Wallet on my mobile, one that I own, was the receiver. Could have been an issue with the mobile version of bitcoin, but at the same time, the transaction never appeared on the network initially. It may have been caused by sending the amount before I was connected to any nodes, then exiting out before it was broadcast(though I don't think that was the case) Then while I let the zaptx wallet fix go, it finally got broadcast, but again, just guesses at this point. Seems I didn't lose the bitcoins though thankfully.

With the Zcash miner, I can't seem to get it to connect to any location unless I leave it blank (then it connects to EU by default) If I use usa it says can't connect to usa:usa If I try manually typing in the address and port, it seems like it tries to connect but then says either "end of file" then tries connecting again, or simply says it's trying to get work, but doesn't nothing and keeps running. What command line would I use to connect to the US Zcash Nicehash server on linux?

Thanks for the information. Wanted to update that it does look like it did indeed finally make it over to the other wallet after I did the zap fix, not sure if it was related, as it was several days later. I had a high fee on it too, so doubt it should have taken so long.

Looks like perhaps the Zcash stratum servers are overloaded? Some can connect, but others cannot. For example, I have one that can connect to the EU server, even though it is located in the US, while others have no issue connecting to the US. Tried restarting the application and server numerous times to solve the issue, but no such luck. Is there a way in Ubuntu to have a failover of pools to help solve this?

What is profitability of an i7-4770 currently stock on Zcash currently with MPH? I'll switch from -esm 3 to 2 for my GPU miners for ETH and SC.

I sent .6 bitcoins to another wallet, and it never appeared on the second wallet installation (mobile). I waited a few hours, transaction didn't show up on blockchain, so I sent it again(never being refunded). This one did show up. Both times I was synced up on the block chain both sides. I checked the transaction ID on blockchain.info and noticed the first one ended up later being send to an address I do not believe I own. The second one properly worked and showed up to the proper wallet. I tried -zapwallettxes as this normally fixes this issue, but this time it didn't. So .6 BTC is missing. I'm using version 0.13 which was the most recent during this time, the 26th of october. Any ideas on what might be the reason?

For ethash auto switching on MPH, what's the command line suppose to be? You connect with: us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:12020
I am using: EthDcrMiner64.exe -cvddc 1130,1130 -mvddc 975,975 -cclock 1340,1340 -mclock 2150,2150 -eworker gpu -dcri 30,30 -epool stratum+tcp://us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:12020 -ewal name.gpu -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20550 -dwal name.gpu -dpsw x -dcoin sia -esm 2 -mode 0 -powlim 50,50 -tstop 89,89 -tt 81,81 -ttli 86,86 -allpools 1 -estale 1 -mport 0 They mentioned -allcoins 1 is also needed perhaps? Is my -esm 2 correct? Should I remove the stratum+tcp:// ?
The option after "-eworker" seems like to have invalid value. Only "gpu"? Below parameter is what I tested from my computer. EthDcrMiner64.exe -eworker username.workername -epool stratum+tcp://us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:17020 -ewal username.workername -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20550 -dwal username.workername -dpsw x -dcoin sia -esm 2 -mode 0 -allpools 1 -estale 1 -mport 0 I replaced hardware specific options and username.workername option paramters. Also I changed 1202 port to 17020. 12020 is ethash endpoint. You need to specify hub worker's job at Hub Woerkers page after sign in. https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=hubworkers17020 is simple switching port which is same as "12020 + ethash switching" Just mine at 17020 if you will not deal with multi algo switch thing Also here's some claymore commandline example at Siacoin intro page. https://siacoin.miningpoolhub.com/Thanks. I use -esm 3 Optimal settings for AMD 480 that I use to get 27Mh/s Eth and 540Mh/s Sia (GPU naturally stays at 85C and stays at the full 1300MHz; does not throttle itself): EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17020 -ewal user.worker -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -dpool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17022 -dwal user.worker -dpsw x -dcoin sc -dcri 40 -tt -100 -powlim 50 -cclock 1300 -mclock 2200 -cvddc 1112 -mvddc 1150 Also, AMD 290 for 32Mh/s Eth and 80Mh/s Sia: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17020 -ewal user.worker -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -dpool hub.miningpoolhub.com:17022 -dwal user.worker -dpsw x -dcoin sc -dcri 5 -tt -100 -powlim 0 -cclock 1150 -mclock 1500 Thanks a ton! So -esm 3 is better because it uses stratum correct? Can MPH back this up which is better for your pool? Nice clocking you have there. 17020 is the most profitable auto switching port, correct? -dcoin sia is what I use, and you use -dcoin sc Both seem to work for SIA correct? Based on the ports, I assume it's also auto switching, or no? I only see port 20550 listed for me, what is 17022 for? -dpool stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20550 -dwal username.workername -dpsw x -dcoin sc

For Ethereum mining it's more about the memory speed not the processor. Both of those 8 GB cards you linked have Effective Memory Clock: 8000 MHz. If you look at the specifications for the 4 GB version it only has 7000 MHz memory. For gaming (which you said you do) you would want the higher core clock rate. So the second one would overall be better. (IMHO) Buy me one and send me one for gaming and I'll let you know I got the overclocked one. OCing the memory speed helps ETH more than the GPU speed? I noticed it helped SIA/LBRY, but not much for ETH. I got it up to 1360 and stable it seems at 1150 cvddc. 25 ETH 45 LBRY What should my memory speed, core speed, and cv/mvddc be do you think? Electric is cheap, and I need the heat any way, so going for as much speed as possible without hurting the card. Temps are staying around 77c. I run 1342MHz (stock OC for card) @1030mv. Undervolting will allow card to maintain boost clocks, increasing performance (without setting crazy power limit). Use GPU-Z to check actual core clocks.... Less power means less stress on VRMs, GPU, fans, and possibly PSU. I prefer ~70-73C temps, which I get with ~60% fan, and 80F ambient. Cards all on risers. Night they run like 64C @50% fan (~60F ambient). Thanks, what rates do you get? I'm using LBRY, with dcri 40 25ETH 44LBRY in the miner. Any editing of memory clock and volts? I'm running 2150 and auto for the volts.

Is Siacoin able to be auto converted to BTC? Seems like that was added on the site. If so, what instructions should I do for Claymore ETH+SIA?
I noticed others have the all in one miner, with numerous different algos with what seems to be mining all at once? Is there a way to have MPH basically mine all algos on your card, and auto switches only the most profitable one?
I had thought this was only possible with ETH and ETH Classic etc since they are the same algo, but different coins.
Do I need to use https://github.com/miningpoolhub/all-in-one-miner for this? Sure. But that repository's ethminer does not contain latest version. Genoil-ethminer's beta version is quite stable and working well, so you'd better overwrite some files from Genoil's repository. https://github.com/Genoil/cpp-ethereum/tree/110/releasesethminer-0.9.41-genoil-1.1.9.zip would be good. When it becomes as official release, then it will be included in miningpoolhub repository as well. Thanks, for an AMD RX 480 on Windows 7, what would I need to run in my bat file for it to use it for max profitability?

SAPPHIRE NITRO+ 470 OC--
The Sapphire 4XX series cards have a big following. BIOS mods are available for them, and the 470 8GB OC model looks like the best bang for the buck. The cards have metal, heat-conducting shells, not plastic. They are really well made.
There are reports of 29-31MH/s with a BIOS modded Sapphire Nitro RX 470 8GB cards when mining ETH. The Saphire RX 480 8GB OC cards will do slightly better, but cost more, and consume more power. --scryptr
@29mhs rx 480 consume more power than rx 470? I can have 480 very cheap.. only few % more than 470 but if rx 4 70 consume less power I'd prefer to buy rx 470.. And anyone here can help me with my friends Ati radeon hd 5xxx Cypress series (2gb RAM)? Thank you very much. I use it for gaming as well, so do you think this is the best? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202224There is also one with a higher core clock rate, what do you think? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814202223

For the RX 480, what's the best brand/model for Claymore dual mining? Heat is an issue, and electric is 7 cents KWH, so undervolting stable is a nice plus.

Thanks, the email address is correct in the profile field, but I never get a password reset email sent. Anyone else have this problem? Luckily I'm still logged in via stored cookie I assume, but once that is gone, I won't be able to log back in.

Hello, after the hardfork for version 0.14.2 how do you mine on Windows? The old miner/wallet no longer work, and I can't find a miner/wallet combo for Windows.
