Thanks for the update! Everything you say makes me feel you guys are switched on for the long haul, Well Done!
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][JUG][IPO] JUGGALO COIN - Featured on CNET, Slate.com, Vice.com, Billboard on: April 14, 2014, 04:13:13 AM
Papa Nutt has done his homework with JUGGALO coin.

The JUG can definitely break out of the crypto goldfish bowl.

I'm jumping on this IPO with both feet.

Great media work Papa Nutt!!

If you tolerate this blatant scamming how do you expect to not have a bad reputation? You just had to have a cut off date. I can't trust this coin now.

wtf ... a mate of mine told me about NXTL so I registered on this site today to get on board. Why? coz my mate made a million bucks off of NXT, and I've been bugging him to tell me about the next big thing in crypto.

I'm no scammer.  F*ck you nextgencoin!

You sound like one though, That's a pretty nasty reply from  a "new" user

Agree.

I can vouch for acdc. I told him about NXTL and encouraged him to register on BTT so he could get involved with crypto.

nextgencoin quoted his post as an example of 'blatant scamming' and acdc got offended and told him off. You guys are wrong on this one and your behaviour is not very welcoming for new comers.

If you call someone a scammer they will get offended, so acdc was not being nasty. It was you guys!

I tell dozens of people about crypto currencies every week, and I try and help them get involved. People know I've made money, so it's not hard to get new people to have a look now.

Not every newbie with a low post count is a sock puppet, and everyone should expect a lot of them to post in an IPO thread.

13 sats at the moment.
Ok thanks, I'll wait for dgex to open. I'm hoping for a sustained dip under 10 to spread the NAS around.

I will announce a very big promotion, that will likely bring the total holders of NAS to 2000 people. So i doubt that after this, the price will ever dip below 10 again Smiley Hopefully!

Sound very interesting! What was the last price on dgex before it closed down? I still think ~10 is optimal to spread NAS around.

the last trades were for 15 sats and 14 sats. Some nervous sellers sold into the 11 and 10 satoshi buy wall though.

Thanks! I had a few bricks in that buy wall at 10 so maybe I'm OK then Smiley

What price for 10M NAS?
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NXT :: descendant of Bitcoin - Updated Information on: April 12, 2014, 08:22:08 AM
NAS is ok. If their dev adds a few extra features all the better for NXT.

Nothing I said pointed to NAS itself...  keywords to understand my drift are TROLL, dgex & supposedly strong supporters of Nxt...    Roll Eyes

I get your drift (I think). dgex is a POS pioneer, so it's sensible for them to support all the NXT clones, and it's probably technically quite easy for dgex to list all the NXt 'family'.

edit: I was buying NAS today, so maybe the herb I was smoking was too strong  lol

when is the IPO date?I am in

+1

A rough date for the IPO would be nice. I want to make sure my dance card is free on that date Smiley
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NXT :: descendant of Bitcoin - Updated Information on: April 12, 2014, 08:13:25 AM

Had to unignore that TROLL for a sec just to see what it was up to...  remember its ramblings about NXT whales...  doesn't seem it has a problem with the situation being even worst in NAS...  ROFLMAO!    Grin

I won't even bother going into the whole NAS/dgex thing nor how some supposedly strong supporters of Nxt are about to discredit everything faster than you can say DISCREDIT...    Sad

NAS is ok. If their dev adds a few extra features all the better for NXT.

Until the market works out how to solve the 'digital scarcity' problem (or lack of it) this is the crypto landscape- clones & forks.

The network effect will hopefully sort everything out eventually, and NAS is out of the box early, so maybe it will do OK and be one of the coins to reach critical mass of users & survive.

For now I'm buying a few, although not as many as emule (200M).
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Proof of Stake Investment - NVC/HBN/PHS/TEK/and more on: April 12, 2014, 02:44:07 AM
With my profits from cryptostocks - daily dividends for some - I may get back into HBN.
At the levels it is at however it is risky. I'd rather see where it moves first, I don't know if it can sustain this - to high to fast. I'll give it a few days and possibly buy on a dip.

I appreciated your ideas and research on investing in POS coins. Do you have any thoughts on good cryptostocks you've seen so far? Which site are you using if you don't mind me asking?
thanks

I will never be as rich as you but I will be nearly as rich as you if I put all my bitcoins in 1 satoshi wallets Cheesy

The ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ blockchain (codenamed 'underdoge') would be a snapshot of the bitcoin blockchain as of yesterday Smiley
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RFC] æthereum: a turing-complete coin distributed as per bitcoin's blockchain on: April 11, 2014, 08:17:44 AM
ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ = Clone æthereum and reverse the distribution.

I have 0.0 BTC. Therefore, all ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ that will ever be mined from now on until distant future belongs to me.

Unfortunately, I think you have to have a positive balance in the bitcoin blockchain to be eligible for a positive balance in the æthereum blockchain, and thus, be eligible for coins in the ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ distribution.

I'm not sure what the best method of 'reversing' the distribution would be. One option would be to assemble all the account balances from highest to lowest and then reverse the order of the account numbers. There might be a better way using the actual proportions of the account balances compared to the total supply.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RFC] æthereum: a turing-complete coin distributed as per bitcoin's blockchain on: April 11, 2014, 07:30:06 AM
Blessed are the bitcoin poor, for they shall inherit the ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ Cheesy

Why not give it a 'spin'!

Place your bets ladies and gentlemen!

The common man always roots for the underDoge!
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RFC] æthereum: a turing-complete coin distributed as per bitcoin's blockchain on: April 11, 2014, 07:21:23 AM
ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ = Take æthereum and reverse the distribution.

æthereum princes become ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ paupers, and æthereum paupers become ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ princes.

lol, that's a pretty funny idea.  Make the rich the poor and the poor the rich, release the coin to the wild, and see what happens.

I bet the paupers try to sell their free coins but no one cares enough to buy them and the value immediately goes close to zero.

æthereum princes would attempt to buy up all the ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ to preserve their position as the elite in possession of the highest valued assets. The fundamentals of the technology would have been tested already, and the æthereum princes would know ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ was ultimately going to have a larger network effect as there are  more paupers than princes. But many paupers aren't stupid, and wouldn't sell.

I think ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ would be the new Doge Smiley
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RFC] æthereum: a turing-complete coin distributed as per bitcoin's blockchain on: April 11, 2014, 07:03:53 AM
ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ = Clone æthereum and reverse the distribution.

æthereum princes become ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ paupers, and æthereum paupers become ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ princes.

There are always more paupers than princes.

ɯnǝɹǝɥʇæ will be more popular than æthereum
