I am TorukMakto, pbmining customer with more than 12.000GHS, got paid today, a little late and a little less,  transaction is confirmed.

Now, for all the "justice knights" guys like Mr.Teal, Puppet, and all the others that are scaring our ponzi admin, let me tell you this:

For all the poor souls that committed the sin of trusting a not-so-clear business in the hopes of a good return and that, in your view, where stupid enough for not investigating this pbmining enough, let me tell you that bigger and more "established" guys like MtGox where scams in the long run, there is a thing in life called RISK, life is risky.

Now in my case i was watching and experimenting with it myself and decided to step in, for what i see, this guy really cares, what i don't know if he cares for the suspected ponzi to continue for longer time of he has a real consciousness and honesty and somehow the business is sound, i found some amazing evidence in their accounts that proves that even GHASH.IO is purchasing from PBMINING, just make a taint analysis of the account where they receive the money for the sales

I has worked for me, it is working less in the past few weeks, but my message to Puppet, Mr. Teal and the others is: STOP TROLLING OUR SUCCESSFUL PONZI-SCAM-WHATEVER. You wanted people to know?, ok, people is aware now, you want to play the avenging skull?, ok, you did.

Now i think that what you really want is all the 6000+ souls to lost our money, so please NOW SHUT THE F***K UP and STOP DAMAGING +6000 PEOPLE LIVES!!, LET OUR PONZI-SCAM-WHATEVER BUSINESS MAKE GOOD OF HIS WORD!

And for all of us that are hopeless prisoners of our decision to invest in pbmining, let's band together and protect our investment, we cannot do anything else, but try to make our boat not making more water.

LETS BE PRACTICAL HERE, the PB GUY has demonstrated that he cares. lets help him pay us.

You are taking around 10% less of what the website declares.
You have bought X GH/s computing power, you should statistically receive Y BTC, you get less.
You are happy.
You are clever.
442  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: December 07, 2014, 04:42:23 PM
Got payment, of course it is smaller than it should be (missing around 10-15%), but after all things I read here - it is better to get 10-15% less, than get nothing...

+1 to This!

Difficulty has been surprisingly steady for the past 2-3 weeks, but payouts have dropped this amount each time.

This is why the person is not reliable anyway.
Income should closely follow difficulty adjustments but instead oh, you get less.
And this can't be due to "unluck" in mining, not when you have so much computing power available.
This incongruity is going on since the last Sunday.
I think he's now playing on the fact that until he is paying back, nobody will move a finger.
I hope that the guys that have a lot of GH/s in PBM will move fists anyway, not fingers.
443  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: December 07, 2014, 04:06:12 PM
Ye payment is here also for me but again: difficulty decreased and despite this payment is less and less.

It's a scam anyway because it doesn't reflect the difficulty factor at all.
444  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: December 07, 2014, 03:41:54 PM
Hope I will receive my BTC0.00008919 payment... Undecided

447  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: December 07, 2014, 12:06:45 PM
This was probably there because it makes harder to prosecute him from other countries than from Canada:

**As of June 21, 2014 we are no longer allowing orders to be purchased by residents of Canada. By continuing with this purchase, you are agreeing that you are not a Canadian citizen. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will allow Canadians to purchase contracts again once we are get a clearer understanding of the regulatory requirements that need to be met.

Great poke!
When I read that when I was buying I asked myself why the hell canadians couldn't buy GH/s and if there was any strict legislation on Bitcoin (of which I didn't know).
Now it's clear: he thinks he can't be reached from outside of Canada!

Jason, I'm coming to visit you, be sure!
448  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: December 07, 2014, 11:50:10 AM
i wonder how much of the paidout BTC was then reinvested into buying more hashrate from him

Or even if they exist atall.

No he has had to buy some quantity of GH/s for sure.

One scenario is he run away with money but he had to have a good quantity of GH/s anyway to keep the "service" up and running for so long.

Another scenario is that he bought GH/s at CEX or similar and bet and bet and bet by selling and buying GH/s, and finally lost so much that he couldn't pay back people on PBM anymore.

And another scenario is he bought GH/s at CEX or similar, got fed up of the process altogether, sold all the GH/s and fled.

It would be interesting to see if there was some massive selling of GH/s at CEX lately...

Did we work out how many customers he had in the end?

It's easy by watching the global stats.
Anyway, here are the first clients in the list:

I think that with an average price of 0.003 BTC per GH/s, just by considering these first names, we are around 3000 BTC of value.
At the actual price, 3000 BTC correspond to over 1 million $.

Exactly!
Read the website title and then the address of the page!

is this his girlfriend sky diving?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONoCTH4ywT4

Jason is a skydiver. His facebook page was  taken offline minutes after mrteal posted it here, but his girlfriends is still up:

https://www.facebook.com/melissa.ryckenboer

The fact that his FB page has been taken down speaks for itself.
It's he, and he is in deep trouble.

So it's finally happened? To bad, wasn't roi just yet, but came close Smiley You know, so many scammers were publicly known, but no-one, no-one of the thousands of peoples who got robbed went to see any of them.

It's sad that most of the btc community have a big mouth, but very few who actually is willing to put himself in to a risky situation by getting his money back in person.

All talk, yet no action Smiley Let's hope this time will be different and the owner of PB gets what he deserves Smiley

Well I don't know how this is possible, but I'm pretty sure if I'd lost 30000$ in a shit like this I would find him... and make him regret.
457  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: December 07, 2014, 09:09:18 AM
Gotta admit, didnt expect him to just stop paying right after his identity was revealed. I would have expected that when he still had the illusion of being anonymous, but you'd think the smart thing to do with your ID out there, is continue payments (and increase your skimming) until you came up with some cover story or you had your tickets to costa rica in hand.

it's a very foolish way to play it by simply not paying out.
up until this point, the crime was a deceitful and fraudulent delusion that the scheme would work for 5 years and beyond... taking the 'payouts' to himself implies intent and pre-meditation.
quite a difference in the eyes of a court - most people don't realise, being foolishly deceitful whilst thinking they can run a HYIP scheme is one thing, actually committing the end crime by halting the payouts to investors, is quite another.

if one were Jason, one would be shitting oneself at this moment in time.

IANAL, but I doubt there is much if any difference from a legal POV. He was hosed the moment MrTeal proved his ID. The only difference is that he is making it clear as day to everyone now, which will cause an avalanche of police and other complaints in the coming days. Did he have an exit strategy ready in case his ID was made public? Id like to think he did not, but who knows. He is sure gonna need one.

in a purely legal POV, yes, however, while the actual crime remains the same, it is most likely that any sentencing judge would take into consideration the intent to eventually run with the money, which Jason is doing now. The level of intent is what usually determines the length of sentence. Where the fact are, that the crime of which Jason is guilty remains the same... factors like 'how much, in real terms, was defrauded from victims?' and 'how did the fraudlent activity end?' all make a huge difference to the actual sentence which will inevitably be handed down.

That's good but I still hope he'll take his right share of beatings.

460  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: December 07, 2014, 08:44:34 AM
wow.
anyone email pbmining?
Maybe something at there end has caused a delay.
Jesus does miracles you know?

I emailed last week when I saw that the increase in difficulty didn't match the payoff at all.
No answer received.
