You can begin DCA at anytime without any fundamental analysis. But if you check the yearly chart candle sticks using RSI and BB and you noticed that the price of the asset is significantly low, you can begin DCA. Fundamental analysis is good to enter the market as soon as possible or to leave the market based on what the news is all about.

I did not know about martingale strategy before until I came to this forum. I saw some people that suggested it on this forum but I have not really been using it until yesterday because I am not a person that is using gambling to look for money. Why is it not filtered and removed?

Time is more important than anything. I gamble mostly on weekends, be it on physical or online gambling sites.
