421  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: October 05, 2014, 01:15:01 PM
Recieved a miner on Friday that was preordered. However it has not run at above 2 TH. I thought it was just doing its calibration thing but upon further investigation the miner appears to not be functional.
Any advice on getting this fixed ?
Did you already emailed SP support?  they are usually pretty fast!

What is their support email ? Is it  info@spondoolies-tech.com . Nothing on the contact us page http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/pages/contact-us

*sent an email to  info@spondoolies-tech.com
422  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 5 Bitmine Coincraft 1 TH miners on: October 05, 2014, 01:13:36 PM
even you sell this on $500 i think no one will buy.. there are many seller of antminer s2 for $400 - $405

if u want to sell this then compare there price with your price and wattage of the miner

this is just a piece of advice...

good luck Wink

don't think he is in a rush  to sell. Prices are not competitive with similar miners. He is just checking if anyone bites

Found the online filing here's the relevant parts after names of parties.  There's a bunch of junk due to ocr and Swedish language, but the English is what I filled in on the form.  When filling out the form, just use the translate button.

Even with Google translate I cannot find the form to complete  online  http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=sv&u=http://www.arn.se/&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dhttp://www.arn.se/%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26hs%3Dffi%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26channel%3Dsb

Cannot select "Purchase of goods" option. What form or link did you use ?

Thank you for this. The situation with the high school engineering of the titan is unacceptable. Will be opening a case

I get this error when i try to compile it:

Code:
root@prox8:~/cpuminer-multi# ./autogen.sh
configure.ac:133: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_MSG_ERROR
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
      See the Autoconf documentation.

How to solve that?

System is Debian wheezy 64bit.

Compile latest autoconf from source.

Any other solution? I am on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and I'd rather stick to available repository versions. There is other stuff on that machine that may break.

Edit:
I just checked and my version of autoconf is 2.69, which seems to be the latest version according to http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/autoconf/

You are more than likely missing this http://www.gnu.org/software/m4/

Did you have to hire a lawyer to help with the process ? Are you an EU resident ?

I'm a USA resident and did not hire an attorney.  I did discuss it with one in Sweden, but ARN seemed to be getting their attention.

Can you list the steps to upload the documents that you took with ARN. I visited the website but was not able to find exactly where to submit my information. It would be great if you could share a template letter, list of documents and so on that you used.

Yeah, seeing as how they aren't issuing refunds again, I'll grab my emails and get them on here  so you guys can have something to go on.  I'll try and update this tomorrow when I'm back in the office.  It's sad that it's come to this.  I made such good money on the Saturn I had and thought KnC was going to be great.

That would be fantastic. Very sad indeed but greed changes people and companies

Yes, I do believe  a class action lawsuit is possible.  I have incurred a loss due to KNC's "Deceptive Acts and Practices".  More specifically these practices:

1.) Advertised Batch 1 Neptunes to be shipped "Q1/Q2" of 2014.
2.) Stated on ordering page of Neptunes, Batch 1 that a full refund could be obtained at any time before the product is shipped.

On the first item:
KNC specifically knew that there product would not ship in Quarter 1, but purposefully led people to believe that it would ship sometime near the end of  Q1 or beginning of Q2. They did this in hopes of tricking more people into placing Neptune orders. They then shipped in Q3.

On the second items:
I asked for a refund in Q3, before my order shipped and my cancellation was refused.  KNC stated to me that my Neptune orders could not be cancelled because the product already started shipping to **OTHER** customers.  This is not the wording that was used on the ordering page.  They then referred me to the fine print in the cancellation policy.  So, they stated one thing on their order page, where it was obvious, but then stated the opposite in their fine print.

These are Deceptive Acts and Practices by a company who's primary method of generating funds is defrauding people on an international level. So, yes I do believe that a class action lawsuit is in order and I am interested in assisting with correcting the injustices inflicted by KNC.

I think if you pull up web history, the 'fine print in the cancellation policy' wasn't there at least when the announcement was first made.  I was able to submit copies of it to ARN.se and get my refund on my Neptune.  I requested the refund on April 8th and it wasn't until it was time for a hearing with ARN and KnC's attorney that the wire transfer was issued (around August 18th).

Did you have to hire a lawyer to help with the process ? Are you an EU resident ?

NP. I just registered myself and was impressed how easy it is to actually buy BTC now.

Saw you mentioning Circle on a few other pages. Was starting to wonder if you are affiliated with them in anyway

Confirmed got scammed with one of the Titans. After upgrading to the new firmware it restarts every 3 minutes or less. Does anyone have the original firmware that came with it ?

Ya'll just go on believing your fantasies. Heh.  It's a shame you won't admit when you're wrong and you'll just continue to move your conspiracy goal posts as each one is knocked down and moved past.  This is why you are jokes and I don't take your seriously.  You have done this all along, you continue to do it now, and you will continue to do it going forward, of this I have no doubt.

Have you no shame ? I do not understand the reason for you to continue behaving like an asshole. You should probably see a psychologist, because you are either retarded or a sociopath(well this is more or less confirmed )

Wow, I've been away a while and I come back to this.

I'm pretty glad that they've been shut down. Making so many people wait for so long whilst holding onto their money was pretty poor show. Treating them so badly whilst ripping them off was just too far.

I remember Josh behaving like it was the customers at fault for being impatient. Whilst I don't wish for him to be sexually assaulted, I do hope he takes a share of the responsibility that'll be handed out. He certainly deserves that.

My commiserations to the people who lost money to those criminals.

Only a little until he has learned his lesson and probably beg like the customers pleading for refunds. Only in this case it falls on deaf ears until he just accepts it.

hehe all in good joke ofcoure  Grin
