As a fan of McLaren I can tell you that McLaren is one of the iconic teams of F1 but that lately has been in a weak performance from many years and they are in this state since after 2010 or so and their last Championship won in F1 is in the distant year 2008 with Lewis Hamilton at that time.They are a good team with a great history but which unfortunately right now they are in a very bad shape and things do not look good either for the future races of this season.
Redbull is an emerging team not with the history of McLaren but lately they are doing very well and they dominated from 2011 to 2014 with Vettel and now since 2021 with Verstappen.They are completely different as teams but things have changed dramatically a lot right now.
For your question which is better it is a relative one and what could be better for me could be worse for you,however for me McLaren makes iconic road cars which Redbull does not and for me is better.

So Croatia won their game against Turkey. If one would look only at the result, it would look like an easy win. But for those of us that watched the game the win was all but easy. Things could have really been much better for Turkey against Croatia in this match. Indeed Turkey were much better in the first half than their opponent. But they still couldn't score any goal despite having many goal attempts. Croatia were really lucky to get ahead like that. It reminded me of a Turkish team, Fenerbahce, that they also played great against Sevilla but lost the match anyway. Turkey are about to have a similar scenario here as well.
