Asset protection accountant is probably a good first step.

What was the thing that showed the time of each doubling during the previous bubbles. Would be nice to see where we are in relation to those

This all seems a bit strange. My original target when we started raising over 1200 was 3500 but now were here I am not really feeling like selling.
Am I being greedy?
Have I just readjusted based on where we are?
Decisions, decisions
HODL! Haha. I did.

Selling dribs and drabs but holding 90%. Absolutely loving 2017.

So, 3.5k is within smelling distance. I have a feeling that we could see a pull back to 3-3.2 after Segwit is activated. I hope I'm wrong though. No one answered my question a few pages back either. Has anyone actually done anything with the fact that Segwit is activated on Litecoin? How long should we expect to wait for people to use the tech on the Bitcoin blockchain?

Since Litecoin approved Segwit has anything actually been done with the tech on the litecoin blockchain?

Bitstamp just jumped to 3380! Maybe the train is about to depart?

I be honest .......I like you guys. I like being here
I am currently hodling btc and bch. I have no loyalty to either and I am pretty confused by it all.
My situation is hodl and see what happens. You all arguing is a pain in the ass.
All I want is to profit later down the line.
Aaaah. Group hug?

Do all my Casascius coins have an equal amount of BCH in them too then? Surely the premium for them must go up even more too!

Good morning after, Bitcoinland. I see we're still going sideways... currently $2725USD (Bitcoinaverage). Not bad, considering the fact that we all just got gifted an equal number of altcoin (BCH) tokens. While some people may have felt secure in exposing their private keys/seeds to the internet to sell their BCash in the original rush, I'm happy to keep both my bitcoins and BCH tokens safe in my cold wallets, for now. I don't think the drama is done quite yet. Let's at least wait until segwit is fully activated. I have bitcoin in paper wallets, if I want to set up new paper wallets is there a better way to move them than...
Paper wallet-----blockchain.info----paper wallet Trezor or other hardware wallet? _______ I also agree we need a new poll. Exactly what I'm doing. It looks like I'm not going to win the ATH priza today annoyingly, on the plus side though, BCH has made me a hell of a lot better off.

Another solid nights sleep followers by a nice jump in price. Again very surprised BTC-E has just been shrugged off completely. Seems bullish to me.

Guys may i ask something..
Are my bitcoins save at kraken? Ore better to send hardware wallet?
I need to know...
Paper or hardware wallets are safe. If kraken goes, maybe your coins do too. If you trade then keeping an amount on exchange is normal. If you just hodl then there is no reason to have any coins anywhere except in cold storage.

The strength in here given the news and previous action/set-up is making me wonder if we haven't just had another 'Silk Road' moment.
For those who recall they will know what I'm talking about. It essentially marked the beginning of the legendary Sept/Oct/Nov final wave up in 2013 ... bitcoin had been relatively flat after the 'Cyprus moment' April/May wave to 266 off 15 lows.
I think the goldman sucks call to $3600 is where we'll end up after peaking at >$12,000.
I was thinking the same thing. Was the reason for the drop the closure of the site? My memory is not what it used to be.

so the BTC-e issue is what a 'big shrug' to the bitcoin world....price is not affected...is that what people seem to see/think now?
would be nice not to be at the 'whim' of another gox issue that slams price down for a year
(still, have the bcc fud to look forward to and the 2mb thing in 3 months.fun times)
btc...the hot mess girlfriend you can't leave.....sigh
Seems like the bulls are undeterred, no matter what obstacle is thrown at them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3Nh5T61mQU&t=0m56sI am wondering if the big investors will not believe btc-e is down until a reliable source confirms it. VERY surprised to see price up when waking up this morning. Do we think it needs to hit the MSM before price reacts??

Ok, here's a question.
When BCC splits off we all have the same amount of BCC and BTC. If I have my coins safe on paper wallets how do I go about sweeping the private key of my BCC to dump without making the cold wallets for my BTC no longer cold as I have entered the private key on an online computer?
|
|
|
Thanks!
Ok, a paper wallet seems not supereasy to do. Especially the 'secure' variation. And if i lose the paper all is lost.
Of course, that's bitcoin, no professional money-keeper keeps your money but yourself.
Was thinking of an online wallet provider. Is there something like that. Ok, Bittrex. Could use this as a wallet.
It's th easiest thing in the world to do. Go to bitaddress.org, download the program, close browser, turn wifi off, open browser, open program and make a wallet. With regards to losing the paper, make three copies, cut them in half and hide them. Never put two opposite halves in the same place.
