401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can make more profit ? on: October 29, 2019, 01:10:31 AM
What you think more profit, participate in IEO or wait after IEO and buy the token from exchanges?
It depends on the project itself. If the project is very popular then it's more profitable if you'll participate during their offering. On the other hand if you're uncertain that they'll gain value once added to the market immediately, then it's a good choice to buy after their IEO as impatient investros or bounty participants will most likely sell it at rate in which it's cheaper than the price they bought it.

404  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you have to sell bitcoin to an alt, so... on: October 27, 2019, 11:40:33 PM
Describing a shitcoin varies from person to person. An alt that made you good money doesn't mean that it's a promising one. So please be honest, and if you ever have to sell your btc, what would you buy with them?

My first vote to Monero, for privacy reasons. Fuk ZEC and its "optional privacy" which is NOT a privacy actually. DASH? Lol, no privacy. Another bitcoin clone methinks.
Second one is Ethereum, there is no serious competitor in smart contract area.

I cannot find third one. Maybe NANO.
If ever that happened so, I'll choose XRP and ETH. However I'm still open to other altcoins such as Doge, Dash, and ltc. I'm always fascinated to such coins that has low fees since I'm a person who make transactions several times per day thus transaction fee is a big deal thing for me.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the discipline help in gambling? on: October 27, 2019, 10:49:17 PM
Discipline for yourself will bringing you to the next step to consider gambling as enjoyment moment because unlike other people who only thinking gambling to earn money but if you discipline during gambling then it makes you more confident when starting gambling but if you lost then you will consider that as usual thing and never thinking to recover your losses so in my opinion discipline in gambling not makes your gambling results better but it will makes your mentally better when facing lost or won
The OP I think pertains wether the discipline helps in gambling or not; not necessarily to make the result better which means that the output should always (most likely) be favorable of you. It's indeed that discipline is vital in gambling but it's just a factor though. Some irresponsible yet fortunate gamblers exist but of course we should never have the same mind set as they have since we're not too fortunate like them thus it'll just lead us to losses, making our decision most likely be inappropriate.

OP is seeking discipline from gambling, and I think that if a person is really disciplined he would not take gambling in the first place, Because gambling is a Risk magnet and it will certainly cater a lot of losses if this is the mindset for people then I guess there isn't someone that will play gambling and casino anymore, but a person if they had discipline in taking money for granted I think he will have a great time in making the right decision even if you are the one that is playing in a casino, I guess discipline is really needed, A good decision can not blur your choices when it comes to gambling.
Are you tyring to imply that gamblers are not disciplined? I don't think so. Being a disciplined individual isn't about risking something, it's about how you manage it. If I'm not wrong, risk management is under the disciplinary act in which you're correct that it must be the term for that. A good gambler with risk management/discipline doesn't go against his/her plan no matter what.
406  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Napapanahon bang bumili ng altcoin? on: October 27, 2019, 02:05:43 PM

At saang exchanges maganda bumili?

407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stake vs Fixed bounty allocation on: October 26, 2019, 11:03:52 PM
With stake allocation you can get more tokens based on the stake and how many participants join the bounty but that's that, the reason why I choose fixed allocation over stake is because right from the start you've know how much tokens you will get and the fact is merely looking or comparing bounties from one to another fixed bounty allocation performs better, they pays most times and no single participants is left out, what do you guys say about this?
Not necessary all the time. It depends on the project itself but in my opinion stake bases bounty allocation is better than fixed bounty allocation since in stake allocation, all of the allocated funds for bounty is guaranteed to be distributed; there should be no discrepancy. On the other hand in fixed bounty allocation, there is always unspent or undistributed bounty funds allocation since the allocated funds are not consumed by all participants who joined. Thus, the excess funds doesn't benefit among bounty partcipants.
408  Local / Pamilihan / Re: (Guide) Paano kumuha ng Gcash Master Card (Delivery thru LBC) on: October 26, 2019, 10:33:04 PM
409  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where you take inspiration when you tired from trading? on: October 26, 2019, 02:18:13 AM
Where you take inspiration when you tired from trading?
i hard to say when you sometimes tired from trading or have stress from ico or lose part of deposit. What you do to relax refresh youself and get inspiration for new trade. How much time you need to refresh youself for new hight.
I usually watch professional trader's video tutorial how easy for them to make profit in trading everyday. Usually, I watch through youtube, sometimes through their social media accounts. They also inspire other traders by simply showing some quotes from other trading experts too.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why not advance as a bounty hunter? on: October 25, 2019, 10:01:49 PM
Obviously bounty hunting is nowadays almost worthless, the payment is very small and too late, and in many cases you get scammed and don't receive your tokens after spending long weeks or months in advertising the project. I see that many experienced people left already this work, or become very selective of bounty campaigns. Only newbies still think that bounty hunting is a get rich quick scheme.
These experienced bounty participants are more likely to prefer joining weekly signature campaign as it's paying weekly and doesn't pay worthless tokens. Although it's not that huge compare from the money they get back in 2017, it's enough to sustain their wants and needs such as to gamble, trade, or shop online via cryptocurrency as mode of payment.
412  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Regarding saving withdrawal fee after arbitrage trading on: October 25, 2019, 12:19:06 PM
Is there any way to save the withdrawal fee (usually 2 to 6 % ) in a crypto exchange after an arbitrage trading?
I was trying to do arbitrage trading and all profit goes to the exchange transactions and final fiat withdrawal fee.
I advise you to use XRP currency instead rather than looking for exchanges that offer lesser commsion for the withdrawal of your funds from a trading site since they offer cheap transaction fee and process transaction instantly. I haven't seen any exchange that charges huge amount or percentate for XRP. Although it requires more process since you'll need to convert your asset to XRP first, it's worth rather than to pay bigger amount of withdrawal's fee value.
413  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't spend bitcoin. Not now. on: October 25, 2019, 07:19:09 AM
If you spend your bitcoins now, you might regret it soon. The selling has been non-stop since reaching $13,000 and it seems that the market is very oversold, yet no sign of stopping. However, if you spend it now, maybe next week or the week before that, the price may gain 50%.
You can spend your Bitcoin now if you really need it specially if it's an emergency needs however it's not how it should be spent. Although keeping it can benefit you whenever it gains value to the market, it doesn't guarantee a sure profit thus it's still a gamble in my opnion. Keeping Bitcoin should be a spare money thus you can benefit from its ups and downs.
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Ethereum-based gambling sites? on: October 25, 2019, 02:25:54 AM
Almost all gambling sites are using altcoins for their platform aside Bitcoin such as ETH, XRP, Doge, LTC, and etc. By this means, the volume of potential gambler could increase since not all of gamblers are fan of Bitcoin since probably Bitcoin's fee is somehow more expensive than other altcoins which is vital for a gambler specially those gambler who use to withdraw everytime they make profits.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of Altcoins have a future? on: October 25, 2019, 01:13:54 AM
The market for Altcoins has been bad recently, and many Altcoins have died and lost a lot of money. What kind of Altcoins do you think will die?thanks for sharing
Although there is no specific guidelines to determine which of altcoins have a future, a common observation may be applied. Any altcoins that are still active and being used by traders such as ETH, XRP, Monero and etc. are considered to have a future since we can see that its developers and creators are not stopping supporting and developing it in order to make its transaction cheaper, better, and more efficient.
416  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Anyare? Telegram Offering pinatigil ng US SEC on: October 23, 2019, 11:54:23 PM

417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to restrain yourself at a small loss and not spend money. on: October 23, 2019, 10:46:00 PM
It often happens that people go out to play a variety of games of chance with a certain amount of money, but in the end they spend everything if they are gone. How to prevent which technique you base yourself on to spend no further. It's hard to just give up, people persistent in gambling that day, so they can't just tell themselves they'll try tomorrow. Why is this difficult? Is it because of greed?
Definitely it's because of the greed. The best thing to do in order to prevent losing everything is limiting the amount of money you're willing to risk. Don't spene all of your balance otherwise it'll be difficult for you to recover it and it also triggers lose in your self control. By simply playing the profit you've earned from your previous game, losing won't be an issue and once it occurs then you must stop and try to play again on the next day.
418  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 3 things should not be too in trading on: October 23, 2019, 01:53:22 AM
The trading volume is too large
--
It's somehow true but not applicable for anyone. Too large volume has a advantage for scalpers/day traders who are just targeting a minimal percentage profit in which they are using stop loss to protect their account losing too much since huge trading volume tends to be more volatile thus you have to execute your trades as quick as possible.

419  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: October 22, 2019, 11:40:54 PM
From what I have seen so far in this forum and other crypto platforms, most of us want fiat eliminated. But let us not forget that there are still situations whereby we can't use crypto except fiat like in rural places without computers or even internet facilities.
We really cannot replaced nor eliminated fiat because as we all know that the fiat is the countries currency in which  and also if we replaced the fiat then the crypto or the coins will be the only one we will used and we will measure the exact amount of this currency because there are no fiat we can depends for. You're right with your point that there are still some places that cannot use crypto, just for example are the rural places like province. In my country there are some provinces that still dont have any internet connection nor electricity so we cannot suggest to eliminate fiat.
You guys totally misunderstand the purpose/reason why cryptocurrency came into the picture cause it was actually not created to eliminate fiat currency but to serve as an alternative currency/payment system that will fix the economic meltdown and make people financial freedom.

well very less people think like you as many people here thinking that cryptocurrency has introduced in the world in order to eliminate the fiat currency and make cryptocurrency as for universal use but i think that crypto currency is very valuable for the online usage as it has much easy payment system and transaction, while fiat has its own uses in our lives.
Both of them can be well used online but has differrent advantages and disadvantages. It's more like crypto is better than online banking in my opinion since it provides more transparent, reliable, and convenient transactions. It's really true that no currency should be eliminated since the more options in currency we have, the more convenient it gives to people in making transactions everyday.
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst Day of My LIFE - Dice on: October 22, 2019, 11:51:50 AM
Borrowed $1600 from my friend. Apart from this placed gold as collateral and got $250. Altogether with hope of returning the borrowed amount and taking the gold back started to play dice after a long. At the beginning it went good, and when my profit reached $200 started to fail. Once I began to loss I was out of my control. Within minutes everything went out of my control, my mind didn't had the ability to think. I just doubled the bets consecutively. Ended with a loss. Now I was in a situation to repay my friend the borrowed amount. Please don't borrow and spend on gambling, it might give an earning, but that mostly leads to suffering. Cry
Indeed, gambling is too risky for us to gamble other's people money. Unlike trading wherein the skill of a broker could be better than a typical normal traders, gambling doesn't give any advantage to anyone. Anyone in gambling has same odds to win and the risk is too high wherein luck dictates who win or lose.
