It is not easy for psg in the Champions league. The champions league is the toughest league you can think  of. PSG is leading the French league because their are no strong teams that can challenge PSG.
The champions has many strong teams competing to get the championship.

in the champions league, PSG is the favorite team to win, but seeing the quality of their performance in the last few matches, I doubt they will be able to win the champions league, the thing that really doesn't make sense to me is because they were beaten by Rennes twice this year just. that means rennes is a stronger team than PSG, totally unexpected.

They are the favorite team but in terms of percentage they are not more favorite than the other teams, like Bayern Munich who knocked them out, Manchester City and Real madrid, in my opinion. I see them relying solely on luck even with the star players in their squad. This was a really absurd game for PSG and I'm sure that so many people lost their bets on PSG as well. I don't know how they can play this much badly at this point. Because they are already out of the Champions League as well. They need to focus on the Ligue 1 title in this case. Yeah there is still a big gap between Marseille and PSG. But still this shouldn't be a risk to take for PSG now. They could have won this one.

I assumed for sure that PSG will win this match today. And I bet for PSG in this match. But I never imagined that PSG would lose to Rennes like this. My question is why do people bet for PSG? Why do people think PSG is so strong? Despite having so many stars, they did not think PSG is a strong team in today's match. Actually, I would not have said it like this, but I was forced to say it. Every time I have bet for PSG I have done PSG very poorly. I hope to never bet for PSG again.

The conditions are clear with the squad they have the hope of winning is a real one but in this game it's another proof that it doesn't really matter with individual players.
There is actually nothing wrong with PSG's condition, it's just that they are having a lot of trouble creating momentum and converting opportunities into goals, especially in this match we also have to give appreciation to Mandanda, who really performed very well under the Rennes rule.

I just wanted to praise Reims a little bit a short time ago but I see that it didn't leave a good effect on them.  

I was really impressed with Will Still's tactics which helped the team not to lose for 17 games in the league. This was a really insane effort for a team like Reims I mean. I was even thinking they would resist Marseille also. Because they newly beat Monaco by 1-0 away before this game. This was a huge boost to their self-confidence technically. In fact Reims were the side starting better to the game. They scored the goal very early thanks to Balogun. But it didn't take Marseille a long time to answer with 2 goals. It was A. Sanchez's day really - 2 goals.

Reims still could have saved one point at least. Because they increased the level of effectiveness in the second half. But all that effort wasn't enough to prevent their impressive series from ending.

Monaco couldn't start the season very well but later they performed better and now they are between the top teams of the table while I was thinking they can beat Reims to decrease the gap between themselves and the top of the table, they could even have the chance to become the second team of the table but the chance missed, I think the competition between the top teams expect for PSG is very interesting but the Mnaco can have the potential t have a better rank.

Paris Saint Germain is more correct to say they are a luxury club than a powerful club Lol. They have everything, but they can't maximize what they have. So I thought what was the main problem for them, was the problem the coach or the players? psg doesn't have many good players, they only have neymar, messi, mbappe and sergioRamos, but we have to see that messi andRamos are not young anymore, neymar is always injured and we also have to note that neymar, sergio Ramos and messi have already won the champions league, they don't have so much motivation in awards of this type, leaving mbappe who may have this motivation something that doesn't seem to me that he is desperate to win the champions league, psg has no contract great coaches, this is undoubtedly psg's biggest mistake

However their recruitment policy has weakness that makes them to build unbalanced team between attacking and defense. It is a bad match of those star players as they wasted many opportunities. However, PSG can blame them that they failed to score goals but about the defeat and two conceded goals, it is related to their whole team, lack of defensive support from attacking players including Messi and Mbappe, bad defense from midfielders to defenders.

However, Kylian Mbappe wasted all five chances, resulting in psg's loss. Their poor midfield and defensive performance throughout the season, the defeat was somewhat predictable. The team seems to lack chemistry and a winning culture, making them a rather dysfunctional unit. It is high time for psg to release some of their players and invest in building a better team with a competent coach. Messi is well-known with his ability in passing and creating opportunities for his team mates. In World Cup 2022, he shown it at world-class level very convincingly. However, he requires to have special rights, free of pressing and defend contributions. It would be a problem if there are other players like Messi in a team. This issue is existing in PSG with Neymar and Mbappe in their front-line.

Mbappe is one of most dangerous attacking players but his finishing skills are not perfect. He must sharpen his skills for face-to-face situations with goalkeepers as he wasted many opportunities like that.

PSG in this season is very vulnerable even in Ligue 1 and I don't think it comes from their lack of concentration for the league. They have problems with their defense system and in this season, those defensive weaknesses are exploited more by other clubs.

Rennes taught PSG an unforgettable lesson.  At home, this defeat must have been quite shocking for PSG.  They are still the biggest candidates for the championship, but this defeat does not suit such a squad quality.  Rennes has shown that his quality is also high.  Monaco and Marseille continued without error, winning.  I'm wondering about the champion of the race given for the second place, not the championship.

It's time for wake up because PSG is already eliminated by Bayern Munich from the Champions League, and now they are having just Ligue 1 title to win while their lost at home against Rennes is surely shocking for the fans and many punters because I read on different social media channels many put their money just because they feel this is free money but star-studded PSG were not able to score any goal and then give good win to visitors in presence of Messi and Mbappé here players body language is clearly showing things are not good at PSG, and we can expect good changes in coming days because management is also not happy with this start studded team which fail to give them good results in all competitions.

Lens had a very impressive game against Angers home and destroyed them. They were solid in terms of passing and shots both. Angers couldn't even resist them much. Lens need to maintain an effort similar to this level if they want to keep their claim for a spot in the Champions League. They need to finish at the second spot if they want to join the group stage directly of course.

This season lens performance is very interesting. There was a time they were at first position that they couldn't maintain  to remain to lead. If lens can maintain the second position to get a spot in the Champions league it will be achievement this season.

There is no doubt about Lens done impressive job in this season while they are still having strong grip at third spot which is giving all details about their performance in this season even right now Monaco, Rennes and Lille are also fighting hard for the better spot and replace them, but their consistency is amazing which is allowing them for having better place now after break we will have challenging match as Lens is going to face Rennes in away match, but surely this is going to be good match for the both teams.

Mostly were feeling in early rounds they could be down in next half of this season but their consistent performance and quality is giving good results which are surely important for the staying into top teams hopefully they will be able to stay at this level until end of this season which could be impressive and good reward for their hard work.

Imho, Marseille lost its chance for the title when PSG beat them few weeks ago. If Tavares scored from those early chances we would have looked at very diffeent game imho and now Marseille would be just 1 point behind them. As a matter of fact, they would maybe even be ahead of them as that win would boost their confidence so they wouldn't so easily lose points like vs Strasbourg last week.

I watched the Reims vs Marseille game last night and honestly they should be happy if they finish 2nd as they are not ready yet to seriously endanger PSG as they are even more incosistent than them. Sure, they beat Reims that is a very tough team to beat (19 games withour loss before Marseiile game) but they had a lot of luck to win 3 points last night.

Even though PSG will still be safe in the standings, the defeat at home to Rennes is very difficult for the players and fans alike to accept. PSG should have won but their game could not develop which made 2 goals from Rennes last until the final minutes of the match. I think it's time for PSG to start overhauling their players in the summer, they need to bring in a pure striker as well as a creative midfielder to create more chances and to be able to score goals more easily.
