Don't want you or icopress loosing more time about something I will loose anyway. My time is very precious and I try to treat others in the same way. I am betting every day with much bigger amounts than this free bet, and yes I use free bets, but they are almost always used on impossible odds and I never hit them. I am currently using mainly Sportsbet and Stake but I am always looking at newer better options and like to try them out, especially when it doesn't require me depositing there. Point is, betting should be fun and fast (at least for me) and Betnomi is not giving that to me at the moment. Every day I want to login there I have to jump rough the hoops and authorize login from another IP. I know that is security feature but I don' want it What is worse if you change browsers and IP is the same you need to authorize each of them as well. Then I need to search trough the available markets that is also difficult because of the way they are represented. I wrote about this in Betnomi review thread in games and rounds section in more details. I like some of the stuff Betnomi offers, like eSports markets that are better than competition but they have to make it more accessible for me to ever consider them as my first option. Thing is nothing changed on surface from the time I gave them my first try when I worked some competitions for them long time ago. For instance I made my account on Stake couple of years ago, that was the only time I ever entered my password or anything. I just open the page on desktop or app on mobile use it. On the other hand I have 10 verification Emails from Betnomi just yesterday. These free bets are in my mind a great way to bring new customers like me to the site and if they work like this, they fail miserably and opportunity passes. I wanted to use this free bet on some DOTA games to try those markets that interest me and that moment passed. I had to deposit somewhere that has those markets (Sportsbet and Stake don't have them) and GGBET got my money, could have been Betnomi if it worked like it should yesterday. Just to make it clear I tested if free bet will appear by just choosing football matches but my goal was DOTA if possible. Maybe this sounds a bit too much on this thread and I apologize, it is my personal conflict I already had with several casino/bookie representatives when I try to explain to them how to attract/retain actual paying customers when working different campaigns/competitions for them. Let me start by apologizing for the experience. We looked into the issue and identified the problem. The reason you have been unable to place bets using your Free Bets is that you had Free Bets from the World Cup period. Those Free Bets had the requirement of the event you are betting on being part of the world cup. As we know the world cup is over, and hence it's impossible to place bets using those Free Bets. The system prioritizes Free Bets based on the date issued so even though you have new Free Bets, the old one must be used first I know you would ask why you have those Free Bets on your account when the required events are over. This is a bug that needs to be fixed and we will shortly. In the meantime, we canceled your expired Free Bet and issued you a new Free Bet for 50$ with the same requirement as stated above. Once again, we apologize for the experience. |

Clearly, you have no interest in listening to what anyone has been saying, nor are you willing to do 2 minutes of research on sports betting. For any sportsbook/ sports bet, Overtime is excluded unless the market specifically states "including Overtime." In other words, by default, bets don't include overtime. It is sad to see you complain about this for weeks. Anyways, we will start making educational videos on how to use the sportsbook and basic sports betting rules, hope that helps. |

Betnomi team, could you more personalize your gifts to Betnomi users, please.
On your gifts, Ledger wallets, if possible please consider to print usernames of winners from your contests. On each awarded and distributed Ledger wallets to contest winners, there are Ledger, Betnomi and username.
At the moment, the manufacturer does not provide customization options. Even if we wanted to implement this, we would have to buy a batch of new Ledgers, and ask one of our employees to drop everything and take over the entire process (including communication with users, communication with designers, communication with a laser engraving company and delivery , by itself). We are not opposed to this, but users should understand that we will be waiting for some kind of return. 🦊 Also, this post accurately describes the security issues.. The idea is good and I like it, but it's certainly not possible. Betnomi buys many wallets at once and they are already printed. The wallets are not only ordered once the winner has been determined. Once the wallets are with Betnomi, they will no longer be opened. After all, everyone wants to get a wallet that is still originally sealed. This is the only way to ensure safety.

Any link which proof that Curocao government is after Betnomi ? I see that only you are shelling this and no other player reported and talked about this issue in this thread. If the site was a scam why there are so many positive reviews and posts here  There have never been issues with the Curacao regulators in our 3 years of operations. Our license has never been terminated nor has it at any point been at risk of termination or suspension. This can be safely discarded. |
