Did anyone of you watch the Sevilla vs Girona match?
I think it's an interesting match even though both are mid-table sides this season. Sevilla, who are unbeaten in their last 5 matches, had to loss by Girona 0-1 in the first half, but Sevilla completely dominated this match.
Sevilla is hoping for a win to boost their confidence as La Liga is not the only competition they have played in so far. Keeping in good form is expected as Sevilla are still in the Europa League so I think they will have to find a way to break down the Girona defense during the second half.
Its 2-0 for Girona already. The man who buried Real Madrid, Castellanos scored again, taking his goal tally to 12 goals in the league this season Sevilla is throwing away an opportunity to climb to the top half of the table. If they win todays game, they will be 8th on the table. A win would have given them 44 points and they would have gone past Rayo, Osasuna, Girona. They would have been only 3 points behind Bilboa. But I guess that's not going to happen because I don't think they can do a comeback I this match even if they're currently pressing. Girona is a decent team and they're not going to fumble this lead. This Girona team is quite interesting when playing against the big teams as I still consider Sevilla a big one despite being not in the top form and in the places they usually are in La Liga.Girona is winning comfortably against Sevilla at Sevilla home and they have done beautiful games against Barcelona and Real Madrid,I am thinking that if they played like this since the start of the season they would deserve a place in the Europa Conference league qualification stage more than any other team as they are playing really nice football lately. Despite predicting Perez to win in Baku it cost me a lot to pick Hamilton over Leclerc for the 3rd place. Juventus continue to lose points constantly. They lost 11 points in their last 4 league games I mean. This is a serious situation considering that their 15-point deduction punishment can come back as the final decision. If they won all of these games they could have theoretically been right Roma by only 1 point. But now they can't even get close to a European tournament spot in that case.
Therefore it is very important for Juventus to win the Europa League title by shifting their full concentration to their next games against Sevilla. This would be an even tougher matchup than the one against Sporting surely.
Juventus has great players despite their bad recent results,they can take on Sevilla I think as they have if we take every single player individually much better quality than Sevilla players.Sevilla should never be underestimated though as they are doing really well in La Liga in these last weeks of the season and they are the team who have won the Europa League more than any other team. Honestly it would be very lovely to see a title competition in this season. Perez has been doing pretty well against Verstappen so far. This high level of competition reminds me of the one between Hamilton and Rosberg. I wonder whether Perez can be like the new Rosberg for Verstappen this season. He is quite determined to get solid results this time. While Ferrari are still trailing behind I don't see much chance for Leclerc to keep up with these two. Ferrari need to be more convincing than this. Instead Alonso has a bigger potential to be in a title competition for a while. It all depends on how focused Perez will be,Verstappen by nature is a much more aggressive driver while the driving style of Perez is more fluent,more calm and in tracks like Azerbaijan with a lot of slow corners he did much better than Verstappen and won the race.Of course this year we have to be happy with what both Redbull drivers will be giving us in term of spectacle and competition as we cannot really expect something else from the other teams as we saw in this track that they had no chance of competing with Redbull. Leclerc got passed in the third lap by Verstappen. You can see it after every turn the Red Bull was much faster than the Ferrari no matter who was at the wheel. Of course DRS was also a determining factor for the advancement at the straight away.
I don't think DRS did impact much,the second time Leclerc was passed early on by Verstappen and the difference in speed was scary without DRS at all,it was about 10 km/h faster the Redbull in the straights and in every turn their aerodynamics were perfect,this car is brilliant and based on what I see and I assume every one else is of the same opinion,it can't be beaten during this season,so most likely we have to wait another season to see a competitive one in F1. It will continue to be a boring season dominated by Redbull and even Aston Martin had lost in pace while the other teams only showed minor improvements toward Redbull closing the gap. |

Well it is time finally to get another race this very upcoming weekend and this is what makes us all F1 fans happy,we need action and last time around the track of Miami proved really good as it produced one of the most beautiful races of the last season if I remember correctly which coincided with the Redbull turning point as they were suffering Ferrari dominance before this race. Congrats to ILuckyGuyI for winning this race yellow cap,I personally did the worse of all tournament as I put some bold predictions which were based on Mercedes boss interviews which unfortunately as this race showed had nothing true in them,no massive improvement were seen and they were still struggling with the tires. |

It was not very clear but when he took off the shirt, I was sure that he touched it or he would not be so much confident.
I had 3 - 1 on the pool and until the 75th minutes it looked like everything was going well. No team seems to find the back of the net and it was not looking that anything is going to happen too but then suddenly Son surprised everyone and everything started to change.
At the end the match was exciting, filled with last moment drama. Richarlison thought he was going to be the hero for Tottenham but the mistake from the Tottenham defense surely stole 3 the points. Though we won, but I think it was fair to end by 3 - 3.
I also had 3-1 in the pool and really interesting things happened later on. Liverpool couldn't stay solid in defense which gave Tottenham hope to make a comeback. I didn't like Robertson in this match because he had some role in Tottenham's two goals by making simple mistakes. Maybe Tottenham are really bad in defense these days but they are still good at benefiting from goal chances. I wasn't expecting Jota to use that chance by himself there to be honest. It was a big responsibility he took while his angle was also not much good. But he still hunted Forster. If Lloris wasn't injured maybe he wouldn't have conceded a goal there. When they got 3-3 I screamed and shouted at what the f Liverpool was doing but I loved that Jota moment which made the result 4-3,I had Liverpool in at least 3 tickets to win,2 of which I already won and I thought that when they were leading 3-1 in the first half and up to the 68th minute with the same result I thought this was a sure win and never expected a Tottenham comeback which honestly in their recent games suck big time,they conceded 10 goals in just 2 games,so they do not deserve any European spots for next season at all for me. Anyway the action is not finished,we get to see some more Premier League action in this month as it will be packed because it is the end of the season and we have still 4 full weeks left to be playing here which have in place 120 points in the pool still. |

Well,Marseille turned things around in just 5 minutes as they scored 2 goals really fast,they were dominating the game and most likely they took it easily but they have done well to get the three points and to consolidate their place as title runners up because I don't think there is any team who can catch Paris with these low number of games remaining,if Paris played this badly since the beginning of the tournament most likely we would see them for the first time in some years not being able to win the Ligue 1.
It is a good thing for all us bettors that Marseille turned things around and they also made over 2.5 goals bets won together with both teams to score yes also won and these type of bets had much better odds than Marseille to win the game.
