441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADE PRINCIPLE. on: June 21, 2019, 02:11:48 PM
Everyone who conducts crypto trading must already have principles and know about profit or loss. My principle is that I will never sell when I see the results will lose, I better hold when the coins that I have bought are decreasing in price (holding is not afraid of losses) but part of the strategy. And I will sell when I increase, although I will definitely sell a little. Never be afraid to experience a loss, because loss is one of the risks in trading. But you must have a strategy.
well there are some different strategy in trading some of them is the never sell for lose
but that strategy is only good for long term when see the potential of the coin and just waiting for few years

442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if btc drops... on: June 21, 2019, 02:07:41 PM
if btc drops to 7-8k range what happens to alts?
well if bitcoin price drop there a possibility that altcoin price will also drop in terms of dollar
but some altcoin depend on dollar so their price might rise in terms of bitcoin
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin is the best for trading/investing? on: June 21, 2019, 02:04:44 PM
Hi everyone! I just wanted to ask if what your favorite altcoin when it comes to trading/investing. Which altcoin is the most profitable for you? Because there are a lot of choices and I can't even decide on which one shoukd I invest.

Ps. I am new in altcoins. Thanks in advance!
if you will look for coin to trade
the first thing you need to look is the volume for 24 hours from different exchange
you can check it in coinmarketcap.com and the next is the price graph in the last few days
for me i pick the coin that have a drop and rise graph and monitor it to get atleast the best price to sell and buy
but doing it will not gain a lot of profit and its also stressful
so in my opinion its better to invest in the coin you think have lot of potential and hold long term
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty campain with ETH or BTC payment ? on: June 20, 2019, 07:40:10 PM

are you tired waiting distribution, get locked token, blame when price dump and other bounty hunters problem.

445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Renting a Mining node - are the funds safe? on: June 20, 2019, 07:27:57 PM
To any mods: If this is in the wrong section please let me know or move it or send me PM instead of just deleting it because I have read the rules and I don't see why it's breaking any rules... I tried to post it in the mining section and it got deleted and I have no idea why and no response from mods

I wanted to rent a BTC mining node from a specific individual/company but I'm not sure if it's a scam or not. Since I'm not sure of it I will not mention any name in order to not shame anyone first. Google search returned exactly 0 results.

This is what they sent me:

"We run a mining farm whereby we attach multiple ant miners to personalized servers, we then program nodes to power the mining bot software.

We run a mining network that mines Bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and more via the script, X11, and SHA-256 algorithms. We offer you a smart and easy way to start mining by reducing the cost associated with mining
Its a personalized service for crypto enthusiast. You have to know someone who knows someone to be on the network.

I program a software bot from the hardware i happen to connect to the servers. Usually the hardware mines slowly, but i created a way to program nodes to power the blockchain software. The bot mines the coin for you in acceleration process, even when there is congestion on the network, it accrues more instead of slowing down.
The funds accrue daily for a month. And the reward is distributed via PPs or PPLNs which i will run while im configuring the nodes. It takes 24hours to configure and you'll have to be online with me after the 24hours to integrate it to the dedicated wallet. First day funds get in right there

Rewards are distributed via PPLNs.... PPLNs is a way of determining how many cryptocoins you get for your shares completed. Pay Per Last N Shares is what PPLNs stand for. Using PPLNs, your payout per share will have a large range (30%)

I'll generate an invoice and send it to you. This will be used for documentation purpose. All payments are made via Bitcoin
You the make subscription payment directly to the Node wallet address., so as to ensure safety of your funds. As soon as the subscription payment is confirmed, we'll begin with the setup and configuration immediately"

Any advice or opinion is welcome, thank you.
its a scam dont believe every people say to you and make your own research not only about the thing they said but also learn how crypto really works.
446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency user friendly? on: June 20, 2019, 07:21:10 PM
I'm curious to know what the community thinks in terms of how user friendly entering this market is? I know we've come a long way from the days when UX/UI was extremely poor for most companies but are there other areas that require improvement?
crytocurrency is user friendly but you need to learn and understand the true concept of it. if user is interested its not that hard.
447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: this is what every country will do on: June 20, 2019, 07:17:53 PM
Lithuania is preparing new rules to govern cryptocurrency transactions, requiring businesses to prove the identity of clients, local daily news outlet Delfi reported on June 12.

As part of its obligations to impose European Union anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, Lithuania’s finance ministry will seek to completely formalize crypto-based exchange operations.

Parliament approved the move during a sitting on Wednesday, Delfi says, while a time frame remains uncertain for implementation.

Once the rules come into effect, any transactions worth over €1,000 ($1,127) involving cryptocurrency — be it into or out of fiat or from one cryptocurrency to another — will face stringent reporting requirements.

Exchanges or similar businesses will have to gather identity information about the buyer, while large operations over €15,000 ($16,919) will oblige them to inform Lithuania’s Financial Crime Investigation Service.

well it acceptable in some exchange in philippines they already implement it before where user can exchange in limited amount base on the level of their verification.

449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Would Really Buy Facebook Coin? on: June 19, 2019, 10:07:47 AM
As far as I know, FB coin is a stable coin. I don't think the price will go up. so I think it's a little hard to get a profit from FB coin.
well its really true that it will be really hard to get profit from it if FB coin a stable coin.
usually its dollar base and the price will always rise and drop only a little percentage
for me i dont hold stable coin because the value of dollar also drop as time past by

450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luring hunters to promote bounties on: June 19, 2019, 09:57:29 AM
What I've learnt about bounties so far
1)many bounty hunters are joining bounties that has huge stake allocations like 300,000$ upward ,some are even after the 1000000$ ones well I've stop hunting for projects that lure hunters with huge rewards as many of them are plain rubbish

2)I've learn to always join bounties that are already listed and trading with good volume and mind you these bounties always have low bounty rewards like 75k to 100k but there is high assurance of selling your tokens if you wish to ,not keeping coins that will never see the light of the days again ,I mean tokens that will never get listed

3)there are few bounty managers that I respect ,they take there job very serious and I always like to follow them ,waiting for them to launch new bounties ,I prefer to join 4-5 projects in a year than promoting shitcoins

well its a good strategy and it the best thing to do
as of now i prefer STO bounty some of them have company already and in term of development i think the risk is lower than other campaign
can you share who the reputable bounty hunter your talking about?
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters risk on ERC20 tokens in ICO on: June 19, 2019, 09:48:47 AM
I don't know if everybody knows this, but there is now a risk in getting involved in ERC20 based ICO, and that is they are locking bounty hunters rewards after they've sent it to their bounty hunters,

So even if the coins are already sent to your wallet you really don't own it, because they can lock it anytime at their whims that's what happens to Dexage and Liker, they sent the tokens to their bounty hunters then lock it, so they will not dump, and will only unlock it maybe after they dump all their shares and run away.

what's your take on this bounty hunters?
its good for me that i didnt discover that campaign before
it they tell it during the campaign it will discourage bounty hunter to pariticipate
the bounty hunter work for it and its not right for them to lock the token
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pre - ICO vs just regular ICO Investor prospective needed! on: June 19, 2019, 09:23:43 AM
hey guys  Smiley

I have seen lots of project that do a Pre ICO (with discounts etc). The reason many project do that, is do invest the money into a succesful ICO as not every project has already a big Marketing budget.

I would like to know from you all if you have problem with Pre ICOs from a investor prospective or if you find that a common/normal way to launch a successful ICO.

Or do you prefer projects that just do a ICO without any Pre ICO.

I would like to know your opinion as investors which method you prefer and which makes a better impression at you.

Cheers and thank you for your feedback!  Smiley
in pre ico you will only get higher discount but the success of the coin is always depend on purpose
if your not sure in the thing you invest even you get high discount your not guaranteed to gain profit
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I saw the notice that Bitcoin surpassed 9.000 USD! Help about "FOMO" on: June 18, 2019, 06:57:57 AM
Hi there... I saw the notice that Bitcoin surpassed 9.000 USD!

I know the ideal was to have bought in past, in "low" price to sell now in the "high" price... But, I'm entering in Cryptocurrency exactly now and I feeling "FOMO"....

My main goal is to do "Holding" of Bitcoin and good Cryptos, but in this moment I would like to take some of the profits to redeem in my wallet to already help in future "Hold".

As I am starting now, I want to know your suggestions, because I intend to invest now to take advantage of some of the gains from this high...

Calculating risks ...

1. I think buy Bitcoin in 19/06/2019
2. Keep following closely the gains and notices about Bitcoin...
3. Constantly transfer just the profits of BTC to my Bank Account(Fiat money) (to save, to avoid eventual losses on "correction" of the market).

That's a good idea??

What do you think? What would be more appropriate to do to take advantage of this momentum?

Sorry the bad english, I'm from Brazil.  Roll Eyes
the best strategy is long term holding . buy your extra money and just check it atleast once a month and buy more if you have extra money
454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the reason Amazon hasn't adopted Bitcoin? on: June 18, 2019, 06:52:49 AM
Amazon is the largest e-commerce company in the world. All their products are built on developing and enhanced technology. Since its inception, Amazon has always fostered a positive attitude towards new trends and the latest technological advances, this is because they are part of the internet revolution, a revolution that can only be won by being optimistic about technology.

So, why hasn't Amazon adopted Bitcoin?

Let's see this way, Bitcoin praised the Amazon package very well. Amazon has an international reach and allows people to buy products from sellers in countries from all over the world.

Part of the Amazon revolution is the shrinking of the earth, which means people can buy products internationally at lower prices and send them in a short time.

As is well known, Amazon only supports payments through FIAT currencies and traditional banks, this can slow down the payment process and means that merchants are charged. But using Bitcoin will erase, both of these problems.

In addition, the use of Bitcoin will also allow Bitcoin investors to access the giant platform wherever they are.

Problems that hinder the adoption of Bitcoin

The problem here is because of the lack of regulation around Bitcoin, not because Amazon is afraid of Bitcoin or because they are afraid of a lack of regulation, but this seems to be an Amazon case that is too big to adopt a product that can eventually fail.

If a company the size of Amazon continues to adopt Bitcoin, it will cause a massive surge in asset popularity, which can ultimately put Amazon or Bitcoin at risk. I think the message here is that Amazon is not afraid of Bitcoin, they just haven't accepted Bitcoin and are still in advanced studies.

Will Amazon adopt Bitcoin?

We know that Amazon, among other giants like Facebook, is exploring blockchain technology. When crypto is becoming more mainstream and when Bitcoin becomes more mature we can begin to hope that companies like Amazon will start accepting Bitcoin payments, maybe now, adoption is not safe enough for e-commerce giants, and this is to protect their customers.
i agree as of now big company is just playing safe and just waiting for assurance until it become mature to protect their customer
455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency are gonna disappear on: June 18, 2019, 06:39:45 AM
"Cryptocurrency will go to nothing but blockchain will survive" - Jim Rodgers.
i will not agree on it, cryptocurrency have their own purpose
time changes everything we are not in 1930 we need to adopt and upgrade
its funny that some people still think we are in 1930 that goverment will execute people using things with good purpose
instead of going against crypto i think goverment will adopt it and make life easier.

456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still investing in ICOs? Let me know! on: June 17, 2019, 07:09:57 PM
Hey guys.

I do currently ask myself if the ICO market will bounce back?. In how many ICOs do you typically invest and what is the average investement?.

Let me know.

I do currently work with a team on an ICO and i find it very important to understand the community and their investment habbits in 2019

Glad to hear the opinion of the bitcointalk community.
there only few ICO today and there no project who take my interest
so currently im not investing in ICO but sometimes i pick good project in IEO or STO to support

457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins are down when BTC up, altcoins again down Even if BTC down. Why? on: June 17, 2019, 07:03:01 PM
Altcoins are down when BTC up, altcoins again down Even if BTC down. Why?
well not all altcoin will go up when the bitcoin price rise
the price of altcoin also depend on the development of the project

458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to invest about crypto currency on: June 17, 2019, 06:56:05 PM
It's a very delicate venture investing in cryptocurrency. It's something one should be careful about and make a dedicated effort to research well before going into it. Most people just hear of successes made by others in crypto and because of that, they feel its an easy stuff and just dive into it.
One thing I can say is that cryptocurrency is a business for the strong in heart and determined. Also, patience, much of it is required when treading the part of cryptocurrency. Its best to start small, at least with established projects, Bitcoin and Ethereum before moving to upcoming projects like Veil, Harmony, etc.
Like I earlier said, research is of uttermost importance when choosing to invest in cryptocurrency.
i agree you really need a lot of patience and do a lot of research before investing in crypto
459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Not Decentralized on: June 17, 2019, 06:50:14 PM
90% of bitcoin hold by whales, only 10% of bitcoin hold by people, whales  can do anything pump btc to moon or dump it to hell,
BUT ask yourself 1 question: What Happens to Bitcoin After All 21 Million Are Mined? then whales completely control bitcoin price.
Bitcoin Is Not Decentralized.
in my opinion whales dont have 90% of the bitcoin
they just have enough of bitcoin the affect the price right now
when there more adoption someday it will be more harder for them to affect the price.
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Faketoshi aka Craig Wright seems goes straight to jail :D on: June 17, 2019, 06:44:48 PM
I think that's what he deserve to get when he wants all the attention on him, claiming that he is Satoshi and even going as far to obtaining a copyright on BTC's whitepaper. Now the latest news I am seeing is that the judge have granted a motion to compel to show all the BTC he has mined prior to December 31. Either he follows the court's orders or be held liable against it. Either way he has no choice but to face the attention he had wanted all the time, this is such a big prize to pay for spreading false claims. Karma really bites fast to anyone.
its funny that he get the attention he seek and become popular but not being the creator of bitcoin.
