It depends what you call a lot of funds. It depends on what market. We do not aim to get crazy amount of money like the usual ICO scheme. No crazy valuation. Someone posted above, 60% of the startups don't survive, I'll increase it to >90% nowadays. It would be very difficult to choose the right places to invest in.
The idea is that we already chose the right startups. We don't let startups post random projects and investors get scammed. If there are no good startups to invest, there is no investment. so it works kina like bnktothefuture?

Right now only two startups, some other are interested but nothing definitive. When I'll own enough capital, I'll invest myself directly so I'll not need other investors. It's true most startup fail, that's why we chose startups that are already doing well. You'll get all our criteria of selection, it's not about raising fund for any startup, only very few carefully chosen ones. you'd better show some evidence for what you said

What's in it for you? You are probably getting a commission from these "startups" right??? Aren't we better off just investing directly do avoiding the middleman?
I will manage a good portion of tokens and hope to make a profit from it. The startups also own me debt and equity. Also, if these companies are really that promising why not just invest yourself and not share the profit with us? Because your main interest is in the commission you will be getting from these startups (who could be your own btw)

I only give this opportunity to share profit for a some time but eventually I'll grow big enough to fund most of startups directly. So yes I plan to invest for myself only in a near future. There will be a cap every time, the goal is to raise a precise sum of money, no more than necessary. Profit will be made along with startup success. If it fail, we don't make money, nothing new here. I funded the company RF myself. This company will work as a gateway between the cryptoworld and startup-fundraising. Basically the company chose promising startups do the fundraising. For every startup, RF will create, distribute and manage a token. RF will own equity (or equivalent) in the startup. Owning tokens give dividends. There will be different uses of the tokens depending on the roadmap. Yes there will be a lot of bounties. Sounds good! When will you announce these promising projects?
When the legal work is done. I must make the first startups sign a contract. I expect everything to be done in about 2 weeks. |

Une possibilité qui me vient à l'esprit est de monter une structure à l'étranger (dans un pays crypto et fintech friendly) puis une filiale en France dont on est employé et de se verser un très fort salaire qui justifiera un emprunt à la banque pour acquérir l'appartement de ses rêves. Just to warn you, I'm going to raise funds for many startups starting soon using cryptocurrencies as a new form of fundraising. There will be no vaporware bullshit. Only legit, promising and serious startups. Most of them already exist and are doing well but they need to raise a lot of funds asap to grow and smash competitors.
Right now I am registering my company with an associate and negotiating with those startups, the next thing I need is you as investors.

It is only in crypto that we can raise hundred thousands to few millions in a couple of day, if not minutes. There are so many startups that are desperate to raise funds and wasting a lot of time finding investors and diluting their equity. We can help them getting funds really fast in one shot from one actor. We will give them an edge to take new markets and beat the competition to become really profitable.

Non pas du tout. J'ai pour projet de diversifier mais plus tard. J'avais du stress la première année où je suis arrivé dans les cryptos mais on s'adapte. Aujourd'hui il n'existe probablement rien au monde qui donne autant d’opportunités et fait gagner autant d'argent sans avoir de prérequis (même s'il faut travailler dur comme partout) donc être full-time crypto a du sens. Oui c'est risqué mais c'est largement en notre faveur. En fait j'avais découvert le Bitcoin bien avant mon inscription sur bitcointalk quand ca ne valait rien mais j'avais vite laissé tomber car je ne comprenais rien et n'étais pas motivé. En ayant manqué cette opportunité je me suis juré de ne jamais refaire la même erreur. Mon rêve, me payer un appart ou une maison avec les crypto
C'est tout à fait réalisable. Et je dis ca alors que je suis du genre à casser les rêves des gens trop naïfs. |

Je me demandais, comment sors tu tes PV et Combien ça coûte en impot ? As tu une règle par exemple sortir tant de pour cent de tes gains ou autre? Merci Je garde tout en crypto, je n'ai pas converti un centime depuis 2013. J'ai une autre activité qui me rapporte de quoi subvenir à toutes mes dépenses quotidiennes donc pour préciser ma première réponse, je suis entrepreneur. dash et ltc je peux comprendre..mais pour l'eth j'ai pas suivi je ne suis absolument pas spécialiste ni informaticien. donc pourquoi eth ? parce qu'il est numéro 2, et donc si je pense que le numéro 1 est en panne pour quelques semaines ou quelques mois, et bien eth prend la première place des alternatives. mon raisonnement ne va pas plus loin que ça. j'évite ripple car super m'a dit une fois que c'était un coincoin aux mains de privés (banques) et non pas aux mains de tout le monde, donc que ripple était manipulé. idem, pas plus de réflexion que ça. mais c'est mes sous, je fais ce que je veux, je n'ai pas nécessité de convaincre un supérieur de pourquoi je fais ceci ou cela. si tu evites ripple pour ses raisons, tu devrais peut-etre reconcidere eth  lol faut pas exagérer non plus. Je connais une whale qui est passé en full ETH. Perso je reste majoritairement BTC pour le moment (et ICO YOLO soigneusement choisies pour augmenter mes BTC). |
