just keep it on my wallet.
But most of the time I would buy some foods with my profit.
Don't have a big story either but if I ever win big I have plans, I will be buying a house if the win is big enough because rent is really killing my salary and rather than having lavish life I would rather want to solidify my current life.
3740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's fees on: November 22, 2020, 09:04:28 PM
It’s very, very annoying. You’re not the only that hates this high fees of a thing. Imagine when you have to do just a little transaction and you have to pay a lot of money for a little transaction. Wanted to do a transaction of $50 the other day and my wallet was showing fees of almost $5, which means I had to spend $55 in total.

I have been looking for a solution to this problem. I once installed a wallet that claims to offer the lightening network feature, but I didn’t really trust them, so I had to uninstall it and go back to the normal wallet I was using. I’m still wondering how high the fees will be as the price is on its way up.
