Dear bitcointalk administration!
Now they photoshopping trust level on screenshots of bitcointalk members, and trying to prove there words by this! Is it ok on this forum?
You need to understand that there's nothing that can be done. Moderators don't remove likely scams, and the exact opposite is true as well - they don't stop users from saying X Company is a scam either. It is down to the individual investors to judge whether they trust something enough to put their hard earned money into it. Sorry this isn't the answer you are hoping for, but this is just the way it Is, and always has been. But if I photoshop any admin trust level in profile, you will expect what happen next? I agree about freedom and I understand that investigation to find the truth can take time and nobody will do it. I'm ok with that, but I'am not ok with allowing people make such a mess on forum like obvious photoshopping lie! Well we both know what will (usually) happen if you photoshop an admin profile (or anything like that) - that person will likely get banned IF they are caught out. The problem is, the moderators this forum does have are already overworked. They are just not capable of spotting everything and anything untoward unless it is pointed out to them by another user - even then moderators have to choose what to focus their attention on. There isn't enough manpower on this forum to keep an eye on everything 24/7. Users need to use their own judgement a lot of the time. In my personal opinion, the system could be a LOT better, but unfortunately this is the system we have and there isn't much we can do about it. The same thing applies with Trust on this forum. A lot of people think the trust system is flawed, and in some ways it genuinely is. But it's what we have and all we can do is make the best of it. All you can do with users that are not playing by the rules, is use the "Report to Moderator" button under each post. We don't have any other power. Again it is not the best way to deal with a lot of issues, but it is the only approach we currently have.

After messaging OP, and directed to Skype, he proceeded to setup the sale and eventually refusing to use escrow as "he's new so he doesn't trust escrow." Right.
Use escrow with EVERYONE people. Assume the worst without it.
And yet did nemerous successful deals in this forum. offered that you pay upon confirmation of the order and you declined. Not getting involved in any dispute between the two of you, but declining escrow isn't the wisest idea, TheHouse. Can appreciate you offered to let him pay upon receipt of the goods, but you should always be open to using escrow on this forum, even if you tell the buyer that they alone are responsible for the escrow fees And no he did not agree to payment on "reciept of goods". He expected payment after placing the order and providing me with a confirmation link. Sending payment an hour after the order is placed gives plenty of time to cancel before it gets shipped. I'm more than happy to buy if we actually use escrow correctly. Upon arrival of goods at my address is when escrow should be released. Not when I get a order placed link. Okay, that is completely different then, and I wouldn't have been too comfortable with that either. Once again I need to reiterate the fact you should be allowing your customers to use escrow TheHouse, if that is what they desire. You are still a relatively new member on this forum who has not yet built up a reputation for being a trustworthy vendor. Usually the buyer pays for any escrow fees so this doesn't affect your bottom line. Think about it. You'll likely get more customers this way.

so what does it take to be banned from here??
Posting personal information (outside of "Investigations") about other users - more commonly called doxing. That's one surefire way of getting yourself banned quickly. On the opposite side of the spectrum, copy/pasting posts that other users made will get you a permanent ban as well.

Unfortunately at this point the best course of action is to leave the forum and discuss bitcoin elsewhere. Forum.bitcoin.com is probably the best alternative although it is nowhere near as active as bitcointalk.
Theymos has made it fairly clear he will not take decisive action against extortionists in the default trust network and will do nothing about the cronyism within the default trust network.
You leaving? Good riddance I'd say. I am sure I recall you threatening to do this in the past, but you didn't follow up on your words. There's always this time

As far as I know, mexxer eventually repaid Lutpin the money that was owed to him.
