421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL( Indian Premier League) Prediction Thread, 2018. on: May 20, 2018, 02:52:13 PM
It'll be interesting to watch the performance of Sandeep Lamichhane during the DD vs MI match. He performed well during the past two matches and this one is his third match. In my area, a lot of Nepali immigrants are watching the IPL just to see how he performs.
He came to the crease at the end of the match so he didn't to anything significant but DD played really well at their last match and gave a tough task for the MI to get into playoffs because they need to win this match to finish in top 4.And at the end of the match the captain of MI,Rohit Sharma was injured if the injury was serious then he might not play today and it is very big loss for MI.

I would like to see Rohit sharma taking responsibility more as a batsman and opens the innings for his team. Suryakumar obvious has perform well but still Rohit suits best as an opener.
DD won now bro. You may see all the team started celebrating that they can be qualify for the this year play off matches bro. That is the real state of the today's match result. Please wait for the some more hours.
You may get the result about the KXIP team as well. They are waiting to see the this match result as well.
My play off choice is Chennai, SRH, Punjab and Kolkatta.
422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: May 20, 2018, 02:28:14 PM
What are the differences between online and traditional gambling ? Which you like the most and why ? In my opinion both the types of gambling have got their own advantages and disadvantages. You can try both for some time and then choose one based on your convenience.
Im really not that gambler, thats why i believe that traditional gambling is stil the best for me,because in people like me play gambling just to enjoy and be happy thats why its enough for me enjoying betting even if i loss atleast fulfilling is what ive got

If you are a gambler you may not know how the traditional gambling works but I am thinking you may know about the gambling and your religion may not allow you bro. Please do not turn to gambling whether it is online or traditional gambling both are same only mate.
If you want to which is most threaten online gambling because their back end team may able to watch if they are not legit one.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin exchange .... on: May 19, 2018, 07:04:19 PM
bittrex, coinexchange, poloniex, yobit
I personally prefer trading in bittrex because of all altcoin should have high volume if listed on bittrex

Everyone would agree with you mate but why you have going with yobit mate. Invesment on bitrex would be right idea to start the trading platform for your valuable money you can find the fees also very less than any exchange mate.
Then you choose the binance exchange also because the they seems purely legit exchange to start with it.
Polenix and Coinexchange are really good but not big in usage among many people.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: keep the future on: May 19, 2018, 06:23:16 PM
I want to keep a few coins for the future. I'm wondering between Neo, Qtum and Wave. I want to hear sincere comments from you, please help me. Please let me know which coin you will keep for the future. thanks everyone!!!!!!!

Qtum I am not sure about it mate. IF you are holding the NEO and waves do that for long time mate like bitcoin saving. I believe the potential of these all the coins since this shows big bump in the market on last December bro.
Today I have seen the NEO value for 59 USD only just check the 1 year marketplace of this coin. Maximum it reaches more than 200 USD in the market bro.
Waves is also good project to invest mate. Apart from this you can many alts in the market. Check some coins in the top 20 list and invest on it bro.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold your coins in multiple wallets on: May 19, 2018, 06:08:02 PM
LOL, just bookmark the right website and you will never login into those phising site. Or save password on important site and place 2FA, then they can't login even they have yours password.

Bookmark would be fine but is that enough to have the multiple wallets together in the same browser. You may indirectly find the direct wallet if you have open the same wallet with the different sign ups, that time you may find this as a issue mate.

Please align single disk on your pc and save the private key files on online cloud storage.
Then you may have less chance to loose the fund and to avoid the incorrect access to your concern wallet.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to claim a bounty manager on: May 18, 2018, 01:16:22 PM
For me, before joining a campaign, you should have checked who the manager of the campaign his and how successful he is in crypto. You can even as members of your campaign group how well he manages the group when there are complains and the way he handles it because in all sincerity, bounty managers are busy people because they manage lots of campaign and cant give 100% attention to one, they are also human. Sometimes you need to be very patient with them as they will surely attend to you even if it may take a long time and in case they do not reply you, just bear with them.

You can check the bounty campaign manager while you participating there. That will work better as you said. Then you can check the white paper while you are investing your time on bounty campaign. Please look at the manager whether he manages many project before. This thing we are checking because we can confirm that he is right person to choose campaign since he can able to manage campaign.
Then most of the managers would not reply your answer since they are busy so do not consider they are not good.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Traders For People on: May 18, 2018, 12:58:15 PM
Thats great for having a crypto trading advice or tips and this will help much for everyone especially the newbies or a beginners people. Honestly, Im not a good trader but everytime Im doing trade, Im just analyzing on my own  about the chart whether the value is going up or down.

Some other strategy will not work for you better. I suggest you have your own tactics while you are investing on any coins that is actually you can see loose and profit together while invest on trading platform.
With the trading account you may able to exchange the listed tokens and coins you want to exchange for the bitcoin.
However since look that idea for traders really seems good advice for newbies.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Make altcoin or token be valuable? on: May 18, 2018, 12:10:17 PM
Like all the commodity even this tokens and coin also work when the demand increased and supply decreased only. I think apart from this initially project leads sets up the value for the tokens when it launched to the market.
After that market place circulation started increasing and decreasing only we will find the real value in the market.
That is only judging the actual value of bitcoin or any tokens value now.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum on: May 18, 2018, 11:59:23 AM
If I could pick one crypto that suits for holding, that would be ethereum. Do you agree that this one is good for a holder ?

It's more established than other alts in the market and  companies are adopting it.
The question is how long holding is what youre saying here?because if the long term holding for you is just couple of months then i might say you are wrong, because if you will only invest for that margin its better to buy bitcoin cash because this is fast moving altcoin.

But if years or more, then i guess ethereum would be best since this coin are stabilizing
That is right holding means that you are holding it for a long years until such time that it met your expectation, yes I'll do the same and I will hold Eth for a long time, just like what I am doing with my bitcoin.

No time to see hodl the ethereum and bitcoin ever bro. These two coins are really hopeful for investment for the every crypto currency investors. If you want to invest now on ethereum means you can consider this time as good time to make the profit in some months mate.

So far I have hodled around 5 ETH from the investment and mining I done mate. BTC you have with you means do not sell it unless it is a emergency thing for you.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huawei phones on: May 18, 2018, 11:37:19 AM
I think it the lobby of Bitmain due that Huawei customers will be able to access BTC.com's bitcoin wallet, which they can use to send, receive, and store the cryptocurrency. AppGallery will be immediately available on new phones and will be deployed to older models in the coming months.

I do not know what is difference between pre installed app support to utilize the bitcoin or third party application on Google play store. I think usage would be same. If they integrate the bitcoin wallet option on all Huwei Mobile phones. That is plus point for them to get into blockchain medium.

They may secure the web server and everything with the blockchain fire wall now.
Hope they would be first initiation and in future you may find the many corporates comes to market with the bitcoin integration.
431  Economy / Marketplace / Re: HTC is building “the first native blockchain phone” on: May 18, 2018, 10:32:34 AM
Quote
HTC is building “the first native blockchain phone,” the Next Web reported on Tuesday. Details are sparse about the phone, which has been dubbed the HTC Exodus. But the news raised two immediate questions: What is a blockchain phone? And why would anyone want one?

Blockchain refers to the decentralized ledger technology that (among other things) underlies cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. The records kept on the ledger are encrypted in order to protect them from tampering or revision, making it possible to keep track of transactions and other data without a centralized authority like a bank. Computers that participate in the network act as nodes, which each have a log of every transaction and can verify the accuracy of this information.

It’s unclear what exactly makes a blockchain phone stand out from a “normal” one. The Exodus site claims that each blockchain phone will serve as a node, and that “we want to double and triple the number of nodes of Ethereum and Bitcoin.” Jules White, an assistant professor of engineering at Vanderbilt University, said that the upside to a phone that’s already configured to be a node is that it would make it easier for people to enter the cryptocurrency market. “The average person is probably not going to know how to download an application to do something with bitcoin,” he said. “So if you had a phone that had it built in from the beginning … it might allow a lot more participation in these cryptocurrencies.”

People can already download cryptocurrency wallets and exchange apps on average, non-blockchain phones, which essentially converts the devices into nodes, but a blockchain phone may have these apps pre-installed.

The HTC Exodus may add an extra layer of security for phones serving as nodes. “The appeal there is not that this is something you can’t do with a regular phone,” says Douglas Schmidt, associate chair of computer science and engineering at Vanderbilt University. “I think they’re trying to do it in a way that has a bit more hardware protection. They mention a ‘hardware enclave,’ which I think just means having a special chip on the device that is able to store your private keys and information in your wallet that would be able to access this stuff in a way that would be much more difficult for someone to tamper with if your phone was lost or stolen.”

The HTC Exodus’ website also notes that users’ personal info will be stored on the phone and not in the cloud. This apparently suggests that HTC will be using blockchain technology instead of cloud servers for data storage. “There are lots of ways you could store data into a blockchain—the jury is still out on whether this is really a good idea,” White said. The advantage, in theory, of storing data with blockchain is that there’s less chance of losing any of the information if a particular device fails, since every node in the network will have a copy. However, the security of such systems is up for debate. White pointed out, “When you write something into the blockchain, it’s essentially a public record that anybody in the network can see and verify. You have to have some other encrypted controls on it, but that assumes that you would never discover a flaw in the cryptography.”

Another possible feature on HTC Exodus could be developer tools for creating applications that take advantage of the blockchain, which are also known as DApps. Indeed, blockchain has various potential uses beyond cryptocurrency or data storage, such as contracts enforced by encryption. The HTC Exodus’ website claims that it will widen the DApp user base.

If HTC is able to get a critical mass of people engaging with the blockchain on its phones, then there is potential to monetize its customers. Schmidt points out that, much in the same way that Facebook or Google sell data on users so that vendors can better target their advertising, HTC could also track transactions in order to gain marketing insights. “My guess is that they’re trying to set up a Venmo-like private network of HTC customers who are using their devices to get access to special deals, like no transaction fees,” he said.

Depending on what features HTC actually equips the Exodus with, the phone may appeal to consumers who’d like some handholding to get involved in cryptocurrency, or for people who are already versed in blockchain and want a secure device that’s primed for app development.

https://slate.com/technology/2018/05/what-is-a-blockchain-phone-why-would-you-want-one.html

HTC's new "blockchain smartphone" looks like a cross between a ledger nano and a smartphone with native turnkey btc node deployment as well as blockchain/crypto currency dev tools, possibly similar to a linux out-of-the-box dev environment. They're keeping that part of things secret for now. Not certain if this is a good idea or a bad idea. Don't know if there's interest or demand for this type of thing. It would be cool if this helped crypto currencies become more mainstream and paved the way forward towards wider mass adoption.

Would anyone be interested in buying or using something like this?

This is actually great right! I see HTC Exodus model phones are coming soon with the blockchain integration. This phones are first mobiles which is coming with full blockchain integrated one bro.
I have seen this News on Coindesk mate. Along with this I see some technology company gonna make the bitcoin to work in offline network called meta mash network I guess. I think if these both brand collborate together then they can rock the wallet side and mobile sale with the bitcoiners too.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty rewards Sell Immediately? or HODL! on: May 17, 2018, 06:04:26 PM
I participate in a bounty campaign only when the project and the team are of high value, so when I receive the tokens of bounty campaigns I never run to sell them right away as most bounty hunters do, because I think that over time their value will increase. The tokens received from the bounty campaigns in my opinion should be kept for a minimum of 3-6 months to avoid damaging the project

Hodling tokens would be perfect all the time mate. Before all this you need to understand that concern project has potential grow as a coin in future or not. If you do not have idea or does not seems like they can grow such level.
Then you ignore those kind of projects mate to hodl and sell the tokens once it has been listed on the exchange.
I have few tokens with me they actually reduced from the initial value when it is launched to exchange bro so be careful about it.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: shall i convert my bitcoins to ethereum? on: May 17, 2018, 05:54:27 PM
Current date. You should not do that. You should keep bitcoin or sell bitcoin to usdt. because things are going down. You will lose a lot if you do so at the present time. wait

Who said you converting regular cryptos to USDT is safe mate. Instead of that you can convert your bitcoin and ethereum to fiat cash mate. This will work completely work opposite and will loose the money for sure mate.
I advice better keep changing the bitcoin to ethereum and eth to btc accorinding to price changes mate.
Definitely end of the time you watch how much you made means you can get the answer as a profit.
434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL( Indian Premier League) Prediction Thread, 2018. on: May 17, 2018, 05:46:19 PM
You gotto feel bad for KL Rahul and Andrew Tye , both are giving their best for the team but still the team haven't been able to win from last 6-7 matches . The team has both leading run scorer and leading wicket taker I guess the captaincy could have been better , sending Axar before Manoj Tiwary or sending Yuvi before Manoj wasn't ideal decision if you ask me.
Ashwin losing his confidence because of back to back loss and taking wrong decisions that's why they are coming down in the points table. I think they must win remaining matches but i am not sure they can reach playoff or not.

Today match do or die match for RCB that too against SRH very tough match. My choice is RCB.
My choice was RCB too until the toss . SRH won the toss and have decided to bowl first so I am not that sure now because if Dhawan or williamson sticks on in second innings they can take SRH to victory . I wouldn't bet on anything right now.
As expected, Do or die situation for RCB so keep on attacking mode entire the first season and luckily managed a decent totals against SRH. All credits go to Basil Thampi, such a horror comeback! Sunrises Hyderabad needs 219 runs. Overall a good pitch and could chase able.

Still they are not fine to reach the play off matches and all bro. I see Virat and few players trying to pull their team but finally from 2009 to now. There is no big reaches from the RCB team mate.
Still teams like MI, RR and some others won the title for 1 time at least.
But this team always have the good players with them and good coachers but unable to win the title for 9 years almost.
435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Newbie question about bonuses on: May 17, 2018, 05:33:08 PM
As you say there's nothing to stop people from using VPNs, but then if they tried to claim that bonus and withdraw it, the system or database flags up their VPN addres, and then they usually have to go through a long hassle with the site to either prove they're not having multiple accounts or provide verification (usually the first).

Casinos can't play too dumb though. Cheaters on VPNs all have the same tactics and strategies. Innocent VPN bypassers shouldn't need to worry as their patterns won't be flagged.

If you have VPN added there and web RTC shield with you with the paid VPN service you can hide your IP address as I know. There are some people sign up with the different IP and make the out of it easily.
That is not really healthy, if they get caught his IP and amount he have in that account will be frozen permanently mate.

If you want to get the bonus you need to work on the faucet contained casino sites or bonus for the each game kind of gambling site.
436  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Wall of coins? Scam Site? on: May 17, 2018, 05:19:47 PM
I  just joined this forum because of a terrible experience the first time I tried to purchase Bitcoins thru Wall of Coins. As a newbie I tried several websites but chose WOC. I liked the way they described purchasing bitcoins as simple fast easy- you just go to the bank-deposit cash in sellers account-e-mail the receipt to WOC and within minutes you have your bitcoins. HA!    I did go and deposited the money(only $200.00 ) within the specified time. I got my receipt and went to the mail store where it was scanned and e-mailed. Got home and recd e-mail that they don't accept scans. I was told to takea picture of the receipt with my cellphone AND ONLY MY CELLPHONE and e-mail it.  I explained that the camera in my cellphone hadn't worked for several years-The guy kept telling me to take a picture with my cellphone I guess he didn't know that you can't take pictures if the camera doesn't work.  He helpfully suggested that I get a new phone. Then he suggested that I borrow a phone from a friend or relative. I was thrilled that purchasing bitcoins was going to involve travelling long distances. He wouldn't budge. As soon as they have your money you have to play by their incredibly stupid rules. For example you have to photo the receipt just as it is(with a cellphone only) then you have to write on the receipt exactly what they tell you to write ( I wrote To: Wall of coins and it was rejected because I forgot to write .com)  Then after writing some idiotic things on the receipt (for example you have to include the words "for refunds call 1-866-841-2646 (DO NOT FORGET THE 1)I suppose because they don't know their own phone #. I spent over an hour and a half at the mail store having the owner take pictures of the receipt and e-mail them. The store closed and the "support" guy still wasn't satisfied.  Oh well  so what if  I would have to go back the next day and spend another $10.00 on another LYFT round trip. Finally I had enough.  All I wanted was a refund so I could go somewhere (ANYWHERE) else for my bitcoins. Turns out if you want a refund you have to do everything exactly the same as if you still wanted the f******bitcoins. Ne edless to say that in the beginning they gave me 90 minutes to make the deposit but from then on they had all the time in the world. I made the deposit May 3rd and it is now the  17th and they are now finally "attempting" to get my refund from the seller. I thought I was going insane for a while until I found several forums where perfectly nice sane people had had even worse experiences than mine. I am writing this so maybe I can save  one person from a Wall of Coins nightmare. Oh and by the way one of the posters on this forum is "rgenito" who is probably Robert Genito-the founder and CEO of Genitrust and Wall of Coins.

This like newbies getting into trouble with some fake websites and reporting after on this forum. Keep in your mind. Whenever you want to use any unknown websites or any services, Kindly create a new thread and confirm about that legitity first.

If you get the review says good then you can access it else whether it is wall of coins or any shit. You need to avoid and take your money to some other place where you see legitimate.
437  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: plz help i cant register in BITMAIN on: May 17, 2018, 05:03:56 PM

438  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Who are using bitcoinvanitygen is it legit or not? on: May 16, 2018, 06:23:01 PM
Guys do you know this site https://bitcoinvanitygen.com/ where we can make custom bitcoin address do you think its safe to make your own custom bitcoin address in that site to save bitcoin or use only for receiving and temporary stay bitcoins?
I never tested this site but i am planning to use this as my receiving address in the future..

Do not use this service, its a pure scam. Besides there are many people who got scammed by the service and you can see their complaints if you do a quick search on google.

If you want to get a vanity address, make sure you generate it by your own on your computer. Here is a reliable tutorial on how to make one : https://99bitcoins.com/how-to-get-a-custom-bitcoin-address/

I know this is an older thread but i wanted to point out that the 99bitcoins link takes you to an article that lists the ""bitcoinvanitygen" URL as option #2. So while you say don't do it, the link says it's ok.

To the original poster: I think there's really only two options: 1. Do it yourself or 2. Don't do it.
hope this helps

Have went through with all the reply by various people bro. After this reply bl4nkcode has been confirmed that there is the scam attempt report on the scam and accusation section mate. Better kindly you ignore these kind of website mate.
If you want to check the site whether it is legitimate or not. Use the badbitcoin.org. This will ensure who is the coming to you with scam project or not.
439  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any good bitcointalk signature campaigns coming up? on: May 16, 2018, 06:03:14 PM
Does anyone know of any good signature campaigns for ICO's coming up in the next few months? The current one I'm doing will end in early April so I'm starting to look for the next one.

I suggest you to press the button of notification from the services and bounty section and always be up to date for new campaigns which conduct's ICO's, and i highly recommend the campaigns of manager yahoo62278 to be one of what you are looking for, He Opens a new campaign MB8 and if you want to be part of team, contact manager yahoo62278 or take time to read their ANN Thread for further information.

Dude actually this query is about upcoming campaign, he is not asking for campaign already opened and filled up with the participants completely. MB8 project is really good and managing by the good manager yahoo.
You all participants working with the yahoo's campaign really chap since his own campaign is running for long time.

So if you find the good signature campaign future you may notify when the time manager open up the thread on services section. That could be helpful one.
440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL( Indian Premier League) Prediction Thread, 2018. on: May 16, 2018, 05:44:45 PM
The previous two matches went as I predicted and made some profits Smiley Today I guess will be a tough one but well I think both teams are equally strong . If you are thinking of betting ,  here is my suggestion

Who will win? Mi or KXIP?
The link you provided is not working.

I think KXIP will be the winner because they have the strong batting at the top if Gayle will make any performance they it will be their day.Currently MI is playing at the moment they scored 60/3 in 5.5 overs pretty good start but they lost three early wicket so now they have to stable the innings. And in the big matches like these the chasing teams have better chance of winning.
MI finally made 186 runs in 20 overs after a horrible start, the man who is out of form Kireon Pollard made the MI innings stady by scoring 50 runs in 23 balls and finally he played at the big match. So now they have good total on the screen and also they have better bowling attack to defend these total if the MI can take some early wickets then they can win this match.

Whatever they do they out of the series already mate. MI will not come to compete for play off matches this time I believe. Then I see many people do not think that matches are really goin legit way. Completely all the matches seems fixed once the different team started gaining the points with out big efforts. Else opposite team not performing when the wickets in hand or potential to defend the team.
I really love IPL matches after seeing fixing matches really fed up about these team and committee.
