Brincadeiras à parte... realmente eu falei besteira, pois todos os exemplos que citei implicam o fato de você precisar dar o seu nome e cpf e consequentemente isso precisa ser transferido para o remetente, mesmo que tu utilize um serviço intermediário.

Conversando aqui com uns parentes, um tio me falou que uma vez existia o tal do "Posta Restante", em qua encomenda simplesmente ficava retida e uma agencia dos correios até alguém ir "reclamar" por ela, mas ainda assim era precisa ao menos apresentar um documento de identidade que correpondesse ao destinatário da correspondência. Ou seja... ao menos o seu nome real ainda precisa ser fornecido ao remetente, mas já exclui a necessidade do CPF.

Dei mais uma procurada, e de fato isso não existe no Brasil hoje de forma legal.

Posso estar muito enganado ou ser bem ignorante no assunto ainda, mas a minha opinião é de que a implementação de uma blockchain em qualquer negócio só é útil se ela for de acessó publico.
