on the 4/28/2017 I sent by mistake some doge to my epay.info account, that day I asked them how I could retrieve them.Roughly 10 days later I had no reply so sent them another support ticket saying I wanted to close my account as they had no support.3 days ago they answered and asked did I want to tell them why I wanted to leave, I replied telling them my reason.Next day the answered was I sure I wanted to leave again asking why?Now I asked them to close my account and return the bitcoin and doge to account numbers I gave them.Today they answered again saying sorry I wanted to leave but why? These people are doing everything but return my coins and yes quite a few of them and just send silly answers to my support tickets when they answer if ever! Beware this company has gone really downhill and looks more like a scam to me

Your best idea to get the full picture is to go to slack and speak to the Dev team that can answer that question in more detail they are there just now

I have emailed the MD without success and the PR manager as he calls himself hides out on Reddit.I really don't think it started out as a scam but now I think its heading that way, even a Colu person I spoke to said they have never heard from them since the ICO.
My advice is to sell if you can before everyone realizes it is going nowhere and you can get nothing for your tokens and it turns into another Banks.io

Do share more if you don't mind. Might be nice for potential investors to hear so they can try and avoid the same situation. Ionomy sold me nearly 6TH of 256 hashing power and now saying they get no return on it,refuse to tell me who they had it with or what happened to it,it just disappeared.Regardless who they were mining with there should still be a return but no they just shut it down or so they say |

There is a cryptographically sealed hard cap to stop whales and institutional investors getting all the coins, as they don't know how many they're getting they can't work out the ROI.This allows smaller investors to get involved, and the amount will be revealed after a certain amount is raised.

Well the reason is every crowsale where the cap is known to start with ends in minutes or at most hours,so the team decided to delay telling the hard cap at the start so VCs dont just rush in buying it up and not letting the smaller investor much of a chance to get tokens.Once the ICO is underway and a certain amount has been raised (this will be watched by bots, the hard cap will be released) The cap is in US dollars and has been decided already in advance

Not just as cut and dried as you think, half the coins are in circulation the premine of 4 million is gone yet someone owns a lot of coins going by the rich list Who is that? The longer this project is dormant the less chance it will be taken over.Let the owner put it up for auction or give a ballpark estimate and see where it goes from there

The hard cap will be revealed once a certain amount is raised this allows smaller investors to get in before the whales and VCs do.As for the amount to early investors and team, there is vesting with their tokens.
